    I took my boyfriend to dinner here for his birthday and we had a great experience. The food and drinks were tasty but the service was incredible! We’ll definitely be going back!

    We had a group of 10 at 2 tables. The restaurant was helpful in seating us together. The food was very good but the service was slow. They seemed a little understaffed. We like the restaurant and would go back again.

    The food was excellent and our server was good. However it took very long for our food to come even though the restaurant was not busy at all. A good place for a group lunch, but allow lots of time. The big negative - DO NOT PUSH ALCOHOL when people are ordering their food.

    Our Waitress was great, but drinks coming from the bar were extra slow. Also 2 of us ordered a special that turned out to be unavailable which was a little disappointing. The food was good otherwise.

    We reserved a table at 7:45 for (4) people for an anniversary meal. We got sat by 8:10. Our server, Gabe was absolutely horrible from the minute we arrived at the table. He greeted us as he hurried passed us and said he would be back. He came back 20 minutes later. Took just our drink orders and each couple joined the monthly wine club. He didn’t return for another 20 minutes with half our drinks and finally the other half 10 minutes after that. He still hadn’t even returned our credit cards. We struggled to get him to take our appetizer orders and sked for extra bread and refills on the 2 empty glasses. It was about 9:15 when he returned with that. I asked him to please take our dinner orders asap (we had other evening plans) and he explained that “he would return to do that but to please give him a chance to close out other orders so that he doesn’t make any mistakes with our orders.” I told him that I noticed he had been double-sat and that he seems extremely busy…he replied, “I know, I love it” and ran away as the 4 of us discussed that his tips may be really bad and how could he love not giving proper service. Gabe finally took our order somewhere around 9:40…over an hour since we sat! Food arrived and 3 meals were incorrect. One of us just boxed the Churasco steak too cook it at home since it was too bloody and they gave her coke slaw instead of potatoes. My husbands filet medallions were well done and my veggies arrived cold and hard and no Parmesan on the cold fries. This whole visit was a disaster. We finally received our meal by 10:30 and let by 11:00. Gabe kneeled down and whispered to my friend that he is giving her a free bottle of wine because her steak wasn’t cooked right and her sides were wrong and he provided nothing for the other 2 screwed up meals. Now, she discovered that he charged her for the bottle as well as for the whole meal that we were supposed to pay for.

    We had a 6:45 reservation and they didn’t seat us until 7:15pm. No server came to our table for at least 10 minutes once we were seated. Food was ok..overpriced and will never go back.

    We have been members for years and we were treated horrible by bar staff on March 25th by bar staff. We were blown off 3 times by a young bartender and observed an older bartender telling the younger bartender not to serve us at the tasting bar. So we were totally ignored by 2 bartenders. When we approached the manager George and told him they made no attempt to tell us they couldn’t serve us because they reached their max they ignored us. The manager said he spoke to the bartender and she said she didn’t see us!!! All lies! We had a group of 9 and everyone stated she saw us and blew us off instead of letting us know. For 20 minutes she was absolutely rude. The manager made no attempt to make amends for the awful treatment. We won’t be back and will cancel our membership.

    The food was swerved cold, server never checked on us once we got the food, beverage order was wrong, table next to us was playing music on their phone. This used to be a great restaurant, very disappointing experience.

    Lauren was a great server, explaining the menu, recommending samples, and keeping us updated when the kitchen got a smidge behind (we hadn’t even noticed). Prices were very reasonable, the menu had options to please everyone in our party, and to cap it all off, the food was outstanding. Even my super-picky husband enjoyed his meal, so ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

    This was our fourth dinner at Cooper's. But, it was less satisfying than previous visits. Our table was very noisy and in the middle of the restaurant. Previous tables have been along a side was and it was much quieter.n

    Not a choice for a quiet conversation. We sat at a table and the noise level was so loud we were practically screaming across the table just to be heard. Its a nice, fun party atmosphere, but not a place to go if you wish to have a nice dinner conversation. The food was very good and the service was good considering how busy they were.

    We arrived for a tasting at 5pn but had a 6pm reservation for dinner, it took about 15 minutes to seat our party of 6. They put us at table directly outside the kitchen, it was so noisy, so we asked to be moved. Once seated at a new table we all ordered and 5 of 6 were served our food at the same time, my husband's meal was delayed about 20 minutes and two of the meals that were delivered to our table were cold so those had to be sent back, one came back about 15 minutes later the other one took at least 30 minutes maybe longer. The manager was involved as well as this whole experience was less than pleasing to say the least. They offered to comp the 2 meals and provide us with desserts, we ordered three , 2 came out together the third took a lot longer. By the time we had our checks and were ready to leave it was 8:40pm. The server was absent and never would check back with our table to see if we needed more drinks, etc.

    Cooper’s Hawk is one of my favorite chains. I have been to the one in Troy, MI several times. I was not impressed with the one at St. John’s. I made my reservation for St. Patrick’s Day from an email and I was looking forward to green wine and corned beef sliders. Well..they were out of the wine and the sliders were below average, not the quality of the food I have grown accustomed to and also took a long time to receive. The outdoor patio floor was dirty as well. The only plus was the waitress.

    Very slow service, midway into our meal, my wife ordered a second glass of wine. It did not arrive until we were ready to ask for the check. So, at that point, I ordered a simple scoop of ice cream so my wife had time to have her wine. She was done with her wine before the ice cream came. When I complained to the server, she did not consider it a problem.

    We frequently go to various Cooper’s hawk. As we are wine members. It took forever to get seated after having made a reservation. Then a long time for anyone to come to the table Food was extremely slow and ice cold when served Server brought our wine from our wine order and didn’t know how to open and then poured directly into our glasses what happened to seeing the cork and pouring a small amount first to taste Very disappointing evening we go to Orlando and Tampa s d never have had such an experience

    Our waitress Candice ruined our experience. We dine at CH at least once a month. We are wine club members along with another person in our party. It took us over 20 min to get our wine. We only got it because we had to get someone to find her. We had to ask for water and finished all the bread because everything was so slow. She still did not replenish either because she never came to check on us. We asked if the restaurant was short staffed and she said no. I just don’t understand it. We usually have a great time at CH.

    We have eaten there several times and usually very satisfied. Last night was an exception. The service was spotty. One person in the party wasn't served until the rest of the party was well on there way eating. It was a party of 6 and 3 in the party complained about their food being cold, the plate was hot and the food was not. Desert was ordered but we finally gave up before it came paid the bill and left.
