Meal was great as always but we had already come in for a late dinner at 9 PM as that is the only reservation that was open and we still had to wait 30 mins past our reservation to be seated to eat. 9:30 for dinner? Way too late. Unacceptable to have to wait WITH a reservation in place.

As usual the food was very good and served in a timely manner. Our waitress was excellent. The gin and tonics could not have been better. We were fortunate that we had a 1600 dinner reservation so the place was very quiet. When we left at 1800 it was filling up fast and starting to get noisy. Just a great place to meet for drinks and dinner.

Cooper’s Hawk Tampa is consistently good from lunch thru Dinner. My wife and I have been members for over six years. We enjoy everything about their facilities, food, service and wine. We like all their wines. Their waiters are professional, delightful to talk with. We live in Wesley Chapel and look forward to the Coopers Hawk opening here this Fall!

I have to say that I had the best wine tasting hostess ever. Kathy was absolutely a delight. We did not even want to leave her and go sit down when it was time for our reservation. We delayed our dinner time by 30 minutes just so we could spend more time in the tasting room and we all ended up becoming members of the wine club. Dinner was delicious as always and once again the wait staff was great.

This was my first visit and I was very disappointed. The dining room is very loud. When our food came my order was wrong. Everyone else at the table was finished eating before I got the entree that I ordered. The server never offered to comp my bill in any way. A manager never approached us to inquire if we were satisfied with out dining experience, which leads me to believe that no one in a supervisory position was made aware of the mistake that was made. I understand that mistakes happen, but it is poor customer service to not attempt to make the customer happy. I do not plan to return

The food was delicious. Jim, our waiter, was fantastic! It is quite loud in the front of the restaurant where they have wine tastings, which becomes difficult to hear. We also had a table of 8 next to us which were quite loud. Overall, great experience!

I visited Coopers Hawk for a date night/birthday celebration. We arrived early and did a wine tasting. It was amazing great variety of wines and knowledgeable. Dinner was beyond amazing, food was above expectations.

I am a wine club member at Coopers Hawk. Coopers Hawk wine is the only wine I have in my wine fridge! I love the tasting room experience and the wine. The staff in the tasting room are very helpful and friendly. The dining is always a fabulous experience. The food is always so delicious, actually everything on the menu I have had and I am never disappointed. The service was wonderful. I drive 40 minutes to Coopers Hawk and I am very excited about the new Coopers Hawk in Wesley Chapel, which would be a 15 minute drive. I will definitely be frequenting the new location more than once a month.

Service was extremely good, our waitress had the unfortunate pleasure of serving us a steak that was nearly rare after we ordered medium. She took the steak back to the kitchen and they attempted to cook it through tin medium but only succeeded in charging it. Manager comped the steak dinner and offered a replacement but by then the other three diners had finished. Overall a good food experience and nice evening but the bad meal was not handled properly initially.
