Quality at this location has gone downhill. Service was poor. Bread was burned. Short ribs were dried out and missing sauce. Sent back and the second round and 1/3 of the meat was a chunk of fat. I've never ordered a bottle of wine and not been offered a taste when it was poured. Seats were broken. Had to ask someone to find the server to order drinks. Won't be back.
Reliably a great experience at Cooper's Hawk. The food and drinks are always delicious. The wait staff is well-trained and attentive. A little on the pricey side, but we always have a good experience at Cooper's Hawk.
We sat in the Barrel Room and it was almost our private dining area.
Great service and the food was outstanding. Chocolate silk pie was fantastic.
We are members and enjoy the service and wine. It’s one place we enjoy visiting with or without friends.

Service for the wine tasting and dinner was excellent. Food was awesome as always.
Device was a little slow sometimes but the overall experience was very good. When I made reservations using Open Table, there was no indication that a reservation was needed for Wine Tasting. So consequently when I did call to inquire I was turned down
Surf and Turf (Ahi Tuna and Filet Medallions) were perfectly cooked with attractive sides topped with Vin Noir Wine (dark winter red) -Great place to celebrate!
Our dinner was fabulous as usual. I highly recommend the Leonard Burger!
Service and food were very good- we like to dine here due to the variety on menu and experience with the service has always been attentive.

First of all, I really appreciated that they remained opened on a snowy Monday night. I had made reservations at two other places in the area and they ended up closing because of the snow. So I was grateful that Cooper's Hawk welcomed us at the last minute. The food was great also. The crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer is fantastic--a must try! Also enjoyed the Churrascco skirt steak--very flavorful.
Expected a lot better. Other than a wine tasting there’s no need to go.

One of our favorite special occasion spots! Lunch was delish. Ordered lunch-size portions of the BBQ pork chop and spaghetti and meatballs. Shared a wedge salad, which is the best around and plenty to share. Chicken potstickers were yummy and we both loved the Asian slaw they were served on. We were seated in the private party room and our server was awesome. Very attentive to our needs but not interruptive!
It was amazing. Our server was exceptional and the food and wine were equally amazing. We are going to make this our date night once a month!

Food and wine was very good, as usual. Unfortunately, our server was more interested in taking care of a table of over-served women than any of his other tables. That is not the norm for Coopers Hawk.
Regina was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about the different wines and foods. I would recommend her service to other's that haven't been to the restaurant before. I would definitely be back soon!
good wine and food and service
The food was great. The service impeccable. Ray the bartender and our server was great My want try something different but hated it. Ray did not hesitate taking it away and replaced it with her usual.
Food and drink paralleled by no other restaurant for the price!
The food was not as good as normal and we have eaten there monthly. I do t understand why the light shades 12 feet In The air are not straight. It is the little things in a higher end restaurant that need to be tended to.
Be better
Everything for me was fine. My companions were not happy with the food. My one friend said the lemon entree was over powered by the Lemon and my other friend said the spinach with the salmon was too salty.

Cooper's Hawk has great atmosphere, and the service was outstanding. The Brussel sprouts were fantastic. We will be back.
Ask for the main dining room when you arrive, and make sure you have a reservation. The service is top-notch (we had Chris, who did a great job for us!), the food is great, and the wine is always great. Enjoy!
Everything was great EXCEPT they stuck us in a back room with no ambiance - it was very cold. We were there to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday and it was a major fail. The room was open and just felt very cold. We will return but if they try to seat us back there again I will say something.

My husband and I got free glasses of champagne for our anniversary. Great service and excellent food, as always!
