Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant - Cincinnati
Need to book at 10:30 AM?Other great restaurants with availability.
Hostess was very rude
Had a rez but took us 15 minutes to get seated
Server was unfriendly
And it was a birthday celebration.....really? Couldn’t believe it as we chose this for the birthday because we’ve always had a good experience
My first time there. Came with friends. As I made the suggestion to eat at Cooper’s everyone was complimenting me for my choice. Everyone had a good time. The food was great, the service was friendly and helpful. I had a Chardonnay. It was delicious. I’ll be back to buy one. Thanks
Tremendous bottle of wine: Camille’s Brave for a special anniversary celebration! A nice relaxing evening with wonderful service!
Service was impeccable. I was lunching with friends and really appreciate the lack of loud noise/music. I will be back (with friends)
Wine tasting first. Knowledgeable and friendly services. Super friendly hostess. Wish I could remember her name to give her props.
We had a great time! Food and wine were fantastic!
We had a reservation for six people at 7:00. We were seated in a back room that had no other guests, but did have off duty employees using it as their auxiliary lounge. Our service was very slow, and the atmosphere so disappointing. We told the host that we were celebrating a birthday. It was not what we had hoped for.
Chicken Madeira was outstanding as always and everyone at our table had it. It is one of our favorites and it is never disappointing.
I love Coopers Hawk. I've been there numerous times and the food and wine are always top notch!
Good food and service. Good size portions. Easy to reserve a table on open table.
Great food, special place.....
We find the food is consistently full of flavor, and beautifully presented.
This is our favorite CH... the design of the facility is well thought out and comfortable.
Party of 6. Great food and service was wonderful. We had a newer server and his ability to be attentive was excellent!
Without a doubt one of the worst dining experiences of our lives. Describing the service as inattentive does not even begin to the night we had. The night started by being seated 25 after our reservation and check in with the hostess, it was valentines weekend so I’m prepared to let that slide, however no more diners were sat in our section for the entirety of or meal. Apps were ordered at the same time as entrees and took quite a while before any of it showed. One of our main dishes (a six ingredient main course salad) was missing the avocado, we had finished eating by the time we were able to get the the servers attention and have them bring some. We were privy to candid conversations amongst some of the other waitstaff about how unfair the closing procedures were, we also got to witness another table sat at a similar time to us complain enough that the manager stopped by to fully comp their meals then the server and manager continued to tend to their every need, extra bread and to go drinks. I offered my card at the same time as the plates to be boxed up this process still took 15 mins. Overall the food was a 6/10 service would struggle to even be a 1/10. We will be sticking the Liberty location for a while.
We had to wait 25 minutes despite the fact that we had reservations.
I have been to Coopers Hawk several times, each was positive, but this time wasn’t a good experience. We weren’t seated until 20 minutes after our reservation time, it was extremely loud and hot while we waited. Once finally seated my friend ordered the roasted veggie enchiladas and was then told they were out. Once our food arrived, the waitress asked us how things were and then didn’t come back for a long time to check again. This was a bummer of an experience and honestly I was sorry I suggested it for our dinner out.
The salmon special was excellent! Even though we had a reservation we had to wait 15 min before we were seated. We were served complimentary wine while we waited. Service was good, food was excellent. We didn’t order drinks with dinner, but four meals and an appetizer came to $100 which is very reasonable. The restaurant was quite loud, but we were seated in a back room which was a bit quieter. Very enjoyable evening.
Great service. Nice feel, dim lighting, huge variety of wine and other handcrafted alcoholic beverages. Southwest eggrolls were delicious
Valentines weekend dinner with friends. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend.
