Always a good experience visiting Cooper’s Hawk. Have been there many times and will continue to go back.
Our experience was wonderful! Our server was so knowledgeable and friendly- we all loved him! I had the Dark Chocolate Martini, Brussels sprouts appetizer, and the Shrimp and Scallop Risotto. Everything was delicious! It was my birthday, so our server brought over a complimentary dessert which was 2 truffles (dark chocolate and whites chocolate) with a strawberry drizzle. This was the perfect amount of dessert for me, and tasted so good!! I can’t wait for our next date night at Cooper’s Hawk!
My daughter and I had a most enjoyable dinner which was largely due to our EXCELLENT waiter, Zachary. He made great recommendations for both wine and menu selections and seemed to always be at our table at just the right time. BRAVO! The short rib risotto was a first-time selection for me (at Zachary's suggestion), and it was truly delicious.
As we were leaving, my daughter wanted to buy two bottles of Barbera that she had enjoyed at dinner. We stood in line at the Carry Out counter for several minutes without even being acknowledged. I went to the hostess to see if we could check out at another place. She spoke to someone behind the counter. We still waited another 5 minutes without being waited on and left without purchasing the two bottles. This was very disappointing.
Our restaurant experience was stellar! I still rated our experience 5 stars because of the dining room experience.
What a fabulous experience! From the moment we walked in the door, all staff members were cheerful, energetic and welcoming! Our server was amazing! The food was outstanding. We were extremely impressed all over!

We appreciate being where it was less noisy, the hostess ask if we wanted a paper menu or a regular one, or so we thought. We weren’t familiar with the app ordering, our server was just OK, nothing special, we had to ask for dessert after she left our check. We felt like we’re were just in a bar, not a nicer restaurant as we we’re celebrating my husbands bday. My husband thought he had definitely had better steak. We were impressed with the overall experience. We loved the atmosphere and the wines. The service was professional and top notch. The food was very good and priced good as well. We were actually surprised at the quality of the food for the prices. Normally we would’ve paid 30-40$ more at a comparable restaurant we go to often. We joined the wine club also which really is a great deal. All though we live 90 minutes away we will be returning often!
Our server Joey was AMAZING!!! He handled our two 6 top tables with ease. He was so energetic and personable. All of us agreed he was the best server we’ve had at Coopers. We all dine here often, so we will definitely ask for him!!!!
While the service and food were good; we were very surprised that the $18.99 bottle of wine was $27.99 on the bill. I am a wine club member and we purchased Cooper Hawk's wine. I have traveled extensively and have not seen this corkage fee at fine restaurants when purchasing their wine. I also stopped by the front bar area to pick up my October bottle of wine; the line was long for people waiting for tastings. Since tastings take much longer to accommodate; there should be a separate line for those just picking up their wine club bottles which are already paid. These little things make a difference in viewing an establishment as good versus excellent in customer service.
Everthing is delicious! I have not tried anything I did not find tasty and well prepared.

I had a wonderful evening at Coopers Hawk. The last few times my food has not been hot or even warm and it took too long for the wait staff to check on my table. But this past sunday, everything was superb. I do think having fewer guests allows the cook and wait staff to be more efficient.

This was my first time there and I must say. My waitress was very nice and informative. She was great!
We have always enjoyed dining at Cooper's Hawk; unfortunately, this was not a positive experience. We arrived at our scheduled/reserved time at 6:30. We were told they would have a table in 5-10 minutes. At 6:55, we were finally seated. We were greeted immediately and served our wine. When the waiter returned with our wine, we gave him our order right away. We needed to be finished eating at 8:00 because we had reserved a wine tasting at 8. We waited and waited for our food. Nobody ever came back to our table, so finally another waiter stopped to see if we needed anything. By this time 45 minutes had passed. We explained that our food had not arrived. He went to check on it. He explained that the order needed to be resubmitted and the manager was coming over to talk to us. The manager explained the food had sat waiting to be delivered to our table, but no one ever picked it up. The food was remade, but the wine tasting had to moved until later due to the amount of time it took for dinner. It was a mess. We were compensated for one meal, but it will be awhile before we return for dinner.
I will not be going again unless they stop insisting on masks!!!
