Super long wait to get tiny pieces of meat. We waited an hour just to get pineapples. The waitress missed a few of our request..water, cutlery, pop refill. And then tried to blame it on the meat carver, not a good teammate for sure. The waitress that served our appetizer, based on her attitude definitely did not want to be working there. We are for sure never going back to this restaurant. The people sitting on either side of us recommend going to "Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse". Save your money and go try elsewhere for sure!

This restaurant was good when I visited some years ago but my last experience on June 10 was terrible, nor worth the money and just sucks. Side ordered was not okay and took a very long time to come, the drink ordered took at least 30mins to come after complaining to the server. After sitting for an hour we have just been served meat 3 times. The worst experience in similar Category talk less of a Tourist Location. Will never come there again.

Amazing experience for my birthday. Love the vibe of the whole place. Was a tad loud ( only because we do like to have conversation at the table) but all in all, amazing! Would definitely come again. Good was delicious. Everything… and I mean everything was so tasty! Wonderful staff, wonderful atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

Terrible service, waited 40 mins for our sides, after asking several times, server was short with us. Then another server brought the wrong one and argued with me even after I showed her the order on the apo. Meat gauchos were avoiding our area and one even scolded me for pulling and dropping meat. This is my first negative review ever of any restaurant, which evidences the poor experience we had.

We arrived early, they took us anyways. We had the Brussel sprouts, all the sauces, Mac n cheese and the lamb dip - it was awesome. Every time we turned around there was another carver in front of us! So fun amd delicious.
