Fabulous evening to celebrate a birthday! We originally were given a large table near the kitchen and bathroom and asked for different one. Young hostess had a bit of an attitude but did find us a nice booth. The rest was super! Our server, Julie, was an absolute delight! Knowledgeable and accommodating! Candied bacon appetizer was incredible! We all had a different main dish (me - salmon, others - steak, pork, gnocchi) and each excellent! Wonderful dining experience! Thank you!

Highly recommend Cooper's Hawk. We went with our elderly parents and initially were ushered to a table. While on the way to the table, we asked if we could be seated in a booth do to the noise level in most restaurants. The booth construction and noise level was perfect for us. The only hindrance was a very boisterous group of ladies celebrating, but they soon left 15 minutes into our stay. The food was delicious and delightfully presented. Eric did an amazing job of taking care of us throughout our meal. Each dish was gobbled up by 3 out of 4 of us. The dishes are scrumptious and were delivered to the table in a timely manner. We had the Mexican drunken shrimp which was AHHHHHmazing! I'm a calorie, for special diet reasons (and Gluten Free) and was delighted to find the PDF of every single dish on their menu with the nutritional information. Highly recommend Cooper's Hawk and absolutely love that they have a gift shop at the front entrance. We will definitely be back and possibly just to have appetizers because they are made Tapas style. We made a reservation via the website through OpenTable, which is extremely convenient. I put in the notes section on OT that 1 person was GF and the host brought a GF menu to the table while seating us! Way to go CH! Kudos to the team who created the menu and the chefs that deliver amazing meals, at a great price!!

Mother’s Day dinner was awful. If it was my first time, I would never go back. However, I have been here many times before when everything was great. The service was very slow, the food was cold except for the slaw which clearly sat under the heat light, and the food also didn’t taste good.

Bigger than St. Charles or South Barrington. We were greeted with a glass of champagne for Mother’s Day, which was a very nice touch. The food and wine are always wonderful.

The food was amazing and the ambiance was perfect. It was a little noisy but it was Mother’s Day so I wouldn’t expect it to be “date night” noise level.

O was vwry disappointed with the service we received on this visit. We have been to this location multiple times and always enjoyed it. This is why we always came back. However, this time we had several issues. We didnt get our order taken until after an hour. No bread was offered until I asked for it. It was my husband's birthday and when she brought out the birthday dessert she just placed it in front of him and walked away without any acknowledgement. It was all of friends first time here and they did not see what we always raved about except that the food and wine was amazing. Not sure if I would return here again.

First time after many many visits (I'm a wine club member many years) - inconsistent experience that doesn't match your brand promise. 1. Drinks service and bottle took an incredibly long time. 2. Soup and salad took even longer. 3. I'm certain the dinner was waiting - lettuce wraps (my dinner) were not cold and crisp and my wife's medallions were not fresh off the grill. The noise level at this location borders on "rock concert". Get a sound expert in there and do something. It's beyond "energetic".

After the Service I would not. Took way to long for the Waitress to come back to the table. This was the worse experience I have encountered all the years that I have been dinning at Coopers Hawk. After dinner drinks came after finishing desert. One drink was only a beer. Unreal.

Everything was wrong. We sat down at 1:30 and didn’t get served our food until 3:15. We waited nearly an hour for our drinks and appetizer. My grilled cheese and tomato soup was put down in front of me with “Oh we are out of tomato soup”. I was given a choice of a substitute but never would have ordered that entree had I known about the soup. My sons burger was “tasteless” his girlfriends lobster bisque soup was cold and the short rib in my grilled cheese was tough and full of gristle. The manager apologized and took my dinner off the bill, but it ruined my Mother’s Day celebration. The server was nice and apologized profusely but that did not make everything all better. The day was ruined! Usually Coopers Hawk is very good but not this time. :(

our waitress was very good, unfortunately the kitchen was backed up. I think it took a little longer than expected to get our food. And desert took over 20 minutes-to the point we were going to cancel it. We ordered a piece of key lime pie and the boys got a chocolate cover strawberry with the child's meal. After waiting for at least 20 minutes our waitress explained there was only one person doing deserts and she was backed up-although help was on the wait. We waited another 9 minutes after that (i set stop watch). The pie is individual pie no slicing needed, and the i assume chocolate strawberry was made in advance. Plating should not take 30 minutes. So while it was good meal, and waitress good the disorganization in the kitchen made this a fair experience. They did comp the pie however i would have preferred to pay of it and have it delivered in a timely fashion. It was the day before mother's day and they were busy however if their tables are booked they should be staffed to handle.

First time here. I'd been to a couple other Cooper's Hawk locations and the food here was excellent as always. Our server (Mark or Mike?) was really good and when we told him it was quite hot in the restaurant he actually had the temp changed! So nice. The restaurant itself is really cool looking but I guess the way it was built makes the noise level pretty unbearable. The restaurant was not overcrowded and not a lot of loud conversation but my friends and I could barely hear each other at the same table. Something was just off about the atmosphere. Still recommend for the food.

This branch seems to have difficulties. We love Cooper's Hawk, having been to several of there other branches, but we've been to this branch twice 4 years apart and the service was terrible both times. While we're eating our salads, the bus boy comes with our entrees and just stands there until we pick up our salad plates so he can put the entrees down. Then we just have to hold them and rearrange the table to be able to keep the salads--he finally took them away. The server's answer was to give us salads to go. Really sub par service for the price paid.

started out with hostess saying we weren’t in their system had to show email confirmation.
Restaurant was busy our server seamed overwhelmed with customers.
One of our food plates that came out was cold and when we’re leaving we had to remind them for our food that we asked to be boxed up.
No break on our bill for having to wait on dinner plate that was cold and by the time it came out the other 6 of us were almost done with dinner.

Met my girlfriend there as convenience for dinner. Asked to be seated in area where it was not so loud. They sat us in main area off to the side. Server was very nice. By the time we ordered the noise level was increasing from so many people there and the way the room is designed it enhances the level. I ordered the short rib risotto and I have had this before, one of my favorites. When I received it, it was very dry and sticky and not warm. Very disappointed on the food quality.
