    We always have a wonderful time at the restaurant. We've had Jade a few times - and she is the best! She's knowledgeable about the menu, and is super attentive and sweet. This occasion was my Mom's birthday. I made the reservation online and mentioned that. From the moment we got there, the ladies at the front said "Happy Birthday!" and then so did Jade. My Mom felt so special. Especially when Jade brought our dessert with a candle for my Mom. It meant so much - especially because my family is going through a lot right now, so these moments mean the world to us!! Thank you for an amazing night! xoxoxo

    Well CH is one of my favorite places. But last night disappointed us. Service was not great. Ashley was slammed. There hould be back up for the servers. Dirty plates were not picked up in a timely manor. And I have never complained about the food, but it was just ok this time. Wasn’t the special dining experience it usually is.

    We had a fantastic time- And of course as always The manager ( Mark) has a way of providing customers with the best experience. We really like Cooper’s Hawk and Mark is the reason that makes us go back again , again and again. He is AWESOME.

    Chris and his trainee Lorraine were very kind and courteous. Service was great. They were quick to recommend any specials and answer menu questions. It was my parents anniversary and they treated them like VIPS guests. Even brought out a dessert for them to celebrate.

    I took a friend to a late lunch on a Monday. It was so quiet which was great! She had not been to the restaurant before, but really enjoyed the food and drinks. (She had Chicken Masala, and we shared some Almond Sparkling wine.) She also loved the pretzel bread. A nice finishing touch was two truffles for my birthday, in addition to the reward I had which mostly covered one meal. Great value and worth the price!

    Management and host at check-in not the friendliest, at 7 advised reservation was 715 manger stated would be every minute to reservation time. Went to bar for drinks at 715 went to station to inquire about table hosts said we sent a text, no text showed phone said we’ll put you next, finally at 8 we were seated. Things happen, understand, could tell both employees very stressed, maybe invest in buzzer system to improve on communication.

    Cooper’s Hawk in Montgomery never disappoints. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff was amazing and helped us have an enjoyable evening.

    Normally delicious food. 30-40$ meals. Extremely popular, doesn't handle the busy well. Required to make reservations sometimes a day or more ahead of time. Very good wine. Wine tasting is a great value and fun .. if you can get in. Outdoor seating is lacking and indoor is noisy.

    There was confusion as to who was responsible for our table of 4. He was very busy but was doing a good job juggling customers. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and when I said I have shellfish allergy, he went to the kitchen re: the fish sauce in the lettuce wraps. They altered the recipe and it was safe for me and was delicious! Thank you Tyler. One small point, as the room started was less crowded, the woman in charge of sweeping the floor literally pushed through our small aisle , sweeping and pushing through our space. Very tacky and unaware of good customer experience,

    I normally have an excellent experience. I’m sure they were short staffed but the service was not good. It took forever for the server to check in w us and get the things we needed. We were there almost an hour and a half because she was so slow. I had to ask a manager for things because she was never around.

    Went to celebrate my friend’s engagement and the whole experience felt as though it was everyone’s first day or they were obviously upset about working. The host and hostess were the most friendly and best part of the experience. The waitress was nice but seemed extremely distracted and awkward around us. The supervisor who came to check on us was the exact same. There were parts of our dishes that were cold, overcooked, or bland. As costly as the food is, I expect if the service will be subpar then the food would make up for it. The wine tasting afterwards was just okay.
