   Good food and drink as always. Good creative menu choices, excellent cocktails, and a great wine list.

   Last year, The Copper Grouse put on a very nice Easter Brunch. Excellent menu and an experience we were hoping to repeat. Unfortunately this year there was a standard lunch and breakfast menu. Two of the choices on the breakfast menu were pancakes, and french toast. The Eggs Benedict was average and the so-called breakfast potatoes were just french fries. The coffee was good and the service was enthusiastic and attentive. In fact, the service was the best part of the experience. As for value, I could have had the same meal with real home fries in a diner for less than half the price. I'd like to know where the Executive Chef was in the planning of this menu. C- for effort and execution. Very disappointing.

   Extensive cocktail list, well curated and servers are knowledgeable. Dined with a child in tow and the kids' menu is generous and well thought out. My kid loved the chicken tenders and was very happy that lemonade was available. When we asked if something like sweet and sour sauce might be on hand, several other sauces were made available to try and extra ketchup was provided. Service was prompt and we were well taken care of. Solid spot.

   We always come with 2 children and they always have butter pasta. Unfortunately leave alone soft or even al dente, it is always hard and they get disappointed. All the other food was good and we enjoyed that. The irony is that it’s one of the kids who says if we are celebrating it has to be at Copper Grouse where her uncle got married. It was her birthday that we were celebrating. Overall we enjoy our visits to Copper Grouse.

   Outstanding. What a beautiful restaurant. We ordered risotto, cooked to perfection. The staff was lovely!

   Fresh ingredients, the halibut special was so delicious! We had 4 Adults 2 children and an infant for an early dinner and our waitress went out of her way to make us all comfortable.

   We come to Manchester to ski every year and stay at the Taconic hotel where the Copper Grouse is located. This restaurant is so good. The food and service are always amazing.

    We hadn’t been there in about a year, and decided to try again. Everything was much improved. Last time hardly anyone diners were there yet we waited 40 minutes for wait staff that never came. This time, Olivia was at our table in under a minute and continued to be a terrific presence - as appropriate- through dinner. Burger and Salmon were excellent, prepared perfectly. Wine choices for Cabernet were great and the bartender knew how to make a vodka martini the right way. What a complete turn-around. Whoever the GM is, he or she is doing a masterful job. We’re looking forward to going again.
