Very accommodating for a group of 8. We were a little too close to large table next to us, but since it was friendly, it was fine. Reservation is definitely recommended during the holiday season, thank you for the option. Need a few more alcohol free options for the adult guests avoiding alcohol. I know tall order for a winery, but still. And food was delicious. Thank you.

We ordered 2 servings of dumplings. The dumplings were scrumptious; the 1st serving was delivered at a warmer temperature to the table. The Braised Short Rib Risotto and Asian Ahi tuna Sashimi was good. We also ordered Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with Main Lobster & Shrimp along with the Trio of Medallion these dishes were excellent and the highlight of the meal. We had an allergy diner at the table, service could have been better at accommodating.

I’ve came here about 10 times now over a few years and there is a few things you can 100% count on. First is. You have a wait. No matter what. Walk in or reservation you are waiting 30+ mins. They may seat you at 15 mins but you aren’t getting food or drink for awhile. Second. They have messed up the steak every time. I mean it. Every time. I don’t know how hard it is to make a medium steak but they always need a second try. It’s something I actually expect each time. This time though they made the salmon all wrong. It came out as shrimp. Same with the drinks. They kept giving us a completely wrong drink. I come here every time expecting this but I thought a reservation would change the wait. It doesn’t.

One of our orders was messed up had to ask 2x to correct. Drinks were slow coming to the table. Waitress was pleasant but very busy. We arrived early and ahead of the dinner crowd, had a reservation, but put by the kitchen.

I love coming here for lunch. Usually sit in the bar area because it is brighter. Service is always great, food is good, and it's a relaxing atmosphere. A glass of Cooper's Hawk White tops it off. Always a great experience!

This restaurant is my favorite place to eat and “wine” down with family and friends when I come back to my hometown. The food, drinks and service has me hooked. Praying that we will get a Cooper’s Hawk in McDonough, GA or somewhere south of Atlanta. It will be a huge hit!!!

We have been coming here for years. I’m not sure if it was an “off night” but the service in the dining room was not what it used to be to be. Appetizers arrived before our beer and wine, water was not refilled and after asking for a dessert menu our waitress instead brought us the check. Food was good; I hope the service improves.

We had reservations @8:00 because my daughter my daughter didn’t get off work until 7pm, she’s a health care work who worked a 12hr shift. We did not get seated until 8:46, they were closing at 9pm. It was thanksgiving, our waitress was very nice but she said, I’m so sorry but we are out of white Turkey meat only dark. No one in our party liked dark meat but my husband ate it any way, I did ask for chicken and they did substitute. My son and girlfriend got steak, ask for medium rare and came out rare, so we had to send that back. They also did the wine pairing for that meal and never got their wine. Then came dessert and they were ran out of the one the one that was on special thanksgiving menu. We were the last one in restaurant and felt like we needed to rush our coffee and dessert, they actually asked if we wanted it to go. The employees were cleaning around us and shutting off rooms, very uncomfortable. I’ve been a wine member for about 6/7 years now and thinking of canceling because the last few times we were unhappy with service at Cooper’s Hawk! Thank you and hope this helps to better the service.

The wait staff was amazing, our server was a bit slow getting out our food. The Thanksgiving dinner was served lukewarm not hot but tasty. Cooper’s Hawk is a favorite of mine and will be back!

Waited a while to get our Wine but that was the least of the problems. When we were finally able to get our soup it wasn't even warm. We waited to get some that were hot but it took forever to get. I contact the Manager since at this time is was 8:15 and our reservations were for 6:15. Still no dinners. At this point, we decided to go home. The tables next to us on both sides came in after us and they had been fed. As we were getting up to leave, they came with two dinners but then one of the staff said that because we didn't take them, there were no more left. That wasn't true because as we were leaving they came with more. My husband left a $20 bill for the wine which was all we had. Got home at 9 p.m. hungry with no Thanksgiving dinner. Really sad - crying home that way.

Took family for Thanksgiving Dinner. We were visiting Jacksonville fro out of the area. The service was great. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We all had the Thanksgiving special dinner. Whitney was our server and she was Outstanding proving superb service, very efficient, and extremely friendly. Whitney the holiday extra special. She was particularly attentive to the 10 y/o girl in the group.

Our server was very good, but also very busy so I needed to go to the bar to get forks for our cheesecake and sugar for our coffee. During the meal, the rap type music was turned to club level, making conversation a bit uncomfortable. The Thanksgiving dinner was excellent - turkey was moist, mashed potatoes delicious and dressing was very good. Overall it was a lovely experience.

The 3 of us ate Thanksgiving dinner there. My spouse and I had the traditional meal of turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, cranberry sauce, and a pumpkin cheesecake. The turkey was so flavorful it almost tasted like it was smoked. The cheesecake was cold so it was like ice cream. Much more delicious than the name implied. The only disappointment was the vegetables which should have been cooked longer.

A great meal. I understand the restaurant was very busy, but that should not impact the service to the extent it did to us. After being seated at our table, it took 30 minutes to get water. Never received our bread, and was difficult to impossible to get our waitress's attention. Will still go again as the food was great, and we accepted the slow service given it was a holiday and they were very busy!

Had a fabulous Thanksgiving lunch with my wife. Jeff was our server and was excellent. He is attentive and cares about his tables experience. It was nice to have a bottle of wine and sit back while every detail is taken care of.

Everything was fabulous. Loved my gluten free options. It was nosy in the dining room. But not necessarily a bad thing. Prices have definitely gone up since I was there last but I realize that’s a global thing. :(. Grouper for all of us was amazing! And we are all fish snobs!

We had a great server. Her name was Athena and overall we really enjoyed coming to Cooper’s Hawk. It has become somewhat more expensive than it used to be but overall the food, and the service is outstanding.
