    We always have a great meal paired with the Sauvignon blanc and yummy flourless cake for dessert. Our server Laura was fantastic.

    Food fantastic, Server was very attentive. Only issue, why do restaurants look at some one with a cane, obviously disabled, put them in the farthest possible place. It took forever for him to get to the table. I did not complain as it never does any good.

    One thing you can count on at Naperville’s Cooper’s Hawk is consistency. Consistent great quality food served hot. Consistently great service from their hard working and well trained staff. And always, good quality wine. Our server (Kelly) was exceptional especially given how busy the place was at end of the month

    Our server made a minor error by entering the wrong meal that I originally ordered during our anniversary dinner. This minor error was escalated because the server refused to leave the wrong meal (that I was willing to eat) and I had to wait approximately 15 additional minutes for my food. This created an awkward dinner between my date and I. In the end, he didn’t charge me for the meal, but our night was not as pleasant as it could have been at this table.

    Treated ourselves for our Anniversary with a delicious meal at Cooper’s Hawk Naperville. We were greeted with “Happy Anniversary“ from the hostess. Our waiter, Bob also wished ua happy anniversary when he came to our table. Of course wine tasting was offered for the monthly wine. I happen to be on an a very restricted diet and explained to Bob what I could eat. They were able to accommodate my dietary needs with an amazing meal. We both had wonderful meals and service. Love how the people at Cooper’s Hawk go above and beyond!

    Service was very good, but the food was not good. We ordered items from the “Life Balance” portion of the menu. While portion sizes were good, they did not taste good. The roasted chicken giardiniera was soupy - not at all what I expected. I barely ate any of it. May give this restaurant another chance since there were lots of menu options, but this experience was disappointing.

    We ate in the bar area like we ALWAYS do. It was much noisier than usual. Service was good, not great and the food was excellent. Getting a little pricy however.

    Server was very good and attentive. Food on the other hand 👎. Portion sizes have gone downhill. Chef recommendation dinner entree that we ordered was so disappointing. For $40, 3 jumbo ravioli (not jumbo at all), 2 3 oz fillets (not 3 oz and very thin). Lots of arugula as a filler 🙄. I wish I would have taken a picture! So disappointing!!!

    It was a bad experience. The food was really bad, not fresh, small portions, and cold!! I’ve been there many times before, but this was the worst!! Dana Parm Chicken was so thin, skimpy and DRY! Ugh! And overpriced! The waitress was strange too !

    Food, Ambiance great as always. Seems to make no difference which Cooper's Hawk you visit. As for Service - I can't say enough great things about our server, Laura J (Naperville) She was increadable attentive to our group and seemed to sense our needs and those of my grand kids. Service was impeccable !

    I was not greeted upon entrance however I was seated right away but in the very back if the establishment. I was asked about a special request on the Open Table reservation but don't not get the simple request I made especially being a Top Tier Member. I did get the experience that I was supposed to.

    Too dark. We couldn’t read the menu even though the sun was still shining. Server was professional but distant. Other patrons were wearing pajamas. Food was overpriced for the quality. Steak medallions were dry and chewy instead of tender. Filet mignon was good enough but not great. Cheeseburgers overpriced for quality. Truffles just decent, not decadent. We should have only ordered flatbread appetizer and chocolate cake.

    We highly recommend Cooper’s Hawk Restaurant in Naperville! Our server, Sylvia was amazing!! She knew the answers to our questions and made great recommendations! Sylvia made our dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday special! She told us about your App that we didn’t know about!! Sylvia works under her manager, Allison. Highly recommend asking for Sylvia for your server!!

    We had steak medallions that we asked for med/well and they where burnt. We also ordered the fillet Asked med/well and they butterflied it with out asking. It’s a $45 dollar steak why would you butterfly it. I have never been to a restaurant with a steak in this cost range and they do this. Best part of the meal, bread. $150 meal for bread. Not very pleased.

    We were seated at a tab in the bar area and the A/C was blowing down on us which made it seem chilly. In spite of that ,it was a very pleasant experience but when the room filled up it was noisier than expected.

    I first started at the new Lenox one , staff was rude when I got there. Then went to do wine tasting and was ignored was there 10 mins no one even said hi or be right with you. So we left and went to Naperville one. Which was awesome. Greeted right when we got in , the gentleman suggested a little spot for us to do wine tasting . The lady that did the wine tasting was very nice and professional. Our waitress was the same way. New Lenox needs to take some training tips from Naperville store.

    I believe I gave a great review last time I was here a month ago. I gave a huge tip to our tremendous server. This time it was the complete opposite. Didn’t have our drinks filled properly. A little over half for all our drinks. No extra ice as requested. Brought the wrong mixed drink. Manager later brought out the right drink and apologized! Never asked to refill our water or drinks. They actually took away my food and didn’t ask if I was done or if I wanted it wrapped!! We weren’t done with our desserts and our waitress stacked our two desserts and took them quickly away. Things took forever. Etc. Etc. Maybe we won’t come back again.

    What happened to that unique experience?Being a chef instructor for 30 years, I would rate the quality of the food with a solid D.We couldn't figure out why none of the candle holders had any candles?

    We had a table for 5 and everyone ordered a different meal. All were served hot and delicious! We enjoyed a bottle of wine served through an aerator which was a great conversation starter. Restaurant was noisy but we could hear just fine at our table. Staff was friendly and professional.
