    We normally visit Coopers Hawk at lunchtime. I am always impressed by the efficiency of the kitchen to promptly prepare our food. Something went awry this week and we waited MORE than 30 minutes. Our server apologized and said somehow our order went into a take out package and had to be redone. This is an anomaly and we will continue to enjoy Cooper's Hawk, especially at lunch. Our server was great, this was just a blip I think

    As always, not enough servers for the tables sat. I think our server had 10 tables going. We were frustrated and so were so many others by just looking around.

    We stop by to eat fry calamari its delicious appetizer but it out of stock!we ordered bottle of wine and few appetizers!waiter said he gonna bring water,wine and pretzel bread!He brought just wine !When bus boy brought appetizers we asked him a he brought us a pretzel bread!as long we eating empty plates build up at our table and stay till we left!

    Once again, called to check on calamari and was told they had it. Get there, and they did not. They also did not have our requested wine. They also were out of tomato bisque so when went to order short rib special with tortilla soup substituted, was then told they didn’t have enough short rib for whole table. Half of our table got their meals first and were over halfway done by the time the other half received theirs. After all of this, nothing was offered to apologize for one thing after another. To end it all, I knocked my open leftovers box on the table by accident while waiting on to go sauces. Luckily, the server finally offered something and brought a new to go sandwich after all of the other disappointments. After being a member for so many years, it’s disappointing to see how downhill this location has gone. We could’ve been offered a free glass of wine at bare minimum. Horrible customer service.

    Upon arrival was told we could not be seated because they were “running behind”. The wait would be 30 + minutes. With three young ladies standing around at checkin counter, no one offered to help us secure a spot at the bar. We were simply told the bar is “first come, first served” and we could sit at any table not marked “reserved”. Fortunately, I found a bar table, but throughout our meal, no one ever sat at the “so-called” reserved tables??? Our bill was over $100 even though we split a salad and entree, skipped desert and had little to drink???

    I have been a member here for years and had many great experiences, but last night was one of the best! Our waitress, Missy, was one of the best servers I have ever had at a restaurant. The food there is always great, but the service was Astounding!

    Food was delicious but needed to be warmer. Overall a great value. We got seated immediately. Server seemed inexperienced and uncomfortable. If the server had been good and the food warmer it would have been an A+

    While our 6:30 reservation for 5 didn’t get seated until 7:15 (understandable due to holiday) Our entire experience from the hostesses to our server, Hunter, made the experience well worth the wait. Food and service was exceptional as always. Thank you all. See you next year.

    Food was terrific, our server, Elizabeth, was exceptional. But was very aggravated that even though I made a reservation 3 weeks in advance, and arrived at the restaurant 3-5 minutes early, we weren't seated until 6:30...1/2 half hour past our reservation time.

    What a delicious meal served by extremely courteous and friendly people. While a big crowd was here you would not know it by this incredible staff who worked as a precision team handling all in a timely manner as if this was “normal”! I cannot say enough about the food or the experience of the evening and the prices fall under the category of “you get what you pay for”! Bravo.

    Took the family for Thanksgiving dinner which we have done in previous years here. It was complete chaos for some reason. we had reservations at 5:15 pm, we were a bit early ~ 5:10. We were finally seated at 6:15 pm when the shoved a couple high top tables together in the bar area. Service was average, I'm assuming because they were over worked in terms of number of tables. Really unfortunate because this is usually a quality location.

    We went for Thanksgiving and had a 5pm reservation. We did not get seated until 545pm. We frequent Coopers Hawk and have the wine club membership and love this restaurant, however, they dropped the ball terribly on Thanksgiving. We ordered the Thanksgiving meal and the only thing that tasted good was the dessert..... We will never go back for Thanksgiving. We did not get a quality $165 meal we paid for.

    Once again, we made reservations. This time our attendance was based on the menu offering of a special Thanksgiving meal. Once again, they were understaffed and overbooked. The waitresses and waiters looked haggard and were so over stretched that they were unable to refill water glasses. Our table was one inch from the traffic zone and where others sat waiting to be seated causing us to push In our seat and be bumped frequently. I love the food here. Please, please, please, train your hostess to greet with a smile and say Happy Thanksgiving or just welcome. Train your waiters to be friendly. The chef has the food covered. It is the only reason why we return.

    Cooper's Hawk needs to revisit its Thanksgiving service. We were 45 minutes late in getting our table, and the service was extremely slow. They clearly overbooked. Meal as just OK, stuffing was dry and flavorless. Won't be doing Thanksgi ing there again.

    I was impressed-from ease of check in to the complimentary wine tasting prior to being seated for my meal- had a winery feel for it being in strip mall type setting. Briley (my waitress) was awesome as far as serving me. I chose the Thanksgiving meal that was offered over their full menu meals offered as well, but I will definitely be back to try the options on their regular menu.

    A friend and I just got home from a wonderful Thanksgiving meal — butternut squash soup, turkey, dressing, mashed potatoes, the whole nine yards. Pumpkin pecan cheesecake for dessert. We had a reservation and were seated within 10 min. The place was packed because of the holiday. Best of all was our server, Kay. My friend is blind and Kay was so friendly and helpful. She made our day!

    We had very good service. The food ranged from okay to very good. We particularly liked the calamari and brussel sprouts.The pecan encrusted grouper was disappointing, as the crust was soggy. The tenderloin and steak salad were good, as were both Mary's and Betty's potatoes. The dessert's were very good.

    I really hope they start making more calamari now that it’s a permanent menu item. Make sure to call ahead if that’s what you’re going for because apparently they’re running out a lot of nights since so popular. Otherwise, it was a nice dinner.

    It was our anniversary, we made a reservation for 7 PM. We did not get seated till 7:30 PM after multiple couples came in after us and were seated before us. Once we were seated, they put us 2 at a center table with awkward spacing when there was multiple booths available. It was very loud and the ambiance where we were sitting was not admirable. We did not get waters or menus for another 10 minutes, so when the waiter did come I asked to switch to a booth, because it was a special occasion. He told me, “I don’t know. Go back up to the front and ask.” That moment I knew I did not want to spend my money at a place that I was not respected. We are a college couple, so maybe they were judging us based off our age. But none the less, we were not treated properly. So we took our money somewhere else and had the best dinner at Bristols!

    The whole reason we made the trip was for the lunch special - braised short rib grilled cheese. Told about 5 minutes after we ordered that they are out of that sandwich but they had another short rib dish. How do you have another short rib dish and you're out of your lunch special? On top of that we sat at our table for about 10-15 min before a server even came to our table. We were the 3rd table in our area, every other table had multiple visits before we were even looked at. Probably worst visit we've had.

    The restaurant seemed short staffed, and the food was not fixed to its usual quality. It was a long wait to even get a server to our table to take our order. It was not her fault, She seemed over stretched, and was practically running through the restaurant from place to place. The prices of everything at the restaurant are very high so one would expect top quality and service.
