    We shared the delicious Ahi Tuna Crudo appetizer, thoroughly enjoyed the generous Casarecce Capri entree, and took home the incredibly rich Banoffee Pie dessert -- you have to REALLY like bananas -- from the Chef's Seasonal Lunch Recommendations menu. The rose wine recommended for the appetizer was just as good with the entree. We took home the wine that was left in the bottle with the dessert. We are new members at Cooper's Hawk with a two bottle a month subscription, and we have already bought our tickets for the July 17 wine event.

    Dined on Tuesday evening (requested outdoor seating, 15 minute wait) opted for inside dining. Seated in booth. Waiter went through background and menu/wine pairings/membership for my guest (first time). He suggested the June wine (Italian red blend). I ordered the glazed salmon. Noticed long hair in the side salad. Manager stopped by to apologize. Server brought a replacement and apologized. Other than finding a stand of hair, the ambiance, value, food, service was good.

    We've been consistently going to Coopers Hawk for more than 5 years. This may have been a one off, but service has been sliding downwardly over the last year. We sat on the patio which was great, but waited excessively long for our appetizer. The appetizer took more than 30 minutes, and my son's kids meal, orders at the same time, showed up 10 minutes after my wife and i were done eating the appetizer, with little acknowledgement of the wait. The food lacked the standards that we had come to expected from prior experiences. When we got the bill, we had to send it back twice for being incorrect, the last time was still wrong, but it wasn't worth the wait that it would take to get it right.

    Had a reservation at 7:45PM but we had to wait for 25 minutes until 8:10PM when a table became available. Hostess was not friendly at all.

    I’m a longtime return customer. Dad loved his pistachio grouper dish. My dish was presented well but wasn’t flavorful. I always enjoy everything so this is the first time. I don’t think anything was done wrong.

    Love this place! Always a great experience. Much prefer Ashburn to Reston though… it is larger, less noisy and offers a lovely outdoor seating area. We have never had a bad meal here.

    The staff is friendly and very professional, food always well prepared and interesting. I recommend trying the chef’s specials. Great selection of wine. On a pleasant day dining on the terrace is very enjoyable.

    Outstanding food and wine. The service was best we have ever received at Cooper's Hawk. We had the tuna appetizer and the grouper entree. We drank Temranillo wine.

    The team at Cooper’s Hawk was so wonderful. I truly felt like they provide an extra level of service. The food and wine were wonderful and will make us return again, but I cannot say enough about the great staff.

    We come to Cooper's Hawk quite often but haven't been here lately due to life in general as we live an hour away. We met family here today and as usual, Cooper's Hawk did not disappoint. My cocktail took a long time and the manager comped it which was very nice.

    I'm a wine club member so come here quite a bit. Tonight was the first time that we had such poor service. Had reservations at 7:15 but didn't get seated until 7:45. The women at the host stand had an attitude any time you talked to them. Then we sat down, ordered our food and waited 45 minutes to get it. It wasn't like they were short staffed-- we saw a number of people working. But they were not able to handle the volume. It made for a horrible experience.

    Every time we have dinner at Copper's Hawk, it always turns into something special. The food is fantastic, the service couldn't be better. It's jus a really nice place to dine. So, thank you very much for a nice evening!

    Excellent food. Slight smell of gas sitting outside on the patio, perhaps from the propane heaters. The service was good, but not great. The waitress was pleasant and helpful with the bill, but could have rounded on the table a bit more, offered bread or drinks more frequently.

    It was Mothers Day. Fully booked. The ordered drinks took a while to get to our table. All food was delivered on time. Our server Sammy had a great attitude and was pleasant . This is one of our favorite places.

    The food was great as usual. The service was just ok. We noted on our reservation this was for a birthday, and the hostesses even noted that on the reservation card the server took but the server never said a word. Our food did take an extra long time to come out (groups with different waiters that sat after us were served before us) and he didn't communicate with us.

    My mom and I visited the Ashburn location for Mother's Day and we had a lovely time. The hostess seated us within minutes of arriving (we had reservations) and our server was very pleasant and attentive. Both of our meals were delicious and filling.
