Well one not so great experience isn’t too bad I Guess. New Shrimp wraps should have been called Rock Shrimp. Short of sharpening your teeth on them even the sauces were not so great. French Fries has to be from 4 days a ago and were so tough they chewed back. Fish was great. We requested a special server and though they were working a different section we had someone new. Not the greatest server but we did finely get our water glasses full and one drink was I guess a good thing. The good news is we got out of the restaurant in record time.

Our family of five (boys 18,14,11) had a great evening out. It was the place of choice for our oldest’s 18th birthday. The gluten free menu, and GF bread available at the table, is why we chose to come. Thanks for a great meal.

Food and service was very good. The space was very noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation. Perhaps it needs some noise absorbing materials.

Too keep this short and sweet to the point, I’m unsure if we will return. The blonde host with glasses by the name Christine ( which I just called back today and found out) is unpleasant each time we visit like she is annoyed in her position. I almost said cancel the reservation, because she doesn’t deserve to work in such a fine establishment with a nasty attitude. She rolled her eyes when I couldn’t make up my mind about inside or outside. We set on the patio with Maria, she was funny and well versed on the menu. The other blonde with big hair in the retail area is not pleasant as well, she is very short in conversation and makes you feel rushed. I enjoy this place but if this is a continuation, I will be for certain to never return.

Perfect lunch time location. The patio was open with lots of guests. Service was great as usual. Get the salmon!

the food was cooked to perfection and drinks tasted good and were well chilled. but the best part of our whole meal was our server. Christy(not sure on her spelling) was out standing!!

Very busy at 5:00pm trying to get your reserved table! Food was, as always, phenomenal! Service was a little lacking, as the gentleman seemed annoyed we wanted to "taste test" a couple wines before deciding on 2 bottles to order, and also seemed annoyed at describing the difference (maybe because he just didn't know). It gets a little loud, to be expected, but it's always been good food and good wine!

When we arrived for our reservation for 5 people, the waiting area was packed with people. We weren’t seated promptly at all, and after over 30 minutes of waiting, we were the only group still waiting to be seated. Finally, after 40 minutes and conversation with manager, we were seated in a booth and given complimentary round of drinks. While appreciated, the entire reservation was mishandled, two entrees were cold, the short ribs over salted, and the noise level was tremendous.

Our waiter, Richard was very friendly and made our dining experience great. Food was good, wine was great. Only downside was we had 6:30 reservation but didn’t get seated until almost 7:00pm, and the restaurant was very noisy.

My meal was made to order, exactly as I requested and met all of my dietary restrictions....AND it was delicious! Jim, our server was kind, patient, attentive but did not hover. The confections for dessert were perfect. Both wines were well received !

Spent a lovely afternoon over dinner to celebrate our anniversary. The wine and food were excellent and the server was very helpful and attentive. She made recommendations concerning my need for gluten free food as I perused the gluten free menu. We also enjoyed a lovely glass of wine. We had dinner and dessert with plenty to bring home as the servings were large.

Saturday afternoon, dining room half full, celebrating friends Birthday. Started off ordering drinks, waiter offered samples of two of the red wines, it did take quite a bit of time to get drinks once decisions were made. I'm a little surprised since this is also an indoor winery (tastings, 2 bard, retail)

The food was amazing... but also had to flag down server to get wine and water refills. Saturday at 1pm you were only about 1/2 full.

Great atmospshere for groups or even an intimate situation. Good was fantastic and service was top-notch. They have their own wine selection which is a really neat thing. Definitely worth a try for anyone in the St. Louis area.

My husband and I dined at Cooper's Hawk the other evening. We had a reservation at 9:30, but we arrived at 9:05-9:10. The host was friendly and seated us promptly. We were seated in a booth adjacent to the kitchen, and it happened we were the only customers on that side of the restaurant. As I was sitting down, the server said loudly, "You've got to be kidding me!" The host didn't comment, and walked away. The restaurant closes at 10 in the evening, but we weren't aware of that and it shouldn't have mattered. I ordered an iced tea. Our server took the order, and returned quickly, informing me they had no tea (because they had tossed it for the night!). I asked her if they had hot water, and she said they did, so I ordered hot water and ice, and made my own tea at table. The man who made the rude comment brought us water without a word, and left the table. We ordered, and the food was ok, not great. My husband and I were nonplussed with the whole experience, and we left without ordering dessert. We felt as though our service was shoddy, and no one really cared!

As always, a very nice evening. We experienced a couple of unfortunate mistakes with food delivery and service. We elevated the issue and it was handled promptly by Ms Schmidt, the duty manager. She took a problem and turned it into making a loyal customer even more loyal!

Wow! If you are looking for a packed restaurant and full of energy this is your place. Nice and casual with a very large selection of wines. Food was good but the service was AWESOME! We will return.

Cooper’s Hawk always has great food and amazing drinks. The flight of sangria is delightful. We had a 7:00 reservation and it was a little frustrating to find that we had to wait until 7:45pm to be seated. It appeared that walk-ins were seated ahead of reservations which pushed our seating time back by 45 minutes. What’s the point of making a reservation if you still have to wait 45 minutes? Doesn’t make sense. Overall though, a good experience. Jasmine was our server and she was wonderful!
