I have strict dietary restrictions. When asked to speak with the Chef about a meal our waitress made the comment “I don’t know, this is our prime time.” Meaning they are too busy. She did get the Chef you was VER pleasant, understanding and helpful. He made me a great meal. Manager apologized and was very kind. Waitress never apologized. Instead before we left she said “good luck with everything. Was that the right thing to say?”

We had a wonderful girls night out. The service was great, food was delicious and the ambiance was relaxing. Our server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us plenty of time and space throughout the night which made it easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back.

Wine was great as usual, ambiance was cozy, food is normally awesome- tonight may have been an off night on my Chicken Piccata. It was a little bland personally and lacked the capers completely. I’m sure it could have been corrected, however they were very busy (it was a Saturday) so instead of sending it back I chose to just work with what I had and enjoy the wine, atmosphere, and company! Plus wine makes it all better :-)

There are no surprises dining at Coopers Hawk. Their menu is varied and consistently full of good choices. The staff is well informed along with being helpful and concerned about the customer. The quality of the food is great and we have been consistently satisfied. I would recommend the restaurant to everyone.

Host staff was abysmal at their jobs. Made a reservation an hour before (showed openings every 15 mins on open table), but when Ie got there were told we would need to wait as they’ve been running behind all night. They seated people who arrived without reservations before us. They would whisper to each other like high schoolers rather than focusing on getting customers seated timely. Open Table should be embarrassed to be partnered with a restaurant who does not understand the concept of reservations or service.

My broccoli was a little cold and uncooked BUT the waitress abs managers got on top of that right away. My dinner (short braised ribs and potatoes! 😋 dang delicious! Good wine, great food and great service. Overall it was a mighty fine time! (It was our first time there)

What another great lunch. We had the special of 8 finger cavatelli with shrimp and Italian sausage. It was so delicious. We shared a bottle of wine and had the s’mores bundino for dessert. Everything was excellent including our server Autumn. She was so attentive and kind and we loved her.

The women’s bathroom was a disaster. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, and no paper towels! There was water splashed all over the floor from people not having towels to dry their hands off.

As always, the service was excellent. Our only complaint was my wife thought the fish was a little dry. Our server immediately said she'd bring a new entree. My wife opted for just some additional sauce and that helped.
