BBQ Rub Flank Steak
The service was even worst than horrible. I made a reservation in advance also specifying it was a birthday. Not only they seemed confused at the begging. The server gave us the worst table and forgot to explain how we were supposed to order. They brought as water half an hour after we were sitting down and took the order for the drinks which they brought to us more than an hour after we were sitting down, basically at the end of the dinner. The servers seemed to be all off, disappearing for hours without even checking around the tables. This was definitely the worst experience we ever had in a restaurant, especially in Niagara. We ended up paying so much for the horrible service food and wine and when they brought us the bill they already included 30$ of tips into it without even telling us.
We had the best waitress on Saturday night at 7 lol who served our drinks she had blonde hair to her shoulders. We didn’t have to ask for refills she was ahead of the game. The men who cut our steaks were efficient. When we requested certain steaks like the rib eye he put it in for us. Excellent service
Copa was my favourite place to go prior to covid. I’ve gone a few times since things have been changed and was disappointed every time. They’ve raised the price and included the tip into the bill so the servers really don’t seem to care whether they give you good service or not. Side carts came by a whole 2 times the two hours I was there. They’ve raised the price so we’re now paying more for less sides(lack of service) and less meat options. Hopefully things return to the old ways whenever covid isn’t an issue. Until then, I won’t be returning.
I was worried due to some of the post pandemic reviews. It was great. Service was good. Food excellent as usual. Overall a great night. The patio was nice, and we had a group of 8. Overall would recommend. Thank you
It’s was a very different experience. We are steak lovers and enjoyed the different varieties and flavours of meat.

The meal was fantastic! I wish there was a bit of a bigger dessert selection but I did not go to a Brazilian steakhouse for dessert. Service was great and we were seated a few minutes early for a reservation.

Food was excellent but it took a while sometimes to get staff to the table for service. For instance, at the end of our meal we sat for at least 20 mins and asked at least 4 times to get some pineapple to finish the meal. And not enough variety in meat. Mostly beef until we asked for chicken and more variety. Also, we had to sit outside in the patio area and it was freezing. Maybe advanced notice when booking to bring a jacket or sweater "just in case" or an even better solution is to install plastic pieces to swing up and down over the outside of the patio room to at least block some of the wind coming in from the falls. That would not be a total concealment of the room and would be fine for COVID restrictions and conditions. For the cost of the meal and while trying to enjoy our anniversary, it certainly took away from the enjoyment of our evening. I couldn't wait to finish because I was so cold. Also, if the restaurant is really concerned with COVID and avoiding the spread, there should have been strict enforcement of people walking in to the restaurant, and around while inside, to wear their mask if not seated, (one guy got up twice without a mask and walked inside from the patio to watch the basket ball game). Staff who were serving small dishes of salads or desserts should have been wearing gloves at all times. I saw, on a few occasions while dishing out food, their thumbs were in the bowls or plates being served to the customer. The small face shields were also a joke. Anyone savvy in the disease could see you could spray droplets out the side and over that tiny thing which was not fitted securely to the face.
We visited again for our anniversary and this time was VERY disappointed. The food was slow. We were skipped and our waitress forgot about us multiple times. It was by far the worst experience there.
All of the meat was under cooked. We definitely did not get our money’s worth. We got married on Thursday and went to celebrate on Friday and left very disappointed. The manager did ask how everything was and we told her and she did her best in sending more meats out but again it was under cooked. The service carts also did not come around often. We decided that unfortunately we will not be returning

Because buffet was closed. They served you at table. Took so long waiting on food to come around.

Restaurant was cold . Had all patio doors open . After about an hour they closed them. It was better then.

I previously had been to this restaurant before, and there's never a time when you're seated that you're hungry-unless you have JUST arrived hungry, but that would soon change haha. The overall experience I would have to say was five stars; the only reason for four-star would be for my taste preference. If you're going there, you're probably going to be running into meats and flavours you've never experienced before, so be inquisitive about the food they hand you.

My boyfriend and I was on vacation at Niagara Falls. Throughout our dinner choices, it wasn’t that great due to the fact that we had to pick last minute restaurants. On our last night, we made a reservation with Copacobana and we never regretted it a single bit. It was our first time and best time dining there. Our waitress and servers were extremely friendly and easy to approach to. The food was extremely marvelous. We knew it was fresh 100% too. The price was so reasonable and we had a whole bunch of varieties of food to ourselves. The best thing about eating there is almost everything for example, the presentation, cleanliness, and the safety procedures. When we were finished, we had like a good full to our stomachs. It wasn’t bugging us comparing to other restaurants that were serving greasy food. Thank you for what you do and I’ll definitely come back another time.
It was our first time back at Copa since reopening from the covid shutdown. The salad and side dish bars have been replaced by carts going through the room and staff serving up what you want. Really liked this and hope it stays this way long term. The prices have raised after reopening which dropped value to 4 stars. There is also now 18% gratuity automatically added and staff ensured you knew when paying so as to eliminate double tipping. Definitely will be back but with new pricing, visits will be longer between.
Unlike the other Brazilian Steakhouse that I have tried, my experience at Copacabana was terrible. First of all the dining room was so dark. We could hardly see what we were eating. Second, unlike the other Brazilian steakhouse where I did not have to sit around for minutes waiting for the meat to come, we had to wait for awhile before we were served with what appeared to be leftover meat: two shrimps, some small cuts of beef, a small piece of chicken that smells like armpit...It totally sunk my high expectation of a nice Brazilian steakhouse. The service was not that good either. One of the server dropped a knife after slicing the meat...luckily the knife did not land on my feet. All of this bad dining experience set us back $150 ($60 per person with tips already included)
The meat is very good, but to have one small piece of meat on the plate takes at least 30 minutes. It is very long.. that is very bad service. I asked 6 takes to have one specific kind of meat and they never brought, but it tastes good

Dined here last night for the first time and was blown away! The minute we sat down we had food on our plate and our drinks. The service was extremely quick we had someone serving us at least every five minutes. The food was amazing, seriously the best steak I've ever had and the sides and pasta were yummy too! All the employees were very nice and attentive. The main guy we had serving us meat remembered which ones we said we liked and would make sure to bring around those cuts more often, he also brought out the cheddar steak when asked.
You get a lot of food for the value and while the $60 minimum might scare some people away it is honestly worth it as it is as much as you can eat salad, sides, pasta, steak/chicken, and dessert. We will for sure be coming back as soon as possible!
I truly enjoyed our experience. $189 for 2 people and a large alcoholic beverage. I knew it would be more expensive than a regular restaurant but I came here for the experience while exploring Niagara Falls. I wish our waitress came to our table more often as we needed things like water, napkins etc... the gentleman who would cut the meat on your plate was extremely polite and kind, we loved him. Overall it was a wonderful evening!
The Style of service is neat however you don’t really get equal opportunity to taste everything. The Pineapple came around once in a two hour period, we weren’t offered the meat with cheese inside once in two hours. It seemed that there was a lot of focus away from where we were seated, not sure if we were seated in an awkward area or if the servers don’t go to every table every time. Overall the experience was good, I just feel there was a lack of opportunity to taste everything which (to me) would be the point of this style of service and why people go there.
The server was inattentive and spent a lot of time chatting with other staff by the bar. This issue mysteriously went away after I ordered a double 18yr single malt - funny that.
There used to be cards on the table to show your interest in being brought food, or taking a pause - with their absence the experience was rushed and full of constant interruptions. Please bring these indicators back - why not use the business cards you place with the online menu?
The food is phenomenal, and if you're a bit choosey about what to accept you can get good value for money.
Overall impressed with how they handle the Covid modifications.
Music was too loud for 530pm - people dining at that time want conversation. Turn it up later.
It was our first visit with my wife to this restaurant in Niagara Falls, and it was amazing, the food was delicious.
Food was amazing. All you can eat and very high quality. On the pricey side but well worth it!!
First time going to Copacabana since Covid. The meat was great as per usual! However, it was a hassle in that we had to keep requesting meats we had not tried that were being taken to other tables, as well as any sides. That was the downside, just having to constantly ask for things because they were not coming around to serve to our table.
Extremely poor experience. We barely had any food brought around and the waitress was extremely snippy. She didn’t check in on us to see if we wanted more drinks, water, sides, nothing. The guy who brought the meat around was extremely rude as well.
Was alright. Food came out really slow at first but then they started coming around more often. I wouldn’t go back for a casual dinner because of how much they raised the price. The value is not there 2 people is $160 without a drink
Meats were of great quality and flavor, sides were brought table side.
After taxes and gratuities(added automatically to bill), total came out to about$80 per person. Which was a little expensive for us. Definitely a good one time experience.
Paid onsite parking is available in the back, limited spots though.
Amazing ambiance, and food was perfect. Always my go to when visiting Niagara. 11/10 absolutely recommend every time.
We definitely were not hungry afterwards but we had to wait a long time for salads and shrimp to come to the table. Had to ask for the salads and shrimp. The meat was too rare for me. Didn’t see anything that was not rare. $11 a drink was pricey. The servers work their butts off and do their best to look after you. Our meal cost $186 for everything (including the two drinks and a built in tip of 18%). That was for tastes of meat, chicken, 5 shrimp, salad, charcuterie board and grilled pineapple.
Would we go again? No, but I’m glad we experienced.
My boyfriend and I planned on going there for a date night during the Labor Day long weekend. When we arrived for our reservation it was loud from kids screaming and jammed packed with people. When we booked the reservation it said tables would be spread apart for social distancing purposes but when we arrived that wasn’t the case. We decided to leave and find somewhere less crowded. The Keg across the street accommodated us right away and had tables with adequate spacing to allow for proper social distancing. We would have liked to have enjoyed our Copacabana experience but could not for the reason above.
This restaurant is way overpriced. They add so much salt you are never able to eat yours moneys worth. The guys that bring you the meat barley come around fast enough for you get any meat and by the time they come around you full of all the side dishes and can't eat anymore. Such a waste of money. We also were celebrating our 15yr anniversary and nobody did anything nice for us. Disappointing experience!
