   Meat is always tasty. Fun experience. Portions ordered were larger than I thought. Nice ambiance. Dances were a nice added touch for entertainment. It was tasty and fun!

   The worst experience was the parking it was very bad the valley didn’t tell us that there’s a shuttle bus we can use it. After 2or 3 times looking for a parking around the restaurant we called them they told us about the shuttle bus. But the restaurant and the food was soo good

   Ordered Mac n cheese right when we sat down and then ordered it 3 more times for it to never show. We told our waitress and she said it should be out- it never came! Ordered a glass of wine about 9 or 10 times on the app and it never came. Asked the waitress and she said “oh they must have ran out”- am concerned that they didn’t tell us. I didn’t enjoy even a glass of wine during dinner- yet got charged for 4 ppl dining and more wine. Interested as to how this business is run. We didn’t get so much as a sorry or a comp on a drink. My bf ordered a beer at the same as I ordered a wine ( from the server, the last and final time) and she only brought his beer and said oh I think the bar is really busy lol. It’s quite comical. I said “if the wine if out of stock can I have another one as he is know drinking by himself” she said “ oh do u want me to take away the beer “ There is customer service and common sense- of which the restaurant had none. I am sorry. The ppl serving the meats were exceptional. Also asked for a copy of my receipt- I never got that either. Thank you very much. Hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears.    The food was absolutely phenomenal!! Everything we ate was delicious!! And the server for our table was wonderful and friendly. The only issue we had was that a lot of the people going around with meats seemed to bypass our table and not even look at us. We watched meats go to the same table 3 times but never come to ours. So that was a little frustrating. It's also very loud in there, so if you're looking for an intimate first date or something, don't go. But we had a lot of fun!!

    For the second visit in a row my group and I were SO disappointed in the service here. We previously had an almost identical experience but we were hopeful it was a one off, unfortunately that didn’t seem to be the case. We did not receive any of our sides. We could not speak to our server due to the noise level. When we inquired an hour and 15 minutes into our meal about when we might receive our side orders, at which point we opened our order details from the app to show the server and realized there were 100+ dollars worth of drink orders were on our order as well as our sides that we never received. To which the server told us the tab for the drinks were from our bar order, except we were never at the bar and did not order said drinks. The server then told us it was actually showing up on our tab because someone else was seated at our table before we arrived and had moved tables so their orders were still going into the system as our table number, along with our orders, and this is also why we never received our sides because they went to the table where the previous customers had moved to. After figuring out what the issue was, and thinking it had been sorted, we then tried to order dessert, and we never received that either. Ultimately we left without ever receiving our sides, we were expected to pay for another tables bar tab because they moved tables and left us with the tab, we didn’t received any sides/desserts even after we thought it was rectified. We also never received even an apology from our server. We will not be returning to this location in the future, it is clear that this is the standard for service here given that our last two visits have been the exact same (missing sides, missing desserts, the only thing you can depend on is getting the meat that walks by your table).
