    It's funny how a first impression can really turn you off to a restaurant. We are wine club members and frequently dine here, however, Sunday was a disappointment. The hostess I believe her name was Brenda was as rude as someone can get. It's my opinion that if you do not want to work with the public you should know better than take a job where you are face to face with them. The manager Kia did an outstanding job listening to what happened and helped to rectify the situation. There was another hostess that witnessed this as well (don't know her name) but she deserves recognition as well. I don't know what has happened to customer service here, but Brenda needs to be retreaded and retrained. Maybe consider putting her in the back. In this economy with inflated prices and people working hard for their money there are so many restaurants at the Town Center to choose from. We (collectively) as human beings should not tolerate a host attendant's rudeness. We did not eat there on Sunday as we chose to spend our money somewhere else that has respect for their patrons.

    We typically have good food however our meal last night was disappointing. My chicken was severely overcooked. It was on my salad so needless to say when the server brought out the replacement I was finished eating the salad. No compensation just an apology for the overcooked chicken. My spouse ordered another appetizer which he did not receive. Server brought out the check with a different additional appetizer charged. When brought to their attention they did state rang in the order incorrectly. She removed it. Not a great experience this time around.

    Had dinner with friends everyone enjoyed their dinner except myself. I had butternut squash gnocchi, which was tasteless, and drowning in sauce. Later, I had a stomach ache, and hardly slept

    Our dinner took over an hour and both fish dishes were very overcooked! The manager comped our dinners luckily and we canceled our wine membership. Probably won’t be back,

    The place was nice and the food was very good. However, the service was a little slow and it was VERY loud in there. It was pretty busy when we went though. I was hoping for a romantic dinner for my fiance and I since we were celebrating an anniversary. We will definitely go back, but it just wasn't the atmosphere I was looking for on this particular occasion.

    We went to this location on 9/27/23 for dinner with my team. We had reservations and we were seated promptly. The food was good although one of the orders at my table was incorrect. We sent the food back and it took a long time for the plate to come back out. Also, we ordered dessert. One dessert we mentioned it was to-go, for the other dessert we thought the server would understand that one was to-go as well but she didn't ask or confirm. One dessert came out as to-go and the other did not. We asked for the other one to be packed to-go and and took over 10 minutes for them to return with the to-go dessert. That, I felt, was poor service and lack of response.

    Normally good food. Jasmine rice in the jambalaya was hard, crunchy & undercooked. Booth showed thick levels of dust and something?!! on walls. Lobster bisque did not disappoint. We get it every time. Potstickers we’re great. Chicken/pasta with capers just okay. Some menu items are hit or MISS! When they get it right, they are on the money. But for the amount they charge, it should all be amazing.

    Excellent menu selections. Certainly, the Brussel sprouts appetizer was outstanding. Great variety of wines by the glass to choose from. Will return to this restaraunt soon.

    Kept waiting for a 7:00 pm reservation 15 minutes then rushed through dinner not offered desert just handed the check after the main course. Waiter was busy paying attention to a table of influences as well as dining room manager

    I really like the atmosphere at Cooper’s Hawk. Very vibrant and energetic and the service was very good as well. Food was also really good for the value. If you ever get a chance to try their “sweet red” house wine, do it! It tastes so good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

    The food was absolutely outstanding! Wines are amazing. The only negative with the entire experience was the noise level in the dining room, it was so loud it was difficult to carry in a conversation with our guests. Service was fantastic!

    Been coming here for a couple of years since we moved here and it's always been a pretty pleasant experience. Definitely love being part of their membership too. The food is always amazing and staff is really nice overall.

    Food and wine were very good, but our server was wonderful. They were out of peanut butter cookies, and my 10 year old wanted one, so she asked the chef to make one just for him!! So sweet

    Food and wine are top notch! Marissa was a wonderful server who accommodated a nut allergy and Gluten Free dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious and appreciated the special attention to our needs with a great attitude!

    One in our party had a steak deliverd rare, which was ordered Medium Well. Waited a long time for a coffee with no refills. Service was peasnat, but not consistent during meal. Grouper was good. the filet had some grissle.

    We love CH. today was an off day. Wrong order entered. Missing appetizer. And misinformation about my wine membership. Nothing terrible. Just wasn’t the relaxing experience it normally is. We love CH and will be back. Our server was nice, just not on the ball. He told us he’s been there three years. So I’m thinking it’s a short staff issue. The manager comped the app without us asking him to do so. That was nice!

    We were made to feel welcome by the front of the house and wait staff. The food was excellent. I am not a new diner and I tried something very different from what I usually order and was very pleased. We had a bottle of wine with lunch and one person in my party subscribed to the Wine Club. It was a wonderful Saturday afternoon with friends good food and great wine….and dessert!

    Peyton was an excellent server who was very attentive to our requests and allowed us to order each course staggered so we weren't getting everything all at once. The food was exceptional but the noise level made it hard to have a conversation with my wife.

    Our waitress was great. Her name is Marie. She did an excellent job. The food was wonderful. There’s a great celebration for my daughter Kelly’s birthday. I love Cooper’s Hawk. It’s very nice.

    The food was fantastic! Everything that comes out of the kitchen is piping hot and I like how it’s coordinated in its delivery to your table. Each course was Well- timed. Our waitress was Ashley B. She was phenomenal, prompt and super sweet in her table service. I had lobster bisque soup, Thai lettuce, wraps, and the grouper. Everything was simply delicious.
