We waited almost 10 minutes before someone came over to our table. But then Jordan stopped to ask if anyone had helped us, and we told her no. She was a great waitress. Food was delicious. Peach sangria was yummy. A great experience overall!

Food was very good, however the lettuce wraps, while tasting good were impossible to eat. How do you make a wrap with a 3 inch piece of lettuce. If it is meant to be eaten as a salad, then it should not be called a wrap. My fingers were a mess from the sauce and trying to taste all of the ingredients in a tiny piece of lettuce.

Food was outstanding and so was the wine. Great place, the only thing I would recommend is having your waitress slow down when talking to her guests. She was good at her job, just spoke super fast and in a hurry. I know they have to hussel, but it would be nice to be able to hear her and have her see if we are done talking. She did a great job, and they were busy, it is just an idea.

I have been a wine club member here for over four years so I like this restaurant. In fact I planned a girls night there with a group of 8. We planned on doing a wine tasting and dinner. We arrived an hour early to do the tasting and there was no counter space. We were told first come, first serve so we would just have to wait for a spot. There’s another counter they could have opened to accommodate us, especially since there were 8 of us. When I asked the host about it she was kind of rude and I didn’t feel like they tried to be accommodating at all. We stood there waiting for 25 minutes with the hosts just watching and finally gave up. Not the great experience it could have been.

Four gals met for lunch. The Pick-2 with grilled veggie & goat cheese flatbread and chopped wedge salad was delicious and enormous! As were the dishes my other gal pals ordered. Service was excellent.

Went to filet mignon and somehow they were out for the evening. Huge disappointment however waitress attempted to make it better by bringing two flight size tastings of the famous red blend wine. That helped. Settled for the medallion trio which had lovely presentation and flavor. Service was excellent just seemed slow especially for a night when it was not as packed as usual.

I am a wine member at Coopers Hawk and LOVE this place. However, I feel that over the last year their service has significantly gone down. The hostesses are extremely rude. One girl in particular is typically working when we go, and has never been nice or accommodating to us. She is the first person you interact with and it just starts the night off poorly. The servers there are subpar at best - unless you get Rick. Rick has been the only server there that has left us with a pleasant experience. I wish we could have him every time. The rest of the servers all seem rushed and don't care about our dinning experience. The food is so good which keeps us coming back, but should have better service in an establishment like this.

The service at the tasting bar was very good. The service from Kristi M was spectacular. She remembered the type of wine my wife and I like and recommend a few that we were not aware of. Her recommendation was spectacular and we bought a few bottles to take home and put in our cellar. Food was good as always but I had a dish with kale in it that was a bit over cooked. Over all another great experience

I would recommend with a caveat. Very noisy during busy hours. When the patio is open, it is much better. Our server was very busy and forgot a few things. Once asked, she immediately took care of it, but the food would have been better if she had not forgotten. If you are looking for a quiet meal on a weekend night at 7pm, you should go somewhere else.

I absolutely love this place. Overall, a great experience. It is quite noisy (because it is so popular and always packed) so it is hard to talk at times but the food and everything else is well worth it.

It was vey hard to carry on a conversation, because of the noise level. It was our first time at this restaurant and I noticed there were some table in the smaller room that were empty and when I asked to be seated there, I was told they were reserved. I had a reservation, but that didn't seem to matter.

3 of us got different dishes. One was the salmon. We could smell it before it was put in front of my friend. Fishy and not very good. I got the chicken piccata. Chicken was a little tough. Hard to even cut it with a knife. Usually I just use a fork. I’ve had it many times. Did not eat it the chicken. Another friend got the prime rib sandwich. It was also tough.

Everything was fine other than the service. I was waiting for my party while I was seated for 15 minutes and not one person came over to me to ask if I wanted something to drink. One of the hostesses or manager finally came over and offered us something to drink. We did not see our waiter for the first 40 minutes that we were there. He took Our order and delivered our food and did not see him again until we asked for the bill.

Went for lunch on Sunday. Did a mini wine tasting. Laura, our wine tasting rep was OUTSTANDING! She was extremely knowledgeable, based on personal tastings, and her “CH schooled” expertise. She knew what she was talking about. And was very educated in the events, & what was going on at CH. we even asked her about aerators & she knew all about each significant one sold at CH. She was friendly, and went that “extra mile” to please our palate with wine suggestions. Very kind, and efficient. One of the best employ at CH-T&C! We dined in the bar & had the pleasure of FRANCISCO as our server. All I can say is. SUPERIOR SERVICE! Extremely warm personality, and very efficient, knowledgeable & provides professional, caring service. He is truly the VERY best server CH has. He goes above & beyond!! We always hope we get him as a server when we dine there. He also serves in the Dining Room so pls ask for him. He is the BEST! Our salmon was excellent along with the sides (MO & green beans-our choice). Salmon is the best of any place in STL! (if you happen to have the right chef that day as SOME chefs there can be very stingy with the servings..seriously). Oh & Ask for xtra sauce! Soo good & perfectly prepared!
