Service was very good. But that’s about the only good thing we experienced. We ordered three entrees. Every single one was just really bad. And then the valet chased me down in the parking lot to ask for a tip when I picked up my car, after I had already tipped when I dropped it off. Embarrassing.

Enjoyed dining at Coopers Hawk with 3 friends. I had the grilled hanger steak served with broccolini and potatoes. It was really well seasoned and delicious. One friend had a flatbread and caesar salad which she really enjoyed. Another had grouper with she loved and the 4th had chicken piccata. Portions are generous and the server was very friendly and efficient. Definitely a fine dining experience but quite loud atmosphere!

We went to Coopers Hawk for a wine tasting & lunch. Joe was our wine host & did an excellent job of being attentive without overbearing, educational on the new wines & generally fun to talk to. Gina (being trained) and Shannon were our servers. Both were very personable, but it seems like Shannon likes to talk more than train. Our food took a very long time to come out from the kitchen & they rarely checked back with us once we had our food. While I can't say that the service was bad, it wasn't what we've become accustomed to having at CH.

Something has changed with the food prep for the last 12-18 months. Dishes that should not have cilantro on them - like a wedge salad - have cilantro. I contacted the manager and he was kind enough to bring a new salad without cilantro. The food was wonderful before- please stop adding cilantro to dishes that don’t need it!!!

Our food was excellent as always. BUT the noise level was out of this world. A table of 10 were just out of control. Loud conversations and laughing. very annoying. My husband and I could not carrying on a conversation without shouting to each other. Finally after their appetizers arrived they quieted down. Fortunately the food was a life-safer. Overall everything was great - the food and service was outstanding. We will be back as always.

Did not disappoint! Have been a member for 9 months and has only had lunch once before tonight (the Flat Bread and chopped wedge combo which is incredible). Finally had dinner tonight - excellent meal (love the 600 calorie and Under menu) - excellent company - excellent service!

Difficult to converse due to noise level. We had early reservations but as the evening progressed, it became hard to hear each other across the table. The food was good but like all restaurants, the prices have become more expensive. Wine was good. We had excellent service. I wanted to use my Vanilla Visa gift card but your system declined it twice! A bit embarrassing since I was paying for my friend meal also. We went somewhere afterwards for dessert and my card was accepted without a problem. You should fix that!

Great food, as always except the pretzel bread which must have been overcooked. Service was great. Love eating here and had reservations at 5:45 before the place fills up and gets to be a bit noisy.

We went to Cooper’s Hawk to celebrate our birthdays I decided to try a Manhattan rather than wine. Excellent! We had chicken potstickers, tuna appetizer, and steaks for dinner. Once again, we were not disappointed. Simon was our server and provided exceptional service. We will be back soon.
