My server was nice and friendly and very helpful, the drinks was amazing and the food was awesome.
Always enjoy lunch at Copper Canyon but the prices have gone up quite a bit since I was last there. I would have to consider that before I decide to return. Good food, good location, great service!
Service was wonderful.. arrived at 515.. our meal was on the table within 20 minutes.. food was excellent..
This is a great restaurant that I've found to be consistent in service and quality of food whether it be lunch or dinner. My only suggestion is that there be additional lighting placed on the tables in the area that is to the left of the entry way. During dinner service it can get extremely dark.
Took my mom for her birthday. Food was good drinks were nice. Overall pleasant experience.
Lovely outdoor seating and the wait staff was great. A bit overpriced, including a surprise upcharge for a substitution ($8 more to swap from a chicken pasta to shrimp pasta, which we wouldn't have minded if they had just told us up front).
I actually gave CCG a review about two, or three, years ago before the pandemic and gave them five stars. This time I can't be as generous because some major things have changed. Service: We had to remind the server/s of our small plates for the appetizers we were sharing in the group. Menu: The list seemed shorter than last time. Food: Two people ordered the same Ahi Salad and the Ahi portions weren't the same. One plate had slightly bigger chunks but less in quantity. The other had smaller chunks with more in quantity. And only one plate of the two had a slice of avocado. For the same table, the differences seemed glaring. Sorry, but I can only honestly bestow CCG four stars this time. (I would really give it 3.5 stars if I could.)
Unfortunately the new dinner menu needs to be perfected
Good food, good wait staff, overall great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
I had lunch with my two oldest sons. John was our waiter. I visit CCG maybe every other month for lunch and the staff remembers me and is just terrific. First time I have had John who is also a bar tender- a very gifted host.
The restaurant was fiarly empty so I wish they had not seated people so closely. The service was wonderful. And as usual the food was beautifully plated and taste delicious!
It was great. The ambience, Lily the server, the food and the wait time between placing an order and the food coming out was short.
Our waiter acted new and inexperienced, and often had to remind him what to bring to the table. But polite and well-intentioned. We ate on the sidewalk which was quite noisy but preferable to the very dark and gloomy interior. You must raise the light level in there. Impossible Burger and red cabbage side dish were super.
Too dark but good food and service
My wife and I have dined at this locations many times and have always had good experiences. However today left us a little flat.
We were able to be seated early for a reservation, which was nice.
The menu has become a little too limited, but the quality was ok.
The most disappointing thing was the service. We ordered the spicy fiesta egg rolls as an appetizer, which should prompt even the average server to check on drinks frequently. Our server disappeared and didn’t resurface until the main course arrived.
I had to ask for water twice and at one point she came to the table to clear the dishes and didn’t bother to see that my glass was empty, ONCE AGAIN.
This was a first and hopefully the last disappointing experience. I intend to return at least once more before to determine if this was just an off night.
Not ready to give up on this spot just yet. Hopefully management can observe and correct this behavior.
We had a very good experience. We had a reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival. Our Server came to the table quickly to welcome us and to take our order for drinks. The specials for the day were described, with price quotes. Our appetizer and the two entrees were very good, with the main dishes well seasoned. The service and the food were consistent with our previous visits.

I can’t remember my servers name but he was great. I believe it was Bekele, but anyways he made sure we were taken care of without constantly bugging us. Really good job
The fast was served hot and fast. Our waiter Dan was really impressive. For them to be short staffed. Dan was attentive and helpful. It was a birthday and "Cousin's Day: event.
Dan help to make the event enjoyable. Plus the cornbread is do die for.

Everything about this experience was excellent. The food was great. Our server was gracious. We were all a bit confused by the status of the mask mandate (yes in DC but no in MD where the restaurant is) but that is not the restaurant’s fault. I look forward to going back.
Everyting the water recommended was delicious. And we had a nice seat by the open doors/windows.

Yummy food, but disappointed that A LOT of old dishes were missing from their menu, nonetheless, staff and ambiance makes up for the missing dishes.
Our server was outstanding. We are not happy about some item that are no longer on the menu.
Great location for business lunch. Parking is very close by and easy to get in and get out.
Copper Canyon-Silver Spring, MD is always a great place to eat. The bartenders are the best and make a "mean" drink and always consistent craft. Disappointed that a number of favorite items have been removed from the menu post-COVID.
Just a nice comfortable pleasant place to dine out. Menu not wide but very good and their bloody mary is as good as you can get.

We had to ask a server to take our orders for drinks before we were given any attention. When the waiter finally showed up, he didn’t even introduce himself. It seemed like he wasn’t even wanting to wait on us
Everything was great, from the salmon to the drinks. Except I wasn't fond of the cilantro shrimp. The dish wasn't bad, just not my taste.
