We were 7 girls for a bachelorette weekend, and this place was a blast. Great music, food was really good, the atmosphere was amazing. Would definitely recommend. Only thing I would say was that it was way too loud for any conversation and not all the staff were friendly but overall a great experience.

I’m honestly disappointed. I had heard so many good things about this place, but it didn’t live up to the expectations. Our reservation was for 8:30 pm but we weren’t seated until 9:10pm, we stood at the front door the whole time. We ordered two drinks and a non-alcoholic one for my daughter. We had to ask twice, and it finally arrived around 10:40pm over an hour and a half later. It was also hard to communicate with the service because the music was way too loud. The show was the only part we truly enjoyed, and the food was not bad.

We had a table next to the reception desk so people were standing next to us while we ate but otherwise good meat and sides. The servers and meat cutters were mostly timely except the roasted pineapple 🍍 cutter. He kept skipping our table and went to many other tables multiple times . I would suggest they follow a certain map to cover each table equally to keep better track of service.

It’s great visiting the Copa again. The one in Niagara has a great ambience. The food are ok incredible, every single side dish is a hit in our table! There are some side dishes that are out of stock. The meat are nice and juicy, it’s just hard to track if we have tried it before or not, but it’s maybe on me, I can’t tell meat apart from their appearance. The service is phenomenal, everybody is nice is friendly. They are very attentive. They are very good in reminding us that the tip is already included in the tip, side note I was a victim of double tipping before from totally different restaurant - I am still upset about that. Washrooms may I add are very private and pristine. Is everything worth 70$ per person (came in Monday), not so convinced yet, but that’s me, not use to splurging on food so overall I am still giving this restaurant a 5 stars.
