Our waitress was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and informative. She really knew the wines and the menu items. So helpful! She also had a great personality!
The server was extremely attentive and personable. The food was excellent.
We really enjoyed our meal on a Sunday afternoon! Service was wonderful-Joshua made great recommendations and was kind and helpful with the children in our group. Brussel sprouts and pretzel bread were excellent. In addition, we had the gnocchi carbonara (delicious, very rich and filling ) and short ribs, which was a highlight of our meal. Kids meals are large and quality was good. Overall, a great experience. Had a reservation, but on a Sunday afternoon, probably didn't need it.
Everything would have been great but service was REALLY slow. It took us almost an hour to get food. Over all dinner took us more than 2 hours to get through.
The food, service and wine was excellent. For some reason the area where we were sitting was freezing though and they couldn't seem to fix it. It made it a bit of an uncomfortable evening. We'll definitely go back, though.
We had great wine and a great meal at Cooper's on Saturday night.
Everything was perfect. The gnocchi with roasted butternut squash was delicious!
Our server was great! It was our first visit and he spent time telling us about the menu, special dishes and suggestions. We let him know that we were on our way to another event and he was very cognizant of the time. He delivered the appetizer and filled us in on all of the elements of the dish.
All the while, he was attentive to our needs, kept a mindful eye on our entrees and delivered on the time frames. The food looked great an tasted even better. Desert was amazing! Kudos and we will be back!
Loved the new Coppola’s wine Your introducing. Hope there will be more!
Crowded and loud. Staff is overextended and dismissive. Small drinks and overpriced.
This was my second visit to Cooper's Hawk. Although my first visit was good, this visit was even better! The service was EXCELLENT. Our server was Tierra (may be misselled) is the epitome of how service should be given. Her service will definitely make me come back! The food was wonderful. I have not ordered anything that I did not like. The atmosphere was relaxing. It's definitely a place to have dinner after a challenging day at work. I would highly recommend Cooper's Hawk. They earned (5)⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐easily from me.
We had a wonderful time. The acoustics of the room were particularly good for private, quiet conversation but the menu and the service (thank you, Branden) made up for that. This will certainly be on our "places to choose again" list.
4th time eating at Cooper's Hawk. All were pleasing experiences. Food has been way above average. Cooper's Hawk wines have always been pleasant without any bad surprises (too sweet or too dry for the type). Wait staff has been attentive, checking often, but not annoying.
Reservations on weekends are a must and it will be crowded.
This past weekend my husband and I along with another couple went to dinner. Reservation was ready when we got there, service was impeccable, food was beyond delicious (as always) and the wine was fantastic! One of our guests has celiac disease, they were very apt to help in any way that they could and she said that it was the biggest gluten free menu she had ever seen. After she was finished with her meal she let everyone try a bite; it didn't taste any different than a non gluten free meal, it was fantastic! My husband and I go for almost every occasion, but this was the other couples' first time going. Needless to say, we got them hooked. We will be back very soon and can't wait to try something new!
We had a great meal. Service was exceptional. We had early reservations since the restaurant didn’t have many openings due to prom night.
Food, wine, and service were excellent as usual!!
Food, service and atmosphere a lot better than what it had been 6 months ago. Happy to get more timely service and didn't have to wait a long time for our meals! Much happier with this visit!
The food was great as usual but the service was disappointing. It took some time before our server came to our table and again took a very long time to get our drinks and food. My husband’s wine glass was empty and the server didn’t ask if would like another one so he had to ask for it when he finally came back to our table. It was loud and cold so it was not a pleasant experience. I had also noted on the reservation it was a birthday dinner but no one acknowledged the occasion. This had been one of my favorite restaurants since it opened but this experience definitely killed it.
Our waiter (josh?...expecting a new baby) was awesome, friendly and easy to work with. This was our first time at Coopers Hawk. We enjoyed our meal and want to go back so that we can try more. We got there in time to enjoy happy hour. that allowed us to try a few more drinks.
The wine tasting was wonderful and the girl who helped us was very knowledgeable. Lunch was phenomenal! Will definitely be returning!
Second time there in two years. Would definitely recommend it and will return. Good food and extremely reasonable wine prices.
Good food, really nice wine
We went in for dinner and ended up doing a wine tasting after dinner, both were absolutely amazing! Will recommend to anyone who comes to KC.
Overall the meal was very fantastic. One of my favorite restaurants. My only complaint was that I requested a specific table and while that table was open, we were not seated there. It didn’t ruin anything, but I was disappointed that the request wasn’t acknowledged.
Anniversary, and they gave us a free glass of bubbly!!!
My visit was my first time and everything was great. Joe our waiter was very kind and patient with us
Great food and excellent service. It was very loud but we were seated just above the bar area.
Took my parents and loved it. Great win selection, great service and great atmosphere. Although my Chicken Parmesan was very dry and bland.
Wife and I had pork chop special. The pork shop was a little dry.
Great! Always can count on good food and great wine
I took my family here for brunch on a cold winter evening. The snow made us hesitate wanting to go out. However from the moment our server greeted us with the word family. We knew we'd made the right decision. He was attentive to our needs. He was very approachable and made us feel like we'd known him our whole lives.
He also helps us with appetizer and drink selections educated us on wine and taught us the history of the restaurant. Being from out of town he suggested other locations to us. Overall I would come back just for the service. If all your employees serve like ours did then your establishment is imprecisely run.
As a former Restaurant Manager I appreciate good food but I cherish good service. The food from drinks to the truffles and everything in between was delicious as well my compliments to the chef.
Server was pleasant... the food not so much. The hype is really around the wine.
Joshua provided the best service we have ever had at Cooper's Hawk. Food was awesome, service was too notch
.. perfect 10.
Went early on a Saturday evening. Got right to our table and ordered a bottle of wine. Complimentary pretzel bread is a great touch. The potstickers were good for an app. Food was good. My side of vegetables were a bit undercooked but still tasty. Cheesecake pops for dessert!
Love the menu with variety. Gluten free options are the must for us and they got plenty of options. The service is awesome and thoughtful. It was quite a pleasant experience for us. We will definitely go back any time we are in town.
Great food and service
Service was slow... took a very long time to be greeted after we sat down and awhile for our orders to be taken.
Happy hour was awesome and our server was great!!
Excellent food with excellent service!!
Great overall first experience. Love the waiter. Want to have a return experience.
