    Great food, great friends a wait staff that was attentive but didn't rush us through our dinner all made for a wonderful evening. And who would think that a winery could make such a killer Manhattan! Thank you Coopers!

    We came here for our anniversary, the guy didn’t even read the card on our table and started asking “whose birthday it was”. I had to stop the server to order our appetizers, then our main meals. Once we got our main meals we never got checked up on, I had ordered another drink that I had to ask where it was when he finally came back halfway through dinner. Shortly after that we decided we had finally had enough poor service, and waited for our server to get done chit chatting/ laughing with another table for over 10 min. I had to ask a buss girl to grab us some boxes and to find our server for the check. We love coming to Cooper’s hawk, this was only the second time we’ve been to this exact location, I myself have worked in the serving industry for 8 years, being a bartender for 4 years and I never complain. This experience however, was so unpleasant for my fiancé and I, I felt like I was serving myself.

    First time at this location. While it's big and nice inside, the aucquistics are awful. It's VERY loud. Trying to have a conversation was impossible. We had to shout at each other to hear what the other person was saying. The service was not good. It was not the fault of the waitress. There were WAY too many people and they didn't have the staff to support it. I think our waitress came by twice the 2 hrs we were there. I will not be back to that location. It's TOO loud and not enough staff to support the amount of tables/people.

    We enjoy going to Coopers Hawk for all occasions. We were there most recently for my mother's birthday. Our server was Taylor and she had to be the best server I have ever had. She was professional, efficient and thoughtful. She timed out each course perfectly which allowed us to enjoy the meal and time with each other. It was busy as usual but she did not skip a beat. Coopers Hawk is great but she made our night.

    Wonderful birthday meal as always. One had a small issue with our steak being over cooked but they compensated nicely for that. We are members and will definitely look forward to returning soon. ❤️

    Coopers Hawk is overrated. Especially consider the cost. The noise level makes conversation difficult. The steaks were fine. My sesame salad had the chicken way overcooked and no apples. Though the waitress did take that off the bill. Will not consider going again accept possibly for lunch.

    CH is literally the spot for ANY occasion. It’s my go to spot. I took my dad on a Friday. We had dinner at 6pm, we got there a lil earlier and they accommodated. My dad (and I) had a wonderful time.

    Didn't get seated on time even though we arrived 13 minutes early. It was very slow, dinner took over 2 hours. The seat in the booth was ripped and torn. Practically had to follow the waitress into the kitchen to retrieve my leftovers. The booth next to us had very, loud, drunk ladies. It was a very unpleasant experience.

    I’ve been to the Arlington Heights restaurant a few times over the years; twice this year. I have to say that the service level has declined significantly this year. The waiter that served us recently was really out of it and had no concept of how to listen to orders, take them down correctly, keep the table clean or attend to needs. He was nice enough but really didn’t know what he was doing or didn’t seem to care too much. He would disappear for long periods of time only to return forgetting that we were waiting for something. The food was not prepared correctly for me or my friend - 2 expensive filets - I ordered medium rare and got rare and she ordered medium and got medium well. They did re-do our orders. The steaks were then cooked right but were totally bland. For $45 per steak, I can definitely grill a better steak myself and pay a lot less for it. They didn’t offer to give us a free dessert or anything to make up for it. I hope they revamp their staff in the kitchen and in the wait staff because it is a beautiful restaurant. They could use with a refreshed menu as well. Here’s hoping that they do but I won’t be back any time soon. For those prices, it was not worth the lousy service and poor quality food. The noise level was also so high (not “energetic”) that my friend and I had to lean forward and yell at each other to be heard. It was hurting my back to not be able to sit back and have a relaxed conversation!

    Food was just ok. Wine was warm - which surprised us. Waitress was not very happy. We were seated next to a party with children running around and screaming. Not the best date night on a Friday at 7:15. Will not be back to that location.

    Excellent service by Stacy and excellent food. Ahi tuna was fantastic, risotto with shrimp & scallops, delicious, Parmesan crusted grouper is very good. Early dinner seating was quiet and intimate.

    I requested a booth since a person in our party has trouble hearing. Its very loud in there so a booth helps. Get there we were told no booth. We get to our table and there is a empty booth . I asked if we can have it. They check n it was ok. Not sure why we couldn't get a booth to start with. We have bern wine club members before Arlington opened. Ended up being a great night. Eric our waiter was awesome

    We normally have a great experience at Cooper’s Hawk. For this birthday celebration, our little grandson came with us. When there is a toddler at the table, the server should take note. Our server came to the table when we sat down, and then she took forever to return. She never brought us the dessert we ordered, and then we had to wait for it to be removed from the bill. While our meals were good, as usual, bad service can really leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.
