    We have been to 5 different Coopershawk restaurants with excellent service. This was by far the worst experience. It took exceedingly long to get our selections and then when we needed supplements to the products, it took way too long. The server kept saying the the kitchen was way behind. It was very crowded but the kitchen needs to keep up.

    Hubby and I went to Coopers Hawk to celebrate an anniversary. We were seated immediately in the back room, which was quiet and well lit. We decided to just eat appetizers and dessert. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable!

    Wonderful experience. Fabulous wine tasting, great variety. Server Brittany was one of the best we've had anywhere. So bubbly and upbeat, yet professional and we couldn't have asked for better service. Manager Amy, although busy bringing out food and checking on tables was nice enough to stop by to chat. She also made sure our food was perfect, claiming there had been a slight issue before the food was brought out. The monthly special of tenderloin medallions, ravioli, and salad was excellent and I would order it again. The prime sandwich was also excellent and perfectly cooked with a generous portion of meat.

    Went out to celebrate our daughter's graduation and we were put in their "overflow" room which was very disappointing. We were the last group to be seated there and there were several parties that had been leaving the main dining area so I'm not sure why we didn't get seated there. Service was slow and had to ask for things many times before receiving them. Was not the nice night out at Cooper's Hawk we were expecting. Felt like we were the naughty kids sent to the dungeon.

    We always have a wonderful time when come to Coopers Hawk. I waitress and service was great. will be back again, and recommend it to my friends.

    Head to wait 20 minutes to get seated even though we had a reservation and the food was just OK. I know things spectacular and extremely overpriced for what we got I don't think I'll go back

    Was really disappointed in two things: (1) when we arrived and checked in the hostess acknowledged us and then someone walked up to her asking for a reservation and the hostess stopped mid-sentence with us and pivoted to assist the person who walked in for a reservation. We stood there for 7 minutes while their conversation continued about a future reservation. (2) the waitress gave us the impression she was rushing us out.

    I think they were short staffed. I think the store needs to give their wait staff a bit more assistance. We got there at 7:30 and were promptly seated. But we didn’t get food and wine until after 8:30. They were putting away tables and chairs while we were eating. I usually have a good experience at Coopershawk which is why I believe the staff was overwhelmed this day.

    Our server was Becca and she was fantastic! She was super attentive and funny, she made the whole dining experience better! Our food came out in a timely fashion and was fantastic!

    Waitress was kinda rushing us and not listen our order well forgetting things like forks etc , food was missing ingredients and I was not able to take my wine tasting at the table only the wine testing was great but dinner not for the first time I feel not comfortable

    This was my first dining experience here and it was pleasant. The food was decent but think I will try another dish next time. My favorite thing was the southwestern egg rolls and our awesome waiter Cody.

    Myself and another individual got sick from the food. Food portion minimal for price. Member since 20014. Has really gone downhill. Would not recommend anymore.

    Cooper’s Hawk is are “go to” when choosing to dine out. It is not only the food, but the outstanding staff that make us come back again and again. Our favorite server is Jordan! We love him. He knows us so well! He knows how we like our steak, what sides we like, what wines we prefer, the works! He is very attentive, polite, and on top of things!!!! It’s those extra touches that mean so much!

    Love Cooper Hawk's - It was my sisters BDay. We did a tasting 1st - Server, he was Amazing. We had appetizers and more wine. Waitress was also Amazing. Good Times & Great Food. 5 Stars!!

    As always, I enjoy myself and the experience being a member for over 10 years. Pre celebration for my 40th birthday. Our waiter Cody was very nice and his service was great!

    Food is great! Wine is outstanding!! We were celebrating a birthday and they treated us like royalty. It’s like this at virtually every Cooper’s Hawk. I would highly recommend this concept for their wine, food and club.

    Had reservations for a 7 person group celebrating a graduation. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Our waitress was great and we were given several complimentary items due to our celebration. The food was excellent and very filling. Everyone's plates were empty. Store bought cakes are allowed in the restaurant and the waitress even offered to put it in a cooler during our meal. The restaurant was quite loud due to lots of people conversing, however it was a Saturday night so that is to be expected. I highly recommend this restaurant. Parking can be tight, but there is a complimentary valet - please bring a few dollars to tip them!

    Tables are set really close together. Hard to get around without trying to “bump” into a chair or person. Food was tasty. Wine was 11.75 per glass and the pour seemed a little short. Probably wouldn’t go back unless I was invited for a special occasion. Not bad but a little too expensive for me personally. The food saved a lower rating.
