Contigo Latin Kitchen

We included tapas dishes that are perfect for sharing plus amazing Latin dishes, spectacular cocktails and wine. Today, at the Westin La Paloma, Contigo also now features stunning city views, a beautiful and inviting space, great music and a friendly and attentive team dedicated to keeping our customers happy.

We dined on the lower patio as the sunset and the city lights of Tucson began to appear - the venue was safe, the staff professional/pleasant//masked, and the food and drinks were superb!!!
We love love love Contigo. We go at least 1 night a week. The waiters remember us snd our drink order. It feels comfortable snd the patio views are amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant and to sit outside.
Contigo is one of my favorites! I love the space itself and if the weather is right, the patio is really lovely. I love the Poco picante cocktail, just the right spice. Of course the food is the main star! I’ve never been disappointed. On my last visit I tried the salmon tostadas which are spicy goodness. The elotes is my favorite appetizer or side. It’s fun ordering lots of small plates and sharing. And it’s always hard to decide which main...they are all fantastic! Highly recommended.
We enjoyed! We have never been there and was suggested to check out. So yummy! Very hard to decide what to eat. We will be back!
Fresh, excellent food with excellent service. I would definitely return.
Good drinks, excellent service. Covid responsive, good food, ambiance, all and all a Wonderfull evening. I was there a week ago and brought my family this time. Loved it.
Outstanding food and terrific customer service. Lovely location!
It was perfect, the food delicious , our server very helpful, we love the place and definitely will come back soon and recommended
The service was fantastic. The waiter and manager were very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious and flavorful. We ordered a variety of tapas and enjoyed them all.
Arriving early at 5:00 for dinner, we were seated rather quickly and had the best choice of seats in the house. It was rather quiet and we were what I perceived to be as, the only couple in the restaurant. We sat on the veranda just before sunset, which was very pleasurable. Staff were very welcoming, and brought our drinks and food in a very timely and accommodating way. The food was better than I had expected it to be and of course, so was the bill. Overall, we had a very pleasant dining experience and I really look forward to returning again. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Staff and patrons alike, practiced good Covid precautions though I would liked to have seen more sanitizer in more obvious places for those who accidentally forget to sanitize and for those who would prefer to sanitize more frequently. I was definitely Happy with my experience here and will return.
Absolutely delicious. 1/2 the menu is tapas, 1/2 is full entres. ALL are so flavorful and delightful. Highly highly recommend this spot for a fun afternoon (to get the view) or a romantic date night
Great place to catch up with extended family
Wonderful outdoor patio with views of the city. Interesting Latin menu and excellent, friendly service.
Very lively setting. They are doing an excellent job with social distancing inside and out.
Mauricio our server was fantastic food is excellent and we love this resort,
Food is always interesting and excellent; beautiful setting and view; service is attentive; perfect choice for pandemic dining.
Great service, very respectful! Our server was constantly checking up on us!
If I could give more stars for ambiance I would!! My favorite place to eat in Tuscon so far!!
Contigo is spectacular!!! Great food, ambiance and service!
Gorgeous patio with desert and city views, great food- just perfect.
Our first outing post Covid-19. Patio seating on a beautiful evening. Great service and food was spot on.
One of our party had a problem getting her 42 dollar steak cooked the way she wanted it. Finally took it home. Honestly dont know whether she was just impossible to please or that her instructions just werent acceptable to the chef. She wasnt charged for the steak.
Food was terrific. Service was friendly and attentive. Would sit outside next visit which we had requested with reservation but they weren’t able to accommodate.
An evening of Tapas this time, rather than entrees, just for fun. The two of us shared 5 different Tapas dishes, all of which were a delight. Sometimes, small plates are the way to go when you feel like sampling a variety of dishes. The wine was also very good - an albarino - and went well with the meal. Our waiter, Mauricio, was attentive without smothering, and a delight, as always. We even had a dessert - tres leches cake - a course we usually pass on. Also worth having post dinner. We'll be back. We try eat at Contigo about once a month and haven't been disappointed yet.
Service was friendly, professional, and attentive. Food and drinks were outstanding. Definitely recommend!
Fish of the day was swordfish and was excellent. My wife loved the Contigo Tacos.
Fantastic food, ambiance, and service! Plus, a beautiful view!
I had the short rib tacos, which were good. My husband had the pork dish which was not as the meat was very, very dry. Service was fair. While the server was friendly, we felt very rushed. The food came as soon as the appetizers were finished and he asked us if we wanted dessert right as we finished dinner. We said, no, not yet, and he delivered the check. If we hadn't ordered a glass of wine at the end, we would have been out of there in not quite an hours. So, overall, an average experience.
We got so lucky , we picked it for r wedding anniversary dinner and it was fabulous so cool and the views at sunset everything was perfect !! We were just in town for the week for our anniversary vacation at Canyon Ranch .
For being situated on the grounds of a fancy resort, the prices of the food and wine are a bargain. Service is efficient and fun, and the foods are top notch.
Staff was just incredible!! 5 stars across the board!
Had great service and wonderful food!
We loved the view & decor. The food was fabulous as was the service & price.
Great food with great views. The service is great. They have a wide selection of drinks that are delicious.
Nice evening of shared plates with a friend. Got to watch the sunset 🌅 and enjoy great food and a sangria.
Amazing food and great service!! Love this place!!!
Excellent food and drinks!
My boyfriend and I stayed at La Paloma 2 years ago and absolutely loved Contigo. We sat at the bar and had some amazing tapas and wine. I recall a meatball dish we raved about.
This year, we stayed at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, and were looking again for Spanish tapas in Tucson... totally forgetting we had eaten at Contigo before (I guess we forgot the name of the restaurant?)! Imagine our surprise when our Uber driver pulled into the La Paloma lot... no way! We LOVED this place! We were excited to try it again.
You need to try the carpaccio, the ceviche, and of course the bacon-wrapped dates. Amazing. Spicy olives were very spicy, indeed. The Spanish Negroni and the Brit G&T were both delicious!
Pretty safe to say we will be back again next time we are in Tucson!!
We ordered the paella 24 hours in advanced for a party of 4 and we still had to wait over an hour for the paella to come out, of which they only made it for a party of 2, so then we had to wait for them to make another order to complete the order. First order of paella was super salty and tasted old, when we received the second order, it was completely different and tasted much better than the first. The cost and quality was not worth the money you pay for it. The waiter was decent but we had to ask several times for water and he seemed to be working harder not smarter. I would not recommend this place, especially for the prices.
The outdoors patio has wonderful city views and is a safer environment for dinner.
We enjoyed the patio - perfect evening with lovely views! Our server was very attentive and sweet. The menu is somewhat limited, but what we ordered was wonderful.
