    Waiter was awesome and had a great setting, food, offerings, and wine. Will dine here again. It is a bit on higher price but I felt well worth the bill. We had an app, 2 entries, 4 glass wine flight, and a cocktail. All really good! Great for an anniversary like ours or special occasion.

    Food taste was excellent but served at room temperature to cold. Server was amazing! But there should probably be a full bar upstairs because appetizers came before drinks. Wine was fun. Ambience was not the greatest. Felt like the restaurant was under construction or very dirty/run down. Was seated on the upper level which feels like a banquet hall converted for dinner. No ambience at all - lighting too bright amongst other things. If it is under construction - probably should mention that to people making reservations - if not - you might want to think about it. It needs some upgrades!

    I called to let the host/hostess know that we were coming for a SURPRISE birthday dinner. They said they’d make notes on the reservation that it’s a surprise and to seat the majority of the party first so I could bring the birthday girl and surprise her. When we got to the host stand, the hostess clearly ignored the notes, and said multiple times “oh the rest of your party is already sat” despite me trying to discretely be like “nope, just the two of us”. Finally, another hostess caught on before it was all completely ruined. So disappointing

    Cooper's Hawk continues to rock. The restaurant was full and lively. We were seated on time and enjoyed a bottle of Cooper's Hawk wine with our meal. The food was good, the service was good the atmosphere was good.

    Service and food are fantastic! We were there on a Friday night so the bar was super crowded. We had reservations and were seated within 5 minutes even though we were a bit early.

    This has been a recurring eatery for us at Easton but we’re going to try new places for a while. We were seated at a table with a dirty chair, and I mean covered in greasy (dripping) hand prints dirty. The fork in my napkin was both clean looking but sticky - you could pick things up with it like it was a glue trap. We ordered appetizers, salads and dinner. They came out at a fevered pace and the people bringing them could not care less there was no room on the table for what they were bringing and did not offer to take anything. The hot dinner plate of gnocci and chicken was literally just shoved into my wife’s hands because there was no place on the table to put it and the guy just walked away for us to figure out how to rearrange things. It was BIZARRE. Like we’d done something to them. There are too many places to choose from at Easton to go here again anytime soon.

    Took business partners there - food and service was very good. It was very busy so there was some delay in getting food/drinks. I look forward to the renovations being completed. I would recommend this place to friends and do plan on going back

    The food was amazing! I was disappointed that it was not hot. But honestly it was so good it wasn't worth sending back. Even though the place was under construction it was still lovely. Our waiter although very nice and checked on us frequently we couldn't not get a refill on our water. We tried flagging down a manager who was in the area and still no water. After 15 minutes of waiting my husband ended up standing up and grabbing the pitcher to refill for us. The manager stood and watched in disbelief. Then scurried over to apologize that we had to do that. Even with that we would still go back.

    The remodel does make it challenging to enjoy a meal. But thanks for staying open. However, I think since the tastings are very limited, you should be about to get any glass of choice for the exchange. We went to the bar and the bartender was going to charge us extra for a Tuscan glass. I’ve been a member for almost 10 years and never had that.

    Had a really great time and our waitress, Rabia I believe, was fantastic! Had some problems with scheduling that were kind of frustrating. We were told we could not make a reservation for more than 6 people, which seemed odd, so we made 2 reservations of 6 for our 12 person party (made the reservation about a month in advance). Made a comment on the reservation that we would like to sit together if possible, though if thaty could not be accommodated it would be fine. We called in multiple times to see if we could be accommodated but were either met with no response, or someone saying that the manager would call, but the call was never returned. When we get there there was a table set for at least 10 people for a different reservation, so there is definitely a way to make that reservation but for some reason we could not, even a month in advance. Thankfully, we were able to be seated at adjacent tables when we got there, though we did have to wait an extra 15 mins and were originally told it would likely not be possible, even though there were plenty of open tables where we could have sat adjacent. A small wait is no problem, but it seems like if it was possible to make the reservation we originally wanted we should have been contacted or tables should have been set aside, like for a regular reservation. We had an overall VERY good experience, I am just still confused and disappointed by the reservations process.

    As usual service was impeccable, and food was exquisite. We had late lunch so the restaurant was still at half full. Hostess stand has A LOT to be desired with the personality and ability get get people seated. I believe retraining is in order for politeness and focus on the customer. Seem very interested in personal conversations and giving customers attitude and nasty looks, rather than making their dining experience enjoyable. Small area due to construction, no reason for as many parties sitting in the area while they discuss their plans for after work. As much as I am there, this seems to be a continual issue.

    Restaurant is going through some renovations so they don’t have people very spread out. Repeat lot got bumped by the table behind us. Could not hear a conversation at my own table with all the noise. Waitress we very friendly. We dine here often, but may not be back until the renovations are complete and seating is more open.

    Our waitress was very nice and kind. She was informative and always had a smile. My Food was made incorrectly and then when fixed it was still done incorrectly but I decided to just go along with it as I had been there for some time by then. The mashed potatoes were very runny that day. The bread is always a huge plus! Overall it was a decent experience!

    The greeters were very chatty with themselves, not communicating well with guests and servers. The flying insects gnats need an exit strategy as well. Hope the renovations come with new carpets and insect repellent. Waiters are always providing the best service for a wonderful time. The food is decent the cook kept burning the bread tonight. We come for wine and good energy.

    I had the MahiMahi and it was different than the last time - not that good. It now comes with greasy string beans. The side salad at $10 was terrible. Wilted iceburg (not healthy dark greens) and a couple of tiny tomatoes - horribly plain. Bring back the Brussel Sprout salad - it was great. Service was okay, the waitress never asked if I wanted a second drink even though my glass was empty! (The hostess who sat us was very good). Plus they are under renovation so carpet all torn up - and waiting area very cramped compared to the past.

    I had the baked shrimp scampi. The shrimp was amazing. The pasta and sauce were watery and bland. I have had a turkey burger, beef burger, brussel sprout appetizer, and southwest rolls. All were delicious.

    I went for wine tasting and my experience was great! The servers and hostesses were very kind! The servers for the wine tasting had some very informative information about the wines i tried. The dining was great and the food was on point! Thank you Kelly!

    Love Coopers Hawk been going for years .Food quality is always good wine selection very good and tasty. The best attribute to Coopers Hawk is Jeff at the bar he’s the best attentive staff there he is one one the main reasons I go there.
