   Always love this place, although it's "special occasions" on my budget. Love their combinations and preparation. Instead of my usual favorites, we both had one of the specials which were amazing! Wait staff was attentive and friendly amd the experience among the best I've ever had. Only "downside" is that with the new ecinomy and inflation, they charged for bread. Even so, the rolls were a delicacy and worth the price.

   Imagine my surprise when the hostess personally welcomed me back using my first name. I have been to Copley's a few times in the last 12 months but never have I been greeted so warmly at any other restaurant. That was just the beginning of a magical evening. Our server sensed that we weren't in a hurry and perfectly orchestrated the pace of drinks, salads, entrees and wine. The roasted beet salad was true to its name -- not a lot of lettuce (I don't think there was any) but perfectly roasted red and orange beets with a wonderful but not overpowering sauce. I can say the same thing about the duck entree -- medium rare and perfectly executed. It's rare to have such a complete dining experience where you're happy to let the establishment guide your evening since they truly know what they are doing. Stellar.

   Chad was amazing as our waiter! He had an in-depth knowledge of all the possibilities on the menu; and was Fantastic!! Our entrees were amazing , the ahi tuna tacos were out of this world, and the Caesar salad was above and beyond. It was MARVELOUS!

   Our second trip back, and blessed to have the same server, Chad. Chad is like a docent at a culinary museum, celebrating the consumption of art. And our barramundi fish was artful—the accompanying farro, pesto, roasted Campari tomato, asparagus—every bite was different. An Aviation on the side, and a special chocolate soufflé for my wife’s birthday. Lots of fellow diners, well dressed—a real energy, and a must return to enjoy an evening with Chad’s charming service.     Copley's is our favorite place to visit when we visit Palm Springs. This place is the old Cary Grant estate and it feels so comfortable and easy. Mountain views outside on the lawn/patio area around sunset make for a wonderful scenic time. Our server was fantastic, a younger female with long dark hair (I wish I could remember her name) did a great job of explaining the menu and offering suggestions for us. The food was absolutely outstanding!! Short Ribs, filets, fish specials, bread baskets, Caesar salads with the most incredible & unique pineapple crouton. Worth every penny, and you will spend a few extra pennies at Copley's but it is worth it! Can't wait until we can get back there again. You won't regret it, make your reservation now!

    Our 2nd time visiting Copley's for dinner; as we travel between the valley of Phoenix and Orange County, CA where our Son lives. Both times we chose to have dinner outside to enjoy the evening endeavor. Out personal dinner assistance was offered by Chad; a delightful and knowledgeable person. Unfortunately our entrées were not of 5 star quality in our opinion. My wife chose a duck pancake entrée, which she found tough/very chewy. My entrée was a pork schnitzel, which had a light coating and was very good; though it lacked a light brown sauce as a compliment and way too much pork was offered. Also, way too much purple cauliflower was added to the dish. On a more positive note, the Ceasar salad, which we split was very good and the Creme Brule was very good. Note: Cocktails were very good; red Argentina melbec wine and a Lemon drop martini using GC vodka. Also, very good corn muffins. Peace!

    The setting outdoors is nice though there is a bit of a fly problem. The food was good but a little on the high side. Two of us had ice teas and entrees with no starters or desserts and it came to $100 without tip. $120 with tip. The dealbreaker for me is that when making a reservation they ask for your credit card, stating if you are a “no show” there will be a $25 charge PER PERSON. If I go back I’ll take my chances and not reserve a table.

    Food was excellent. My wife had the branzino, which was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. I had the lamb double (one mini t-bone, and a homemade lamb sausage), which was cooked perfectly to medium rare, and also well seasoned with a nice set of sauces. The bar was fair... didn't know how to make a decent Old Fashioned. The timing between the bar and food delivery was not great either... had ordered a glass of wine to go with dinner, it showed up ½ way through my entrè. The server was pleasant, but even after being told about the bad drink, and could see the wine did not come out anywhere near on-time, did nothing to make it up to us. Regardless of the drink issues, the setting is relaxing and beautiful, the food is great, and the service is reasonable.

    We always enjoy Copley’s. Nice, more interesting menu on this visit. The four of us all enjoyed our meals. Advice-if ordering the steak request the sauce on the side. The steaks had wonderful beef flavor ( high quality), but the sauce covered the flavor a bit too much for a couple of us. Service was wonderful all around. Always a great place to have a special meal in a great setting.
