This had always been my go to place for a favorite meal. Tonight the chef was not on. Food was just ok…. Not the same quality as I’ve had in the past. Meat was very fatty. Risotto was soupy. My daughters meat was so chewy she had to go to the bathroom to spit it out bc she couldn’t swallow it. I’m hoping it was just an off night from their standard quality.

Our server Nick was awesome and made our experience festive and relaxed! Took my son to a quick birthday dinner between his classes and sports practice that evening. He loved it and appreciated the royal treatment. The chef’s special and all the entrees were wonderful…we will be back!

I go to Coopers almost 3 times a month, unfortunately the mixed drinks and service were not great. Took way too long to get a mixed drink and when we got it, it was actually the worse old fashioned ever. Sort of disappointed but everyone has one of those days. We will be back!

Our waiter was amazing. Our dessert was yummy but was late so our waiter comp the dessert and apologized for the delay. The food was amazing and the ambience was noisy which is to be expected of a really busy place. We will be back.

Love the food here but the service wasn’t great last night. We had to remind our server to bring the samples of the wine of the month 2 times, one member in our party of 4 ordered from the Magical Dining menu and never received his 1st course. We also had to ask again to have our anniversary reward applied to our bill.

I’m a regular here for lunch so I love This place. I come About once or twice a week. Food is always spot on and the wine is top notch. I always feel the service is better on the bar side of the restaurant. But don’t steal my booth.

Ordered the classic hamburger with seasoned fries and grilled broccoli. The hamburger was good, not great, but the “seasoned” fries had no seasoning whatsoever so ever, were overdone and tasted like old frying oil. The “grilled” broccoli for 7.99 was just one piece of broccoli, burnt on one side but still tasted cold inside. Horrible. Service was so slow. They wrapped up our food before we even got our dessert (ordered at the start - my companion ordered magical dinning) after we asked, reminded them, we still waited 30 mins for it. We were there for 2 hours and just over 15 mins. Needless to say we will be giving Cooper’s Hawk a break for a while.

We dined at Cooper's Hawk on Tuesday,9/19 at 6pm. We were two couples there to celebrate a friends birthday. We all selected from the Magical Dining Menu. Our server was welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive. He allowed us to sample a couple different wines to insure we were happy with the wine we selected would be enjoyed by all. Our meals were excellent- good portions, delicious, proper temperatures. The birthday celebrant enjoyed a complimentary dessert. Our experience was great.

Let me start by saying I have been a CH member for over a decade. I clearly love the joint. But this past weekend was by far, the BEST service we have had from probably any restaurant. Hunter was our guy and was genuine when he wished us a happy anniversary....and then brought us a nice glass of champers. Great way to start anniversary lunch! We brought friends with us. One of our friends is....well....specific when ordering. Picture When Harry Met Sally...diner scene...100 times worse. She tried to explain to Hunter what she wanted. He was so patient...listened to everything she said. And instead of guessing and hoping he got her order right, he brought the chef out to really get to the nitty gritty. (I'm beyond mad I cannot remember the chef's name!) They talked...the chef walked away accepting of the challenge...and BAM...nailed it! She said it was beyond her expectations. Well played gents...well played. Listen, I could go on and on about the food, but we all know the food is always a hit. These two gentlemen went above and beyond the entire time we were there. Ask for Hunter's section. You won't be disappointed.

The atmosphere was great. The food was ok. We ordered magical dinner special. Our server forgot our appetizer and then brought out with our dinner. The appetizer soup was gross. Way to much carrots and celery in bisque . The dinner was great but sides were off. The dessert was horrible. I have eaten at Cooper Hawks before and I was disappointed.
