    One of the very best restaurant experiences from start to finish. Waited at the bar for our table, had a great server and quality old fashion! When seated we again met up with a wonderful service provider. Behind the scenes staff over the TOP PERFORMANCE EVERY BITE WAS AMAZING, in a timely manner. We will be back.....and you should too!!!

    Our server seemed like she wanted to be somewhere else. She spent significant time at the next table with personal talk, almost like she was giving an oral resume to that table. Meanwhile we struggled to get her attention…at the next table! She had one of our orders wrong, broke the cork at our table (this May or may not have been her fault). Overall, just a frustrating evening.

    Server was great Ordered the filet. Medium rare and it came out well done Server remaid it and it was still not med rare I thk the serving size is just too small to get that temperature The Caesar Salad very good The chicken pot stickers excellent. Wish they had a bigger portion. Add more and charge a few more bucks. Great appetizer.

    We’ve been to quite a few Cooper’s Hawk restaurants, probably our 3rd visit to this location. It’s what you would expect of this chain. Energetic with great service, a big menu for food and drink. We were celebrating a birthday this particular night and it was recognized by our waiter which was very nice. The food was just ok. Once dish, a filet mignon, had to be sent back at it was ordered medium rare and came out well done. Apologies were made and it came back out much better but still a bit too done. Also, this is not a filet that you would get at a steak restaurant. It’s thin cut. All in all, a great place for a dinner party.

    I was beyond disappointed in the food, the appetizers were nothing like what they usually are. We had the drunken shrimp - the avocado & sauce was flavorless! Then we tried the calamari for the 1st time, way too sweet! I expected it to be sweet but that was way too much. The butter for our bread was practically frozen. The actual meals were pretty decent, my steak was ordered medium well but it was completely charred / burned and the inside was almost raw. The veggies on my husband’s meal were tasteless and burnt. We used to eat at Cooper’s hawk very often, haven’t gone to any in a few months due to busy schedules. Unsure if this is a flaw or they changed their recipes but I was beyond disappointed and debating cancelling our membership.

    The food was super salty…I literally ate 2-3 bite & just couldn’t eat anymore. Our reservation was for 7pm but did not get our food order until past 8pm. My family did not start eating until close to 9 pm

    Had reservations for thanksgiving dinner . Our waiter took over 10 minutes to greet us . Ordered our drinks from the bar took over 30 minutes. The turkey and sides were served at room temperature. Unfortunately my experience was not the best with the service and food. Left the restaurant disappointed .

    We had an excellent Thanksgiving with many thanks to Cooper’s Hawk. We were seated on time. Our waiter, Brandon was great. He maintained his composure on a very busy day and he was kind and very personable. The Thanksgiving menu was delicious and we never felt rushed or pressured to leave. We had a very memorable Thanksgiving and would definitely spend another holiday at CH. Many thanks to all of the employees particularly Brandon who made the holiday enjoyable and memorable!

    Cooper's Hawk was the perfect choice for our family to spend Thanksgiving together—something for everyone even the fussy eaters. We enjoyed our favorite brussels sprouts appetizer (I wish I could get the recipe). Our entrees included steak and lobster; and vegetarian enchiladas. John, our server was excellent, especially considering how busy the restaurant was.

    Service was lacking throughout then entire 2+ hr dinner. One of the entrees (chicken sandwich) was incorrect and had to be remade. It took 30 minutes for the corrected meal to come out which was after everyone else finished eating. That meal was still on the final bill which eventually was comped after speaking to the manager. Probably won’t be back to this location again.

    The food and wine were wonderful however the service was awful! Our server was not very attentive and it took us 2 hours to have dinner and an appetizer! She never came by to ask about our dinner after a runner dropped it at our table. Really disappointed after spending almost $200.00

    We decided to head out for a nice meal on a Monday and found one here. It was not very busy at the time we arrived but definitely changed by the time we were finished. We enjoyed our Caesar salad, as usual, with some of their warm pretzel bread. I had the Chicken crusted in parmesan with the tomato salad, Betty's potatoes and green beans. Everything was delicious and I have enough for another meal. My husband enjoyed the pretzel crusted pork chops with Betty's potatoes and green beans. He also had enough for take home. We shared a nice bottle of Malbec. We tried the 2 wines of the month, enjoying the white but not fond of the red. Our service was great and we were very pleased with everything.
