The menu includes hearty pub classics with and without twists, vegetarian and ethnic specialties, lighter dishes to satisfy wee cravings, and homemade soups and sauces. Our happy hour highlights a round-the-clock sense of value, with a diverse appetizer menu and loads of drink options. Our Wee Lunch, which includes salad, fries and wee sandwich or burger, is perfect if you normally don’t split or share items. We haven’t limited ourselves to traditional Irish fare – healthy choices abound which will satisfy your hard-working appetite any day of the week.
The Pub Life is our heart. Relax with a newspaper and a 2 Gingers Whiskey, invite some friends for stimulating conversation over perfectly poured pints, or engage in some old-world-inspired friendly competition over a game of darts or billiards.

Cooper Pub Ratings and Reviews
This was my first time to Cooper Pub. We got a reservation for 7, which was the last available between 5-9:45. I was a bit concerned about having to wait, but we were immediately seated at a table for two at the front windows. This was a great spot for peole watching on a Friday night!! I ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, and it was honestly the best chicken sandwich I've ever had! My friend ordered a tuna with 2 sauces off the appetizer menu with a side salad. Her only complaint was that the tuna was a bit stringy. Overall we had a wonderful dinner before we went to see Hunger Games. Yes, it was loud, but it was a busy Friday night and it seemed everyone was enjoying themselves. This is such a trendy area now! Fun place!
This is the second time we've been here and both times the food and service were great. However, it is just way too noisy. I don't think we will be back because when it gets busy it is impossible to have a conversation. My throat actually hurt when we left because I was shouting during the entire dinner. It's too bad because otherwise the place is great.
I liked the feel of Cooper--buzzing and energetic--a Saturday evening hot spot. Service was friendly and decent. I made a reservation for my husband's birthday, and we ended up being seated in their overflow room with two larger groups and one other party of two. It was awkward, didn't match the rest of the restaurant, the table was very small in comparison to the other party of two spots we observed throughout the restaurant, our view was of the waitstaff's cleanup station, and after ordering a simple beer, decided to head out. I would highly recommend calling Cooper to make your reservation to avoid this scenario. I would've rather waited for 20-30 minutes for a decent table than stick with what we got. Food rating should be N/A.
Second time going here, place gets packed on a Friday evening after 5pm or so. Many good appetizer options (of differing sizes) and good beer specials. Can get really loud once the place is packed, but you can still talk around one of the tables. Waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. Great all the way.
I love Cooper and have been there for lunch and a couple of times for drinks & apps before a movie. Absolutely gorgeous interior and fun atmosphere. I don't recommend taking your elderly parents there for a Saturday night dinner though: we were put in a separate dining room which didn't have the same feel & decor as the main bar room (which is why I took them there in the first place!), and it was still pretty loud. Oh well. Still a GREAT place and highly recommend it!
Cooper's Pub has great ambiance if you're looking for a night out. However, it is a loud restaurant (which adds to the energy) but can be hard to talk with friends. Overall the salads and bar food are great; if you stray from this type of food you may be disappointed.
My only complaint about the asparagus side dish is that it was on the small size. For $5, one might expect a larger portion. Nonetheless, it was delicious. I was very pleased with the “Punjab Glory” which is a vegetable curry with lentils and basmati rice. They added chicken for a modest $3.99 fee and it comes with one sweet sauce and one spicy sauce. As much as I like it, I wished I had ordered the “Steak and Mushroom Pie.” It consists of braised beef, mushrooms and vegetables under a mashed potato topping. Each main course was under $14. The 2-ounce pour of the house whiskey (2 Gingers) was an incredible value at $4. The $9 Frangelica was not. But all-in-all it was good enough that I'm sure to come back.
The food was amazing (as usual) the server was professional, but not nice. We brought a cake for a friend and I had asked to have it refrigerated and he said there was a $15 cake fee. We decided to keep it at the table and when we asked for plates and forks for the cake, he charged us the $15 cake fee. I understand a restaurant wanting you to order their dessert, but server should've been more clear. If I was going to pay the $15, my cake should've been in the fridge. I paid $15 for 3 plates and 4 forks and for him to take 3 steps to grab the plates and forks and turn around and set it on the table...ridiculous. I have been here on numerous occasions and had AMAZING service and food. This time, the server just brought the whole evening down
Very good brunch location!! I wanted to go somewhere different for brunch near the West End area, assuming the usual suspects wouldn't have a brunch menu! I was wrong! According to Coopers website, brunch is newly added! And well worth checking out! It was very tasty!! I have never been dissapointed with my food (or drinks or anything really) at Coopers!
We had a great time EXCEPT for the waitstaff trying to hurry us to leave. We were there for 1 hr and 15 minutes and we ordered drinks and 2 entrees. I had just picked up my Mom from the airport and we were talking about her trip and catching up. I can't believe that we were rushed/hurried out. It was uncomfortable. Besides that we enjoyed our time there.
Our waiter was excellent! He was knowlegeable about the food and made excellent recommendations. We were seated in the back room which we liked. The the particular group we dined with it would have been hard for them to hear in the main dining area.
The dessert trio was a great way to get a "taste" of 3 different things as our table of 4 shared and the price was just right.
I had made reservations for Valentines day but got put in the little room off to the side that isn't decorated as nice as the rest of the restuarant. Not only were off from the rest of the restuarant the tabel was way to tiny for even a party of only 2. It was tight while eating. The food was good but wish we had a bigger table and was in the main part of the resturant not sat off to the side.
Even better than usual which says a lot because I am always pleased when I come to Cooper. The food was exceptional, the service was just right and it gave me a great pick-me-up in the middle of the day. The Wild Mushroom Flat Bread practically melted in my mouth. Well done!!!
