I told them numerous times it was my daughters birthday and they kept bringing her drink last, her meal last. We had to ask numerous times for her drink and for her food.
The manager took care of us with drinks and a complimentary dessert. Only wish that my fish had a bit more flavor and our server was a bit more aware of the menu and the bar offerings. All in all, a great experience and I will surely be back again soon :)
Unexpected venue for lunch after arrival in town and pleasantly surprised!
Service - as good or better than a fine steakhouse
Food - exceptional quality and flavor
Birthday celebration. Very well done. Good food and service.
It was good, the manager mitigated any issues we had.
Food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Great way to kick off our Sunday.
We experienced great food, attentive service, lovely atmosphere and had a very enjoyable evening.
Copper Canyon Grill was a great dinner experience, all of our party enjoyed it.
Food was good, service was great. It is however a little pricy.
Prime rib seemed steamed and was held so outside was not crispy and medium rare was almost grey. Veggies were great and Taylor, the server, was terrific. Chicken meatballs are fabulous and so is burger and key lime pie.
Nice ambiance, many options for complimentary drinks, delicious food and very kind staff!
Menu food selection is very limited and a bit on the pricey side. The location is amazing and nice outside area for dining. Our waiter seemed like he didn’t want to serve us and rarely came around to check and see how things were going or refill drinks. Doubt I’ll go back again specially with the large group we went to. Also, I still don’t understand why restaurants are not able to split checks, it should be a given with large groups.
Food was excellent and arrived quickly. Our waiter had a bad night and was off his game. The indoor area was very noisy. 8/10
Overall, rather lousy experience. I made reservations for five. Got there and the hostess could not find us. Mind you the babe Dennis Hall is not what one would say hard to understand. After saying that she couldn’t find us, we were told the only seating was outside. What makes that grating was the two, empty six person booths directly behind the hostess station. The food was tasty. We couldn’t hear ourselves think, let alone talk, which is why we chose a normally quite place. A server placed trout dune in front of me without even batting an eye. It was to go to the next table. Lastly, the old fashioned must have been so old that all of the alcohol has evaporated. Just disappointing all around,
We held a luncheon for 16 people at Copper Canyon Grill. When we arrived we had a private room for our party and the staff was very attentive. The food came out perfectly and even with a large group the service was very timely. Everything went smoothly and I am very thankful to the wonderful staff.
Came from Los Angeles to MD, celebrate birthday. The plates used were so wet, just washed! The prime rib was too salty
Arrived nearly 30 mins early for my reservation. They indicated that I could be seated right away. I requested a table on the patio or patio side of the restaurant and offered to wait. At my reservation time, I had still not been contacted via text or call. I checked in and was seated at the furthest possible table from my requested seat, literally in the innermost corner of the restaurant.
The food was less than memorable and inconsistent with my previous experience at this location and others in the area. Will chalk it up to a very busy night, but it seems like an indication that the quality control is severely lacking.
First off the service was fantastic - attentive and friendly staff! For me personally the food was overpriced for what it was. Drink selection was good and the view of the river was great!
Great overall experience. Super food. Great semi outdoor seating with nice view and gentle breeze. The house salad, salmon dinners, coffee and sorbet were tasty and beautifully prepared. Will definitely be back.
Our group of 6 sat a a good round table in the patio section, which is relatively hot (since it converts to outdoor seating in better weather), even though the AC was on. We didnt want a booth, which is fully indoors and well airconditioned. Our server, Sarah, was great. And we enjoy the food every time
Beautiful Patio. The food was good, not fined dining. The woman's bathroom, was out of a 1970 highways rest-stop. The smell and dirty, ruined the experience. Hopefully it was a one time thing.
Overall experience was above average. I find the prices to be a bit high.
We were very disappointed that they had the entire outside area closed for private parties.
WE HAD AN OUTSIDE TABLE ON A WARM AND COMFORTABLE DAY. GOOD SERVICE AND WOUNDERFUL FOOD.
Always have loved this restaurant... great food, great service, and great ambiance. Outdoor seating (with a view) as well as indoor offer something for everyone. First time with the brunch menu... awesome!
My wife, my buddy who was visiting from Atlanta, and I went Saturday night. Everything was great from the hostess, who seated us immediately and early, to the service, to the food. Copper Canyon has quickly become one of my wife’s and my very favorite restaurants. The Rio was abuzz with activity Saturday, and it was fantastic night to be there. I give Copper Canyon an A+. Love it!
Table location was horrible !
Fürst assigned table was just in front of the open kitchen... far too noisy ... we asked for a quieter location... we end up in a table on the other side of the kitchen, in between the entrance to the toilets and the access to the outside terrasse ... horrible !!!!!
And we had a reservation and there were plenty of empty tables !!!!
Sat outside on the water. It was really nice. Good meal and good service.
A delightful experience. We dined outdoors and enjoyed the view as well as the well prepared food. Will put this place on our list of favorite restaurants.
Brendan was awesome. We love your whole staff!! We dine there at least 2x's per week!!
The food and service here are good, but they really nickel and dime you. Be prepared for a $4 fee to switch one type of potato to another. Really? When we're spending $100+ on dinner, you charge $4 to switch a side dish? And it was my birthday!
The waiter was spectacular. The food was delicious.
Excellent. Our server was first class, the food was phenomenal and the ambiance was perfect. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. My date who came all the way from DC had the steak salad and raved about it and the key lime pie for dessert was out of this world. We both had a wonderful time. Will definitely be coming back.
Dinner with wife
I used to come here years ago but what happened, food was not good wife ordered chicken parm, she didn’t like it. Son order cheese burger and he sent it back and he’s never done that. Will not return
With all the good restaurants in the area, the Copper Canyon Grill stand out as having good tasting food that will make you coming back for more. The server did an excellent job in describing how the food was going to be prepared and make some recommendations that were right on target. We had a table next to the window and it was nice to enjoy the view of the water as we dined. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal.
Great l! Except missing Hot Fudge Sundae on menu!
Very nice experience. We would go again. The outdoor tables were very nice.
Great food- we had ribs and crab cakes and they were both delicious. they were having trouble with the taps and the beer was flat, but bringing it to their attention got a quick resolution.
Our dinners were excellent and the service was considerate. We also reserved for outside seating and a table was held for us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
