A superior tequila bar with over 350 tequilas also allows for unique flights and tequila tastings regularly.
Tequila Dinners are a great way to try both the incredible food and some fine tequilas specifically paired with one another.
Still no sign on the door, 16 years later, Copper Canyon has built and maintained this business by word of mouth. Only horseshoes on the doors let you know that you have arrived at the one and only Copper Canyon.
We LOVED this place! Amazing jalapeño margarita, probably the best I ever had. The chips and salsa were not your average ones. The chips were warm with so many spices on it. We got the chorizo quesadilla and fish tacos. SO GOOD. You must try this place. You will not be disappointed!
Great food and drink. Can't go wrong with the steak and a margarita.
Great drinks, Great Food,Great Time! Thanks for taking such great care of us Lauren!!
Great food, very good drinks, and outstanding service
food was good, service was great, great smokey margarita
This would have been so much better if we were not under pressure from the moment we arrived to eat and run. Had a 6:15 reservation and had to be finished and paid for before 8 because of the next reservation. Will not be going here on a weekend again!!!!
Food was excellent- as always. I just hate having to rush through dinner.
All of the staff was very friendly and the service was great. The food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely eat here again.
Awesome. Food was great.
This was a one and done for us. People always rave about the food and atmosphere. It was VERY loud inside and the food was not anything really amazing. We ordered the guac sampler. It came out unlabeled so we had no idea which was which. We did have the clam dip which was fantastic! The salmon portion was VERY small. I ordered the shrimp fajitas. It came with no rice or beans. It was shrimp with peppers and onions. Our server had a very large table which seemed to take most of her attention.
What an amazing place!!!!
Great menu. Great ambiance. Recommended for a date or a place to meet have drinks or a sit down for dinner. Big fan.
Fantastic food! Came out quickly and nice staff! One of my favorite spots.
Amazing food! Great menu. Servers are extremely friendly and fun. Just a wonderful dining experience. Never disappoints.
Great experience, Kelly and Dan took great care of us! Food was excellent!
Outstanding and innovative high end Mexican cuisine. LOVE this restaurant. It is one of my favorites in NJ.
Birthday. The people we were dining with were 2 minutes late and the hostess asked if we could call them and get their order. So rude and ruined my birthday.
Had a great time, food terrific and service excellent
Excellent food and service. Margaritas are the best. Though if you want quiet or conversation, the noise level is high.
Everything was great from start to finish!!! Awsome food as always
This is my favorite restaurant.
Food was delicious. Steak was ginormous! Didn’t expect it to be so big. French fries are amazing. The margaritas were superb. Service was impeccable. Amanda our waitress was so incredible. Me and my boyfriend had such a good time. Will definitely be back again!
Food here is great. Waiter was slow and not on top of getting drunk refills. Very bougee atmosphere for overpriced Mexican food. Then after we paid the check and left about an 18% gratuity, the waiter came over and asked if there was a problem w the service, he didn’t feel this was a good enough tip. We were alittle embarrassed so we gave him another $20. Then as we were leaving, the waiter came up w the manager/owner and again said we didn’t tip enough, to which we gave another $20. At this point, I’m pretty sure the waiter realized his mistake and was saying oh no don’t worry about it, but it was none the less, embarrassing and ridiculous honestly. The food is very good, although overpriced! And I will not be returning
The lamb chops are amazing! Highly recommend them. And Sara is an excellent bartender!!!
Spicy slim margaritas are the best! If you like pork chops, you must try them! You won't go wrong with anything you order. One of my fiance's and my favorite restaurants!!
Had a wonderful time
Excellent, as always!!!
Their steak is MAGICAL! I really can't comment on the other food, because why order anything else? out of 4 people, 4 steaks. Cooked and seasoned perfectly.
Great margaritas especially the jalapeño infused. Food is always great.
The service was great. Food as usual was delicious.
Amazing food, great service
First, the good:
Great ambiance. Nice quiet location, well decorated.
Our appetizers were good, and our steaks were excellent.
Now the not-so-good:
If there were a ‘zero’ stars for value I would have chosen that.
Paper napkins in a place that sells $10 house glasses of wine, $35 margaritas, $15 small plates and $33 steaks cheapens the experience. Significantly.
The cost of appetizers was entirely too high for what was given. $12 for guacamole that consisted of one scoop of guacamole and some chips. $3 for chips and salsa that are typically complimentary. $15 for 4 very small southwest egg rolls.
We ordered sodas for our kids and were charged $3 per drink and $3 each for refills. $12 for sodas for a 9-year old and a 7-year old. Server didn’t indicate refills would be charged.
The only option for side for the $33 steak is French fries. The substitution for sautéed spinach as a side came with a $2 upcharge - again not disclosed. Mashed potatoes were on the menu with another item, but the chef would not allow them to be substituted for French fries so we had to order them as a side. We were charged EIGHT DOLLARS for a side of mashed potatoes.
After questioning the bill, the side of mashed potatoes was reduced to FOUR dollars (I have yet to have a side of mashed potatoes worth $4 - ever!) and the refills on the sodas were credited (but sodas were still charged).
This is Atlantic Highlands, not Manhattan. The management doesn’t seem to realize price gouging the locals who eat there in the off-season will only hurt them in the long run. Being FAIR to customers - especially customers who have the potential to be repeat customers - will earn repeat business. Nickel and diming locals leaves a very bad taste (pun intended) in our mouths. There are way too many choices in the area to tolerate being shaken down.
We got there at 4:45 for a 5 pm reservation and were not allowed to sit at a private table even though several were available even when we finished our meal. Instead, we sat tightly in between two other parties. It ruined the meal.
We've been going to the Copper Canyon since it opened across the street. The food is very good. We were surprised that the size of the salad we always order had shrunk so much though. It's still a must have- the endive and spinach, you just might want to order 2 if you are sharing with 3 people.
Great restaurant. Love the atmosphere. Went for the tequila which was the best we’ve ever had stayed for dinner. Best steak ever. Can’t wait to go back with friends
Second time there. Kelly was once again our waitress. Excellent food, great service. We will be back!
A smaller menu that is well executed and satisfying. Service was top notch.
Service was excellent, food delicious. This was our first time there and will definitely be back!
We wanted to go here for quite some time. Finally did...don’t need to go to back. Lump of guacomole $12!!! Too much!!!
