The wait time was too long. Over 30 minutes past our reservation. The food was average which is unusual for this restaurant. The main host that greeted us and seated us was not friendly at all like she did not want to be at work.
Food was kind of cold by the time we received it. Our waitress did her best based on how busy it was.
Amazing food. We don’t usually order an appetizer or dessert so we took a lot of food home.
Our reservation was for 2:30 pm but apparently there were several other 2:30 reservations as well. They were running behind so we didn’t get seated until a little after 3:00 pm.
Food wasn't as good as usual. I am a wine club member and was disappointed that I couldn't do a flight in substitute for a tasting since the tasting area was very crowded with people waiting almost an hour for a slot.
Cooper's Hawk is one of our favorite places. We are wine club members. Tonight we brought our friends with us since they have never been there and they enjoyed it.
Shrimp & scallop risotto was outstanding. As was the steak trio and Dana's chicken.
Great wine, great service and great food!!!
Great food; restaurant week made it affordable to try a few different things. Definitely try the s’mores dessert!
Girls night with my daughters to see Wicked at the Music Hall.
Great food. Had the restaurant week spaghetti and chicken madeira. Chocolate truffle was delicious.
We came to Cooper’s Hawk for our first stop on Restaurant Week. My boyfriend had never been. It was very busy for mid-day on a Sunday, but the service was excellent. Baylee was attentive and did an excellent job of meeting the needs of all of her tables. The crab and lobster bisque was heavenly! We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
We had terrible service and mediocre food during a Restaurant Week lunch. After placing our orders, we basically never had a server. Our main course arrived before first course so had to ask the food runners if we could take our first course to go, then after eating we sat with empty dirty plates in front of our faces for 30 minutes as we never saw our server after food delivered. Empty water glasses were never filled; and we had to finally ask another server to help our table remove our dirty plates and get our included dessert and check so we could leave. Truly awful was like we had no server the entire time. We sat awkwardly with our dirty empty plates, and no water in our glasses, watching other servers bring food, water, etc while ours left us to fend for ourselves. Our Parmesan chicken entrees were also dry and overcooked. Manager brought our missing dessert but never even apologized. Made us feel we were inconveniencing them! Never again.
The ambiance and layout of the restaurant were extremely nice! The waitress was courteous and professional. The appetizer that we order the chicken potstickers and the complimentary pretzel bread was really good! But our main course the pistachio-crusted grouper was disgusting. I tasted like soggy fried fish. My husband and I couldn't even finish our meal. The mary's potatoes were just as terrible. The food tasted like a glorified Applebee's and that is setting the bar bc at least you can get full at Applebee's we wasted $100 and threw the to-go boxes in the trash. It sucks bc I was really looking forward to trying it out for the first time.
Food was amazing. Service was top notch.
Great lunch, everything was delicious, sure I will go back soon.
The hostess that brought us to our table didn’t say anything to us. Not thank you, not here you go, nothing. She was not pleasant. Our server was amazing. Definitely need an upgrade for the hostess…she started off our dining experience poorly. Glad it went up from there. 1/15 at 145 was our reservation
Outstanding service and food. Waitress was amazing and informative.
Great food and atmosphere. It took quite a while to receive our wine and our dessert. But overall, great experience.
We went for restaurant week and it was such a good deal!
The value for restaurant week was pretty decent! For those of us that ordered off the regular menu, the portions were quite small for the price. Service was extremely slow, but it was restaurant week, so I suppose that is expected.
It was awesome, our waiter was the best and food and wine was amazing!
KC Restaurant Week!
My husband's son is a wine member and had given us a $200 gift card as a Christmas present, and I had eaten here before and it was very good. This time the potatoes were cold. The server immediately took plate to exchange, but when the new plate came back, the steak was overcooked. So they did not charge me for my meal. I have to say the server was great, just the food was not up to par. My husband had the jambalaya, and he said it was rather bland.
Great service, excellent food, will definitely be going back.
The price compared to the amount of for you get don’t add up for me.
KC Restaurant Week great food, great price
Restaurant week day date. Great experience!
Hostess was extremely rude, seemed almost angry that people had made lunch reservations.
Our food was amazing. Our waiter attentive. Will go back definitely.
Our server Joe was fantastic and all the wine and food could not have been better!
Great food, very cozy ambiance and stellar service. This is a top end restaurant so expect to spend a pretty penny but worth it!!!!
Always enjoy this restaurant. Great food and friendly staff.
Cortney was exceptional and food was excellent as always. Music was too loud & not our taste. Looking forward to checking out the new CH in Scottsdale. We came in today for an early birthday celebration for my husband & altho I mentioned it on Open Table and also to our waitress, no one even mentioned it. We went elsewhere for dessert.
Great wine, great service! Appetizers were great- entree was okay. :) still love the place and definitely will be returning!
Drake was an amazing server!! We truly enjoyed his service!!
I love the atmosphere here and I love the menu selection.
The food was great. The staff attentive. But the kitchen was slow. It took a long time to get our food, and when we did it was still warm. So it was made fresh. It wasn’t crowded or a dinner rush. It took fifteen minutes to get our dessert order to go. We even told our waitress that we had a hard deadline to make. I would recommend Cooper’s Hawk, just don’t be in a hurry.
