The food was absolutely phenomenal. Very GF friendly, wonderful, knowledgeable waitstaff (our waiter’s name started with a K I think, he was just the best). We split the GF breakfast bread (and ordered an extra to go, since it was so good) and then I had the new chili and eggs and it was outstanding. Served with their house made GF bread which is excellent, and not just for GF. My friend had the sausage and egg sandwich and couldn’t have been happier. The cocktails were fab too - I had Pickled Marys and she tried the Mezgroni and the Smoked Cinnamon cocktails, and we couldn’t pick a favorite. Can’t wait to come back once the world is no longer ending (#CoronaCanceled)
So welcoming and friendly and delicious and comfortable. A favorite that we hadn’t been to in a while. Nice to be back and we will be back again soon..
Always consistently wonderful.
Food was just ok, service was good. The music kept getting so loud you had to ask for it to be turned down so you could talk to the person next to you. We would not go back.
We had a great time and the food and service was really outstanding! But it was REALLY loud, and I have great hearing!
Such a wonderful place! The food is always terrific and the service can’t be beat! If you want a truly excellent meal, look. I further!
Excellent. The restaurant started to empty out and wait staff was extremely accommodating in allowing us to linger over coffee to catch up with old friends. We really appreciated this. Cookshop is one of the few restaurants I would return to again and again
Really unbelievable service, fantastic drinks, great food, perfect Chelsea atmosphere.. will be back again!
Great food. Interesting menu. Good vibes. Service was excellent.
Great service from Paige and the food was amazing!!
One of my absolute favorite restaurants in NYC. Staff and a service were as impeccable and memorable as the tasty, diverse and inventive menu.
Always wonderful. With imaginative and well prepared food, and knowledgeable and welcoming staff. If we lived nearby, we would eat 3 meals a day here.
Love the martinis
Night out with special people
Too noisy. Excellent food and service.
Excellent for brunch or lunch in nyc. Review from spoiled city food snob who takes brunch with girlfriends way too seriously. Will be back to try more items from brunch menu.
So good we went back a few days later! Wait staff was great- very friendly and helpful!
Waiter was fantastic. Always there but never intrusive. Food was amazing.
The service was amazing and the food was delicious!
Fun upbeat restaurant
Great food. A little too noisy.
Cookshop is a boisterous and delicious experience. The atmosphere is loud, but it is very upbeat. The food is very good - I enjoyed the cassoulet. It was hearty and delicious. Next visit, I plan to have the delicata squash for dinner. One of my friends raved about it.
Great food and service.
Breakfast for 4 with 2 brunch cocktails was $140.
Cookshop is always a good choice. neighborhood gem.
Excellent Sunday brunch! So many great choices on the menu, it was tough to make a decision. We did settle on the squash and kale frittata and the heuvos rancheros, both were so delicious. Service was great, too! Would definitely recommend going!
Cookshop never fails to deliver great food!! My all time go to favorite!! Food is always sooo delicious!! Fresh!! Healthy!! Totally happy every time!!
Great brunch place with a tasty menu! Never been disappointed here.
Busy, popular spot that’s stood the test of time. Great staff, nice limited menu and overall good vibe. Have been here three times recently and always a good experience.
Had dinner here with a friend. It did not disappoint.
I love this place and the menu. Our waiter was particularly nice.
However, by the time we left, we could barely hear each other. It was really loud.
Delicious food. Excellent service. Very relaxing setting. One of my favorite restaurants.
Food is always delicious and staff are always nice!
Always love eating at Cookshop when we are in NYC. Great food and friendly and attentive service.
Food was not as great as expected from rating in The a Infatuation and a little pricey. Still, creative and nuanced food.
We came here for a late dinner after a movie.
We wanted a place where we could relax and unwind and discuss the movie without having to shout to be heard.
Cookshop was the perfect place to do it.
Superb yet unpretentious, the food, drink, and the atmosphere were exactly what we needed.
Our waitperson was pleasant, attentive, and expertly versed in every aspect of their dinner offerings.
It was a stellar ending to a wonderful evening.
We'll definitely be going back!
Lively atmosphere with seemingly every demographic enjoying themselves. Seating was punctual, our waiter (Andy) greeted us immediately, was friendly, even fun, knowledgeable and passionate about the Chef’s creations. Each course surpassed our expectations, prepared perfectly and expertly presented. For us tonight, it was a “wow” factor meal and we both agreed to return on our next trip into the city.
Everything we had was delicious. Chocolate gluten free breakfast bread, goat cheese and broccoli scramble, and the chicken brodeto are all winners!
Really loved this restaurant. Stopped here before walking over to the Highline and then on to the Vessel. Everyone in our party of 6 was delighted.
Food consistently good along with service
A place to return to in Chelsea
Always the best!
