    Our server was terrific... extremely attentive, new the menu, asked about wine club and kept our drinks full. The food has taken a turn for the worse. Chicken was cold and salad was stale. Ambiance and wine were terrific. Must do better with food.

    This is our favorite restaurant! The wine is great, the food is always delicious and consistent! But the best part of visiting Coopers Hawk is the people who make dining the best experience of the week! Management is the key to the success of this establishment ❤️

    The wine and cocktails are great and the server was sweet. The food was good, but the vegetables were undercooked based on my preference. I would recommend it for a nice date night.

    Service was terrible. We walked out. Server came and introduced herself and took our drink orders. Returned 10 min later and introduced herself and asked if she could get us something to drink. When we said she’d already taken it, she asked us to give it to her again. Ten more minutes and we get two waters sans the lemons we’d asked for and the drinks we’d ordered with limes were lime less. We saw her talking with a manager and pointing at us. She disappeared once again. We took that as our cue to leave. It is too expensive and nice of restaurant to endure bad service. We left and went elsewhere.

    We made reservations foe table of 4 outside patio dining. Got call saying the patio was closed on a beautiful evening. BUT there would be a table for us to honr the reservation. When we arrived 5 minutes early for our reservation we were told we would have to wait for a table with no time given. After waiting for more than 20 minutes we were able to get a bar table. Bar was extremely noisy. Service was OK considering the number of people. Al-in-all not a good experience. Food was just fair. Prices are not even close to a good value. Atmosphere sucks. We have dropped our membership and will not return. It is clear that you don't need our business.

    A little disappointing that we had reserved an outside table and upon arrival were told that because it might rain they were not seating outside. It didn't look like rain, it didn't rain while we were there nor did it rain at all that night. I think they didn't have enough wait staff so they made an excuse to have the patio closed.

    I so wish I could remember our servers name. She went the extra mile and was very on it. She .was wearing a mask so I can’t describe her but if more restaurants had servers like her every meal would be exceptional. Great food as always and ambience.

    This was our 2nd anniversary dinner and everything was perfect except that they undercooked my wife's steak. They were very responsive and everything was resolved easily. I would highly recommend Cooper's Hawk to any of my friends.

    Service and food was just ok. We had a birthday which was the reason for the dinner and noted in the reservation, but nothing was done. I believe a dessert is normally offered. We started with one server just for drinks and the server who took over didn’t seem to pay attention to the table even though we didn’t order with the previous server. People came and went and we didn’t get our meal. Not sure what happened but when it arrived some of the dishes scallops were over cooked. Seemed as though something may have gone wrong and was fixed while others plates were kept warm possibly. We switched things around for people who didn’t want burnt scallop.

    Best Bruschetta I've ever had! Drunken Shrimp was great! Wine was very good as was the Lobster Bisque. Wedge salad was good but way overpriced at $15. The Shrimp and Scallop Risotto needed more than four medium shrimp and four small scallops for $33. the scallops needed a sear and the corn overpowered the whole dish. The Gnocchi was undercooked and doughy. It was still a great meal and service was outstanding. Just a few missteps on the entrees that shouldn't be on a $140.00 lunch for two.

    I’ve been coming here for years but I have never seen the kitchen and service as slow as it was last night. The food quality did not match what it’s been in the past. I was very disappointed. The wine is great. But even that couldn’t redeem apps or entrees. The shrimp appetizer came out with red tails and translucent shrimp … the bacon was chewy to raw. I took one bite and spat it out into the napkin. The meat in the prime sandwich was a mess of chewy, cold sinew and the bun was hard as a rock. The fries were cold and tasteless. The standards were dropped last night. I’ll take a break from dinner here for a while.

    The employees and food and wine were amazing! It was very awesome! Ryan was amazing, and so were the bartenders. The only thing I missed was an area to smoke and drink your amazing wine. Thank you, as always, for an amazing experience ❤️

    2 really good waitresses we have had are Alissianna and Missy. The manager Nick went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. This is one of my favorite restaurants and one of my husband’s favorites.

    John B was our server for the evening and he was amazing! Paying a lot of attention to detail and servicing our table in a timely manner despite it being a busy Friday night! My friend and I always enjoy coming to Cooper's Hawk to celebrate life's moments so we will be back again!

    Usually our meals are good here, however this time it wasent. Service was really slow, waited a long time on the food. When it did come it was really cold. Restaurants are like people, they have bad days. This was one of them at Cooper’s hawk.

    Service was pretty slow…was seated for 20 minutes before anyone waited on us but they noticed their fault and gave us complimentary salads for the table. Food was good and fresh when it came out.

    Went here for our anniversary dinner. Food was amazing and the service was perfect. Loved the free tasting prior to dinner. This helped me select wines for my dinner flight. The wine flight is a must as it is a great value. Highly recommend the pistachio crusted grouper, prime rib sandwich, shrimp and lobster bisque and the crispy brussel sprouts. The staff here is kind, attentive and knowledgeable.

    Very cold. Very loud. Hard to hear server. Service was pleasant but average. Had to return two risotto entrees because cold, 2nd version returned cold, very soupy. Unfortunately not a good return after 5 years away.
