Overall good. Service was a little slow as restaurant was busy and appeared under staffed as took a while to have order taken even with the fact our party was seated quickly.
Server seemed rushed and didn’t know the menu well.
Fantastic food and service! We went twice in one week. The mandarin blossom cocktail was exceptional with Hangar mandarin vodka and fresh squeezed OJ. We enjoyed the southwest egg rolls app special, ribs, and chicken pot pie. On visit number 2,we had the ahi tuna salad. The tuna was prepared perfectly and the salad was delicious. One of our favorites in the area.
Very good meal ... enjoyed the experience at the cooper Canyon Grill
First and last time there. Service was SUPER slow. I would have loved to have tried the key lime pie, but decided not to after the food took forever. Drink refills were slow. There were 2 waiters for our table and they did not communicate well. Typically restaurants like this one have the manager come by and see how things are doing. That would have been nice and our problems could have been addressed then.
We were seated in a smaller room and our table was at the entrance. We had a party of 4. The room was filled with too many tables that seated up to 8. The noise level was between 85 and 95 decibels. We could not hear each other talk. The servers had to go around our table to serve other tables in the room.
Our food was ok, not great, except for the appetizer and desserts. We loved the southwest egg rolls and carrot cake especially.
We were celebrating birthdays and had hoped to have good conversation and a special dinner.
Our server was excellent and very efficient.
The waitress was amazing! Food was very good for the price.
We both ordered crab cakes which were large and flavorful. They came with fries and cole slaw. The slaw was slightly sweet, but we enjoyed it. Service was okay, but we had to wait for drink refills even though there were only a few customers in the restaurant (we ate at 6:15 p.m.).
Atmosphere was dark and quiet, which is a nice change from most restaurants in Orlando. We would certainly return.
Had a less than stellar evening with friends visiting from out of town. The out door dining experience was nice, however, We did not have consistent staff to serve us, nothing felt consistent about this place. One dish had over cooked food, which render it unedible. It Took forever for staff to return, to refill drinks. We felt like sitting ducks most of the time, felt very isolated due to the lack of attention we received. Manager greeted us very apologetic. She handled our complaints and the situation well. Bravo Dianne!
Always a fantastic meal and great service. Our regular go to spot in Orlando.
Mediocre. "Famou"s for rotisserie chicken and ribs, both of which had flavor and texture equal to what you can buy at the deli in a major grocery store. Everything was overcooked and bland. For $50 a person, my expectations are certainly higher. I wouldn't go back if it was free.
Great service and lovely food. We were returning after a visit four years ago and the food was still amazing and the staff are lovely. Definitely recommend.
We were looking to a seafood restaurant and this was highly recommended by the reviews on Google. The service was very good and April identified a special "surf and turf" where they replaced the fish with a beef filet. The filet was cooked to perfection, the salad was great and the oysters (we had a dozen) were awesome. My only issue is that this meal included only 5 very small shrimp. Nice clean place with helpful service and good food.
Easter dinner while traveling
Their food was good and their service very accommodating. Nice, cozy place to eat with family, friends, and loved ones.
Visited 3 times while in Orlando. Service was outstanding. Food was terrific and restaurant ambiance was perfect.
The food was fantastic, the service ( Matt ) and our server ( Matt) was outstanding. I was having an anniversary dinner with my parents ( in their 80's). Both really loved the food. The only complaint was our seating location next to the bar which was really rowdy. It was hard to hear and the convention in town meant no other seating was available. Still a very good experience. So good in fact, i brought other colleagues back later in the week for another meal ( Sean was our server - also amazing ). Ask him about the guy who asked for extra BUTTER.
Thanks for a great experience
We have been to this restaurant several times before and have had a good experience then. This time, however, things were different.
The service was not at same level as before, with missed orders and long delays between when the server first attended the table and took the main orders. This improved near the end of the meal when one of our servers´s colleagues noticed that things did not go well and he tried to improve the situation, though it was a little too late to correct all of the bad impressions instilled in a couple of friends of ours (which were new to this establishment).
The food in general was great, though one at our table had to send out his order a couple of times, because the food was not according to what he ordered, and eventually had to choose something different from the menu (this time, according to our friend, the food was great). The management were kind enough to take his order off the check and apologized for the inconvenience.
All in all, the food was great like during our earlier visits (with the exception of the re-order of our friend´s food brought it down from 5 to 4 stars), but we were taken back by the service lacking in quality compared to earlier times we have been here (was very good at those times). We will most likely come back here, but hope that our experience will then be better than this time. The place has been a solid stapel in our dine-out options while visiting the area, so it would be a shame if we lost this place as a good alternative to all the others we have.
We were late for our reso but your team made sure to accommodate us. They were great! We appreciated all they did! Our waiter was great and food was great!
The filet salad was amazing. The meat tasted perfect and the dressing was so relish. Wine was good too. Server was flustered thought he was new.
The waitress was very friendly and the food was fresh. The portion size was very generous.
Our first time here, it was a great experience from start to finish.
Everything was perfect, from the ambiance, service, and food.
We felt welcome, and with an easy going vibe as well.
A must try while in Orlando. Perfect location as well.
Ordered apps for our party of four, spinach dip, calamari, and the corn bread were a perfect start to our evening out.
Had the crab cakes as my main, absolutely delicious! My husband had the chicken and ribs, their signature dish, and was very impressed!
Cost was well appointed to the dishes we ordered.
Will certainly be one of our go-to spots while visiting Orlando! Recommend to all! Enjoy!
Great place to take the family for a night out. We enjoyed the variety of entrees on the menu as well as the specials for the evening. We had great service - very friendly. It was a great find in a sea of restaurants in Orlando.
Wonderful! Really enjoyed our meal and wine.
Great upscale bar food . Fantastic service
Wine list was impressive. Fun restaurant
Delicious food and great service!
The rotisserie chicken was delicious. Really melts in your mouth!
Clearly one of our favorite restaurants in all of Orlando. A secret find! Great service and support staff. Everything on the menu is excellent. We keep discovering new food and love it all. St. Louis Ribs & Coleslaw appetizer is the bomb; especially at happy hour only $6.00! So many good entrees: Fresh Real Crab Cakes - Meatloaf with a zing - Rotisserie Chicken any way you get it - Club Sandwich - Pasta - Ribs - etc... . Dessert t:he Carrot Cake is the best you have ever had... it almost tastes like a spike cake... not a very strong carrot flavor...boy is it good. Bread Pudding is our other vice for their desserts. Prices are fair for the convention area and most entrees under $20. Don't miss this one.... This is their only location outside of the Baltimore area.
It was a little loud to have much of a conversation. My filet was excellent, but another of our party had to send back her New York strip because she ordered well done and it came out closer to medium. She sent it back and it came back very very well done (crispy) in the outside but still pink inside. My filet was at a perfect medium rare , and very flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also delicious
Crab lump cakes were great, Chicken Pot Pie had so much pepper in it that it was almost inedible & our daughters chicken fingers were also pretty fiery .
$17 for the Pie is extortionate .
Service was poor, our server only arrived by accident when we were asked if we had any questions by a passing waitress who then became our server ... this being 30 minutes after our seating .
Very noisy bar / restaurant which is clearly an after work hang out for local business people .
Not for families with younger children .
There are much better places to dine on International Drive. Got the chicken and andouille sausage pasta dish. Two bites in and got a large piece of chicken cartilage. After spotting that out into my napkin as discretely as I could, I could not stomach another bite of my dinner. Waitress never came back to ask about our meals, and at the end of service she didn’t acknowledge my uneaten dinner. I kept quiet and paid for the meal as It was a small work function and I didn’t want to make a big fuss out of it. But I will never recommend this restaurant to others, and will never return.
Ordered a 37$ striploin steak (which also happened to be the one of the most expensive items on the menu) and asked for it "medium rare". The steak came out blue rare. I informed the server (they did agree it was not cooked sufficiently) and they took the steak back. However, I had to watch my spouse eat their meal while I waited for mine to be cooked properly. When the steak did come out it was cooked adequately. At this point I ate the steak alone and it was my spouse's turn to watch me eat. After I finished, I was at least expecting some sort of compensation (which is standard practice at any well established restaurant). To my surprise, they charged us full price for everything. I would have at least expected one of my two beers be comped. I then overheard that they had done the same thing to the table behind us (undercooked a steak). Not what I was expecting for a restaurant that charged in excess of 100$ USD for their dining experience which was lacklustre at best. Would not recommend it, and would not go back. Severely disappointing.
Nice restaurant with good food. A lot to f different choices. Outdoor seating near street is noisy but still ok for business meal
Really enjoyed this restaurant! Sean the waiter was really personable and very kind. We came on a sat night while on vacation and were able to enjoy the Olympics while sitting cozy in a booth and enjoying yummy drinks and food. Loved it!
Our server Hector was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly and fun.
The Chicken and Ahi dinners were fantastic.
Too many visits to the table from three different wait staff. Noise level high
I booked reservation for 7:30 but we had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. We had drinks at the bar while waiting. Service was great. They came to get us when the table was ready. Copper Canyon has great atmosphere. We had the crab cakes and who tuna both were awesome. I give them thumbs up.
Food was delicious! Drinks from the bar were not. Service, awesome!!
Table service was very good, as our various servers were attentive. Young lay who seated us was somewhat less than engaging. Food was OK, certainly nothing special.
