    I was celebrating my birthday. Server Maggie was definitely not good. We placed our order and after 20+ mins she came back and said I was just putting in your order and one of the appetizers you selected is sold out. (After 20+ mins!! I was expecting her to either be bringing our items or saying they are coming up in a few more minutes.) she then said can I get you something else in place of that item? I will bring you a menu. She came back after about another almost 10 mins and said oh I gave the menu I had for you to another table to look at desserts. I will go get you another menu. I was in total disbelief… Maggie stayed gone another 5 mins and resurfaced giving another table some to go items, chatting, etc and then came to hand over a menu to our table. I asked her where were the brussel sprouts appetizer that we ordered and her response was she had not put the order in. She was waiting for us to find an additional appetizer. Like really?? So By then it was about 8:50p we had been seated a few mins prior to our 8p reservation… and the only food on our table was pretzel bread and a pitcher of sangria… we informed her that we would not continue to dine there. She was indifferent and did not inquire or make any apologies. We asked for a manager and she said ok. I got up and found one on my own. I explained the situation and he was apologetic and offered to rectify the situation. He did indeed attempt to undo the subpar actions of Maggie that was a huge damper on my birthday celebration. We are grateful for the manager helping out and attending to our disservice. In the 10yrs that I have been a club member and have frequented this location this is the worst service I have received. And in celebration of my birthday…Not a happy frequent diner!

    I just wanted to treat myself after work. As always, this location never fails. My server Terrance was wonderful. I’ve had the favorite Over the boarder egg rolls and a chopped salad to take home (Lunch for work tomorrow). As usual will come back!

    Daughter’s birthday 🎂 great good and portions and great service. They just need to improve on the front check in desk😡 Don’t appreciate when your waiting to check in and they’re on their phone or laughing & talking loud with coworkers i feel like I’m interrupting them rather than being the opposite. U would think that have better front greeters 😡

    Service took a long time. The food came out at separately and some of the food was cold. It seem the staff could not keep up with the customers. It was a disappointing night.

    Everything was fine until my Mother’s order was wrong. She ordered the lunch size chicken Madeira and received the Dinner portion. The waitress took it back and it was about 30 minutes later when she brought back her correct meal and by then everyone else was done with their meal. She was quite upset since this was her 93rd B- day. She told waitress to pack it up and that took another 10 minutes. Then we asked for the bill and that was another 10 more minutes. There was no offer to comp her meal or anything. Service was awful.

    Prices have gone up quite a bit so I don’t come as often.I only come once a month now.The staff is always changing too,which is not a good thing..

    I would have wrote a better review but the amount of parking is atrocious. For the size of your restaurant the parking is abysmal. I guess I will stick with the New Lenox Coopers Hawk.

    Great food! Brie spareribs were fantastic and my friend had a chicken which she really loves weight staff was courteous and very helpful. It’s not inexpensive, but it was worth the cost.
