    We had a wonderful time celebrating the start of the Christmas season. The manager honored our request to be seated overlooking the Plaza lights. We shared delicious appetizers: Drunken Shrimp, Meatballs, Bruschetta with wine and cocktails. The entire dinner and service were top notch.

    We always enjoy Coopers Hawk when we are in KC this time of year. Great wine, delicious food and a great view of The Plaza lit up for Christmas.

    We had the best waitress and got to sit on the third floor where the noise level was perfection. The Mahi Mahi was excellent and the potstickers were a huge hit!

    This night was pretty amazing. Went on a date and as soon as we approached the host stand the staff was very warm and inviting. We were a few minutes late but we were seated almost immediately. Our server was great with not only our table but the other tables in their section as well. They were very knowledgeable and hospitable. For the life of me……. I can’t remember our servers name but great job. My date and I ordered the Parmesan crusted medallions with lobster tail that had crab on top. Great suggestion by the server. We also had old fashions as well as potstickers to start. Overall…….great experience. We will be back!!!

    It was our first time there and our server Heather was very accommodating! She walked us through the menu and helped us pair some wine to our Shrimp and scallop risotto and the Parmesan crusted Mahi Mahi. Both were incredible! We will be back ASAP!

    I don’t think they were properly staffed. They were about 30 minutes behind on reservations by 7pm. Which tells me they couldn’t turn tables. Our waitress did a decent job but she was clearly working more tables than she could handle. Food was slow to come out of the kitchen. We had planned to order dessert but skipped it for the fear of it costing us another 30 minutes. Overall the food was good but the long wait to sit, get greeted at the table and have our order taken, have food on our table and then even get the check was a huge disappointment. I get it’s the holidays but I think they let the system overbook them significantly.

    Four of us went there for dinner. The waitress was friendly and helpful. We ordered drinks and waited about 15 minutes before they arrived. The drinks were excellent. We then ordered food. About 30 minutes later she came back , apologized, and said that one of the entrees was sold out. The entree was changed and about five minutes later all the food was brought out. Three of the dishes were cold. She apologized and said she was getting us new ones and remove them from the bill. The replacements were brought out and were very good. So overall it was fair because of how disruptive the cold food was for the experience.

    It started at check in with the hostess not even greeting us, welcoming us or looking at us. She then asked name three times and asked us to stand aside. Our service was very slow with being there over two hours. Our server was not informative or welcoming.

    Roy served an experience to remember. Not only as a nurturing guide through our tour of the wine and offerings, but also as great company for a truly memorable Thanksgiving! I look forward to visiting again and thoroughly enjoyed every bite, every sip, and every second of our night. The Brussels sprouts are divine, the surf and turf is generous and offers up a variety of delightful pairings, of which I ordered steak medallions and shrimp — not to be missed. Their signature sparkling rose is easily a new favorite wine. I highly encourage you to spend time here!

    Took our out-of-town family to Thanksgiving dinner and to do some tasting and pick up my wines. From start to finish the staff was more than accommodating, the food was delicious, actually better than expected and the servings were very large, had to take about half of it home to enjoy later. Cooper’s Hawk never fails to surprise us with their dining specials and we’re there once a month without fail.

    We had the Ahi tuna sashimi appetizer, the surf n turf with drunken shrimp and Parmesan filet medallions, and the short rib risotto, and it was all delicious. The key lime pie was also good, but we could have skipped it. Our server was friendly and attentive, and made excellent recommendations. My only warning is that the Grateful Blend white wine was pretty sweet, so if you prefer dry, you might choose something else. We look forward to our next visit!

    Went for Thanksgiving lunch. The traditional 3 course meal was very good, but in my opinion thought the turkey was very salty. My husband had the pretzel encrusted pork chops, and while very good, was disappointed that the crisp crust is ruined by the platter floating in juices, making everything soggy. Second time-same experience.

    We had a great thanksgiving meal which was reasonably priced and plenty of food. The cranberry sangria and the pumpkin cheesecake were fantastic. The butternut squash was surprisingly delicious. The turkey was very moist and everything else was very good.

    Our 3rd year for Thanksgiving Dinner and have never been disappointed. The food, the wine, the friendly service and atmosphere are everything to be desired……We come here from Edmond Oklahoma and enjoy everything around the Country Club Plaza Area. Coopers Hawk is our favorite place in the area!

    Overall a good experience. Service was great, drinks were delicious. We ordered a few steaks, all cooked medium. One of them was very overcooked unfortunately and wasn’t great, but that was the only negative part of the experience.
