Copley’s is an award-winning restaurant serving American cuisine infused with hints of tropical and European flavors. Located in part of the former Cary Grant estate in the heart of Palm Springs, guests experience an upscale and inviting dining experience either outside on the patio with stunning mountain views or by enjoying the friendly atmosphere indoors.     Outdoor setting was beautiful and it was a mild night. Our server, Victor, was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was delicious. A very nice evening which we look forward to doing again soon

    I’ve been before and have had both better food and service. So maybe this was an off night. Our salads were oddly flavorless. The entrees were Luke- warm when served and were just ‘meh’ in flavor. Service was very slow except when at the table, when our server seemed rushed to move on. Enjoyed sitting outdoors. I may go back after a while to see if this was a fluke.

    We spent the evening at a lovely table for 2 in the garden courtyard, with Chad as our server. Food, service and ambiance were all very good. Chad has personality and was awesome.

    ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. Dining outdoors under trees canopied w/lights. Excellent service by (T.K.?) who was attentive to our culinary wishes. Paced our drinks and food orders as only a quality restaurant does. A memorable evening; we will return.

    What an absolute FABULOUS anniversary dinner We had the 2 specials! The pan seared ahi tuna which was absolutely fantastic and the short ribs - amazing!!! And we ended with the chocolate lava cake with caramel salted ice cream. I know why this restaurant receives so many 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.. hands down one of the best dinners ever in Palm Springs.

    Copleys has always been an outstanding restaurant for everyday or special occasion dining. The food never disappoints. Their Ahi tuna is one of my favorites. The servers are extraordinarily knowledgeable about the entire menu, and you can absolutely trust their descriptions and recommendations.

    The experience from beginning to end was excellent. The setting was lovely, the service outstanding and the food delicious. Grace was our server and she was fantastic--personable, attentive and efficient. It was my birthday and I could not have asked for anything better. I have reservations to be at Copley's for Thanksgiving dinner.

    Again this year, we celebrated our anniversary at Copley's. It's a lovely garden venue with mountain views in the heart of Palm Springs. From greeting to servers and all are professional and friendly. Copley's menu is creative plus specials are available each night. Dinners are full of flavors and delicious. This restaurant is a wonderful choice to celebrate or simply enjoy a date night!

    Genuinely a contender for the worst dining experience of my life. The food was over cooked, flavorless and completely bizarre. A piece of duck described as “medium rare” was delivered well done, with a sickly sweet glaze and a monstrously hot pepper sauce. The duck meat itself hadn’t been seasoned, it was cooked for so long it has turned gray. The carrots served with this dish tasted like they’d been cooked in dishwater. Even the rice was inedible. A chimichanga with chorizo (yes this dish was insane) was undercooked and the pastry was raw on the edges. My partner had a pork schnitzel - which turned out to be a 2” thick slab of over cooked pork covered in stodgy wet breadcrumbs. We both left our meals after a couple of bites and finished a side of fries. I also left an Aviation cocktail, which tasted like it had been mixed with paint thinner. Our waiter didn’t even ask us if there was a problem. They cleared the table and presented a bill for $180. I’ve dined at Copleys many times over the years. No idea who bought the place and what kind of genius they now have in the kitchen. But safe to say I will never come back. Bonus points for the restaurant squeezing in way too many tables to their garden and seating us on gravel with a wobbly table and chairs that felt they were going to tip over.

    Great location. Very accommodating hostess with unexpected weather conditions for planned outside dining; nicely accommodated inside. Lovely fresh beet salad, pork schnitzel, and dessert. First time diner. I will definitely return and hope to enjoy the outdoor dining experience under more favorable weather conditions.

    Had hoped to dine on their celebrated patio, but darn, it was 113'. Would have been nice to have patio twinkle lights on for a photo op by the fountain. Otherwise, inside, nice and cool. Great service! Loved the Caesar salad, potstickers, lamb dinner, and a very cold martini. Kind enough to bring a scoop of sorbet with a candle to celebrate my husband's birthday.

    Loved having dinner at Copley's! The staff was lovely and the food even better! Our server shared some history of the house which we really loved. We had the homemade bread and caesar salad to start which were both delicious! Would high suggest the bread. I had the salmon and my husband had the tuna - both of which were fresh and cooked beautifully. We had the chocolate cake and sticky toffee pudding for desert - perfect ending to the meal. Would recommend + come again the next time I am in Palm Springs.

    Lovely Place - we ate inside because of the heat - ideally outside would be preferred. atmosphere is much nicer. Pricy, but worth it. Only negative is the flooring is very hard for people who have walking disabilities, such as canes or walker.

    Lovely evening. It was our first time here - sat on the p atio. They had limited patio tables since it's summer. We did not go inside but it looked beautiful in there. Foot was spectacular, music was perfect - service was excellent. Highly recommend!

    All guests were pleased with their selections, including one who had medical reasons for very specific preparations (which were graciously performed). It did seem a bit pricey, but I think that's the trend today. Other than that, the noise level was VERY high, and that diminished the overall enjoyment of the celebration.
