One in our party had a steak deliverd rare, which was ordered Medium Well. Waited a long time for a coffee with no refills. Service was peasnat, but not consistent during meal. Grouper was good. the filet had some grissle.

We love CH. today was an off day. Wrong order entered. Missing appetizer. And misinformation about my wine membership. Nothing terrible. Just wasn’t the relaxing experience it normally is. We love CH and will be back. Our server was nice, just not on the ball. He told us he’s been there three years. So I’m thinking it’s a short staff issue. The manager comped the app without us asking him to do so. That was nice!

We were made to feel welcome by the front of the house and wait staff. The food was excellent. I am not a new diner and I tried something very different from what I usually order and was very pleased. We had a bottle of wine with lunch and one person in my party subscribed to the Wine Club. It was a wonderful Saturday afternoon with friends good food and great wine….and dessert!

Peyton was an excellent server who was very attentive to our requests and allowed us to order each course staggered so we weren't getting everything all at once. The food was exceptional but the noise level made it hard to have a conversation with my wife.

The food was fantastic! Everything that comes out of the kitchen is piping hot and I like how it’s coordinated in its delivery to your table. Each course was Well- timed. Our waitress was Ashley B. She was phenomenal, prompt and super sweet in her table service. I had lobster bisque soup, Thai lettuce, wraps, and the grouper. Everything was simply delicious.

first time we've been disappointed. Our server was average. She was slow even though she said they we're that busy. The food had great flavor as always but temp was lukewarm at best. Didn't offer bread until we asked. Was VERY noisy.

The food and drinks were great, as always. We love the Brussel Sprouts and the lettuce wraps! I had Gluten Free pasta that was delicious. Our waiter, Peyton G gave us the best service! We travel a lot and eat in restaurants often. The service is often very disappointing lately. Peyton was super attentive. Sweet. Helpful with the menu and the wine selections. He was great about getting our 17 month old granddaughters food order in ASAP - even before the adults decided on theirs so she stayed calm and busy. The rest of the staff all worked seamlessly together. Grabbing empty plates as they walked by. Great experience!

Very busy for wine tasting. Found out not a good time to go last day of the month due to wine club members using their benefit by end of the month. AC was not working in the restaurant, it was very hot and not very enjoyable. Our waiting was dripping in sweat.

Let me start with what was good. We did a wine tasting that comes with our membership. Stefani was our host for that, and she was awesome. Very knowledgeable and engaging. If there was someone wishing to invest in her future as a sommelier, now is the time. Then we were seated for our dinner. Crossing the building to the restaurant took us into the Twilight Zone. We were seated for 15 minutes without any contact from a waitperson. I flagged down a young man and asked if he could get us someone. “Right away,” he said and disappeared. another ten minutes and I flagged down a second waiter and asked if someone could please help us. He said he would get our wine order to us but probably would not be our waiter. He disappeared another 10 minutes and a waitperson who was assigned to our section appeared . I told her that the other waiter said he would bring our wine but did not. She asked what we wanted and I told her. She disappeared and came back to take our order. I told her we were not going to order u til we got the wine we ordered. She asked what we wanted. And I ordered a bottle for the third time. She took another ten minutes to get it to us. We quickly ordered knowing that there was a pattern developing where. By the time we got our food, it was lukewarm. The shrimp scampi had four tepid shrimp on the top and no Parmesan. As we were leaving, I asked to speak with the manager. He listened, apologized and presented us with two gift cards for complimentary meals. Only because of that will we return. Let me say that the last time we were here the food, Wine and service were so good that we decided to join the wine club and return. Having second thoughts about dining there. But will. O Tony’s with the wine membership and tastings.

Our experience was FINE, but I usually expect better from Cooper’s Hawk. We had a reservation but still waited about 25 minutes. The hosts were making fun of the spelling of my name as they were about to call us, not knowing we were right next to them. I ordered a salad with balsamic. It came out with Italian on the side. I asked if it was balsamic and she told me yes. I then questioned the color “white balsamic” and then she told me it was actually Italian. Why did you try to lie to me the first time? Then when I asked if they actually had balsamic it seemed like I was the most annoying customer ever. She told me she could just take the salad back instead of just offering me a different dressing. Restrooms were out of toilet paper. Just one little thing after another that just seemed like a lower level experience than I’ve had in the past with other restaurants in this chain.

Used to love going here, but the noise is way too high. Had to lean in just hear my wife. We had a reservation and they were 15 minutes late in seating us. The food was far too expensive for the portion provided as well. I got the Grouper for $33 and it was the size of a talapia filet (if it was even Grouper). The potatoes were runny as well. My wife got a Churrasco steak and it was $40 for a piece of steak that would be $15 elsewhere. Just a big disappointment and we will likely pause before going again.

We had the BEST time as always. Brought some friends who had only been once before. Brad at the tasting counter is AMAZING and our server Stephan (Stefan?) was so attentive, fun and pleasant. The food was a hit with everyone and Cooper’s Hawk remains one of our favorite spots!

Food was amazing!!! So many great choices on the menu. Our server, Paula, was beyond wonderful. We’ve been to hundreds of restaurants and she is, without a doubt , the best server ever. Very efficient, friendly and caring. She showed great concern for a friend who has a seafood allergy. Double checking with the kitchen which items on the menu might have cross-contamination from seafood. I wish we lived in Jacksonville so that we could go back frequently.

This was my husband and I first time eating here. When I say, from the moment we walked in they were very welcoming! As far as the food, I ordered the Pretzel Crusted Pork Chops and they were amazingly delicious!!!! My husband ordered the turkey burger and said that it was one of the best burgers he’s ever had. We will definitely be back!
