We had a horrible server. There was a fly that kept buzzing around. They forgot my order of food. Didnt make it up. Long wait for food.
If you think bustling and frenetic = cool and desirable, this is the place for you. Pros: Food was delicious and came quickly; we were seated immediately (w/ Open Table reservation) despite many people waiting; price was reasonable ($83 for two main s two drinks, and one dessert); large, attractive bar; large outdoor seating.. Cons: At 7:30 on Saturday night, it was so loud that I couldn't hear some of what the servers (who should file a complaint w/OSHA) were yelling to us. Low, hard ceilings are at least part of the problem. Not good for a serious talk or for a party of four or more who all want to hear each other..
Everyone enjoyed their food, and the service was very professional, very attentive - without hovering! It's hard to find a place where the servers are so well trained. A very enjoyable evening.
Table near a door wasn’t ideal, but everything else was.
Wonderful atmosphere in and outside. We were seated outside with a view of the water. Very nice! We ordered the Rotisserie Chicken dinner. Worth every bite! Service was perfect as well.
Had a really fun family dinner.
Server forgot a salad then a drink. We needed to have him located to remedy. Then he brought out entries while we were in the middle of our salads. Its was a joke. Would no recommend this restaurant
From the time we walked in the door we were greeted with smiles and a great big welcome. We were seated right away. Starting with the appetizers to the desserts all food was timed to arrive just as we finished the previous course. Servings are huge and easily shareable! My sister had the very yummy chicken potpie, my aunt and I both had the ribs which were just as they described - falling off the bone. We had the calamari, spinach dip and house salads for starters - all were just great! The desserts didn't disappoint either - we had bread pudding and carrot cake - all were to die for yummy! We loved it all!
Great meal! Superb service!
The food was good and well prepared. Wait staff was attentive and very pleasant. Atmosphere was good and not too loud.
We love the location. It was worth the drive from Tysons Corner!
Service was a little off. Server seemed very tentative and was so soft spoken, it was hard to hear her.
Birthday was celebrated and we had a fantastic time our server was engaging and attentive
Food is always superb as is the service. We always get the ribs and a few sides. The pours are great too.
Delicious entrees - great semi outside area with wonderful view of water...
It was ok. The pricing is a bit high for what you get - taste and quantity. I was loud in there for a restaurant - and it wasn’t really that busy - not sure why it was so loud. We’d go back but definitely nothing that memorable.
Great first date location. We arrived early around 5 pm before the crown came in about an hour later. All we ate was an appetizer, but we had four different cocktails, all of them delicious. The best part was the service. Attentive, patient, and very friendly, especially after we decided not to have dinner.
While we did have an issue with one of the meals, it was quickly corrected by the manager. Very good customer service.
Outdoor seating next to the water was nice. Decent gluten free menu. Food was good and had really good service. Rotisserie chicken is a specialty, although we didn’t think it was extraordinary, but decent.
Painfully mediocre. I had the Chicken Avocado Club - one slice of the bread was rock hard, and the chicken was way over-done. On the bright side, the service was good and the Chocolate Uprising dessert was delicious.
Great!! Really great!
Went to Copper Canyon to check out the brunch menu. The menu is short and limited. More lunch items available than brunch items. The brunch selections we had were very good. Copper Canyons set up for large parties is not ideal. We had a party of 7 and the seating was awkward and they seemed unprepared for the group but they made it work. The complimentary cocktail was a plus for my group. Overall, we enjoyed the ala cart brunch and would definitely go back.
Overall great experience. I had the ribeye special with Montreal sauce. Unfortunately it was a little too fatty for my liking but that is usually the case for me and ribeyes. The steak itself and sauce were very good once trimmed.
Their gluten-free options were excellent! We sat in the room right by the water - very nice atmosphere. Saw families, couples on a date, etc. Servers were helpful when one of our party had to get in and get out quickly.
My husband did not enjoy his fish entree. It was not well seasoned. Our waiter was pleasant but very busy
Great food served surprisingly quickly. Our waitress couldn't have been nicer. Indoors is rather noisy but the indoor patio is MUCH quieter.
Our waiter was exceptional (Jack) and the food was mind blowing! Great time on the patio!
I told them numerous times it was my daughters birthday and they kept bringing her drink last, her meal last. We had to ask numerous times for her drink and for her food.
The manager took care of us with drinks and a complimentary dessert. Only wish that my fish had a bit more flavor and our server was a bit more aware of the menu and the bar offerings. All in all, a great experience and I will surely be back again soon :)
Unexpected venue for lunch after arrival in town and pleasantly surprised!
Service - as good or better than a fine steakhouse
Food - exceptional quality and flavor
Birthday celebration. Very well done. Good food and service.
It was good, the manager mitigated any issues we had.
Food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Great way to kick off our Sunday.
We experienced great food, attentive service, lovely atmosphere and had a very enjoyable evening.
Copper Canyon Grill was a great dinner experience, all of our party enjoyed it.
Food was good, service was great. It is however a little pricy.
Prime rib seemed steamed and was held so outside was not crispy and medium rare was almost grey. Veggies were great and Taylor, the server, was terrific. Chicken meatballs are fabulous and so is burger and key lime pie.
Nice ambiance, many options for complimentary drinks, delicious food and very kind staff!
Menu food selection is very limited and a bit on the pricey side. The location is amazing and nice outside area for dining. Our waiter seemed like he didn’t want to serve us and rarely came around to check and see how things were going or refill drinks. Doubt I’ll go back again specially with the large group we went to. Also, I still don’t understand why restaurants are not able to split checks, it should be a given with large groups.
Food was excellent and arrived quickly. Our waiter had a bad night and was off his game. The indoor area was very noisy. 8/10
