Good middle of the road food and service. Conveniently located.

Disappointed for the first time ever. The salmon special was over-cooked and dry with very boring tarter sauce instead of the usual nice sauce. Is there a new cook? The food just didn’t seem as great as usual. Salad or soup is no longer included with the specials but they are included with “regular” entrees. That doesn’t make any sense when the specials cost $8 - $10 more. Service was very good as always but this meal was disappointing.

This is a gem in the neighborhood! Usually known for the outstanding bakery, also offers a delicious lunch and dinner menu. I had the chicken fettucine with an amazing sauce! Lots of locals like the relaxing atmosphere.

Although we have bought items from the bakery many times over the years, first time we ever had dinner at Copenhagen. Food was excellent and pricing was reasonable. Service was okay; would be better if staff was increased. Except for having assistance clearing the table, waitress had no help for our party of 7. Water was not refilled, even after one member of our party accidentally spilled theirs.

We have lunch and dinner at Copenhagen quite often.
The food is consistently good, service attentive.
Food is served at the right temperature, the vegetables are fresh.
Copenhagen is not fancy (meaning not stuffy) and not too expensive.
We enjoy Copenhagen.

This time the Copenhagen restaurant gave me the worst possible experience. I had the reservation made and arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes prior to my reservation of 6:30 pm.
The hostess Nuri took me to the table in the back. My friend had not arrived as yet, I asked for table in the front by the window but she refused to give the table to me. She said the party was coming. The entire section was empty except the middle row for six people which she was expecting. My friend arrived and saw me sitting at the back and did not like to sit there. The hostess reluctantly gave us the table for two by the window. We finished the dinner and the front area was still empty except table for six in the middle.
The hostess Nuri was arrogant and rude.

This has been a favorite restaurant since Copenhagen began serving dinners. The food is consistently good & is better than most restaurants on the Avenue even though it is mostly a bakery by day and restaurant by night. The servings are generous and the food always tastes so fresh.
