This is a great place to meet with people you really want to have conversations with and be able to hear each other. The food is excellent, the service has always been good.
Very good experience- food, service and atmosphere. Will definitely go back.
Great Brunch with a great price!
Prompt, attentive helpful service. Brunch options seem to have been pared down a bit from previous visits. Food quality dependable as always.
We made reservations and were seated on time, our original table was being cleared. The person who took us in may have noticed our 40 year old daughter broke her foot, she was wearing a walking boot. He moved us to a round booth, closer to the buffet line.
This was very thoughtful and she could get up easier. Thank You
Our server was wonderful -- lots of hot coffee, refilled water, pleasant and helpful. Food was fab!
Enjoy the food here on just about every visit. Only once did I have a dinner that was not very good.
Excellent food and atmosphere, had older women as our server who was not real attentive but ok. Never refilled drinks or spent much time with us
Had a party of 7 and the table was ample and had plenty of room between us and adjoining tables. A great assortment of menu items and the food was delicious and of reasonable proportions. It was prepared exactly to our specifications and it was hot. A good time was had by all! Unfortunately we do not remember the name of our server, but she was fantastic.
One of these days I'm going to order something other than the crab cakes, but they are so good I never read the menu.
Valentines Day dinner with wife, great all around experience.
Food was great, excellent selection.
Concordville needs to change there sign out front, Brunch is $20., not $17 as stated.
If I go again for brunch I would sit at a table, not the bar (way too tight seating)
We were celebrating 4 birthdays. Made reservations the night before with no problems. The Food was outstanding. Our service was exceptional. Would definitely have brunch here again.
Great Food Excellent service. The Long Island duck was juicy and tasty!
Excellent brunch. Not sure if it was their usual because it was Superbowl Sunday. Could not have enjoyed it more.
Pricing for brunch was a little high but not outrageous.
The issue we had was where the food was set up.
Concordville Inn sets up their brunch in the bar area of the restaurant and it's a pretty narrow/tight area in there, especially when even a little bit crowded. We found ourselves banging into other guests often as we tried to select food or return to our table.
I also felt like I had to rush through the selection process. There was probably no more than 20-25 guests in the area at any given time but it felt congested and we wanted to just get our food and get back to our table. While I understand space is normally limited and I am also not very familiar with the restaurant but I just wonder if there is a better location for the food.
Our server was great, as was the host. Both very pleasant and professional.
I'm sure private dining, where you are served at your table, would be wonderful but we probably won't return for a brunch because of the smaller food area. Unfortunately, it was a big turn off.
The servers and other employees were helpful and attentive. The food was prepared well and was plentiful. The variety of food options was amazing. Even picky eaters would have many options.
Was there for Sunday Brunch.....buffet tables were set up in congested areas and were very crowded with long lines....our hot food was cold by the time we reached our table.
Service was poor as staffing appeared inadequate.
Met a friend for lunch. Food selection was great and our server was outstanding.
Food good, service not so good. Had to continually ask for beverages, and had to stop the waitress to pick up our used dishes.
The food was excellent and the service was great. Good value.
Our favorite place for Sunday brunch or a casual dinner at a reasonable price.
Server acted like she was irritated to wait on me and my daughters. Long wait to order, very little checking back in once food finally came. Entrees were good, but vegetables were obviously not fresh, which for the price, was surprising. Not what we expected
Very nice ambiance, bar service and dining experience
As always and enjoyable meal in a great atmosphere. Everyone agreed the brunch was a great value and the food was delicious (especially the shrimp and crab cakes.)
Everything was up to our expectations except for her filet. It was ordered as medium well; the first time it was rare, next it was rare... The third time it was med well; it messes with the enjoyment of eating together. The matre de was responsive to remedy the situation. Once of the best restaurants for value and consistent quality.
Went for dinner New Years Eve, because the limited menu looked pretty good. ( and it was)
Problem was the table we were seated at was right in the flow of traffic, and it wasn't conducive for a relaxing evening with the floor shaking whenever someone walked by. The maitre'd offered another table when I asked, but there weren't very many good choices to be had, so we stayed put. The waitress must have thought we left, because we had to call for some attention after 30 minutes to put in our cocktail orders. When I asked for information on a wine selection, the waitress said there was pinot grigio, chardonnay, merlot, etc. but no wine menu was provided until later in our meal. We'll go back for another try. New Years Eve is not the best time to judge a restaurant, but it is definitely not comparable to it's sister restaurant, Mendenhall Inn, which is one of our long time favorites .
We went there New Years Eve and I found both the food and service excellent. I had Surf and Turf and the Lobster was excellent and the Prime Ribs perfectly cooked (rare) and delicious and I'm a finicky eater. So I give Concordville an A+ and this was the first time I ate there in 25 years.
Food and service is always excellent! Shrimp cocktail is a family favorite of ours and we can bring our kids to a nicer restaurant with good food and not feel like they don't belong there.
The service and the food was excellent! The professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness of the staff was omnipresent and laudatory!!!!
I have dined at this restaurant in the past but I was very disappointed this time around. We ate at the restaurant on NYE for brunch. I thought there would be a special dining experience for the holiday. It was not. First, our waitress did not show any warmth or hospitality. However, I can get past poor service when the food is good. It was not! The waffle iron area was so messy that I immediately lost my appetite for it. The mimosa fountain tasted like the orange juice was sour. Overall, the food presentation was messy and unclean. The staff that should have been monitoring the cleanliness was engrossed in the Eagles game. I definitely prefer the Mendenhall Inn location. We wanted a fine dining experience to bring in the new year and this did not deliver. Also brunch was advertised to be over at 3:00. At 2:26, a staff member came around asking if we wanted anything else from the buffet because they were going to start putting the food away. I will not be going back for this brunch.
This was our second time dinning at this establishment and it never disappoints us. First we went for dinner which was a great menu to select from. The food was made to perfection! For New Years Eve we went for Brunch which also didn't disappoint. I would recommend this establishment to all.
Excellent brunch with a wide variety of dishes. Very good service. Quiet enough that conversation was easy and comfortable.
We frequent this restaurant often. Its close to our home and easily accessible
Food was not very good at all. Surf and turf and the filet was tasteless and they tried to make up for it with a demi glaze that was bad. Appetizer was shrimp wrapped in bacon and it was served In bbq sauce which was just strange. Service was not very good either as we told the server the food was not good and she just shrugged and made no offer to make something else or otherwise try to make our experience better. It’s a shame. This used to be a good place but not any more.
Celebrating an early Christmas dinner with family. Great service and food. Would go back again.
This was a group dinner just days before Christmas. Restaurant was filled with other large groups and patrons. Both food and service were excellent; nothing compromised. Our waiter was cheerful and very responsive.
I treated my husband to dinner for his birthday and we were not disappointed. Therefore we will return for our Wedding Anniversary.
Met a couple friends their for lunch. They seated us promptly. Waiter informed us of the specials. My friends had the stuffed tilapia. It was stuffed with Crab Meat. I had a Hamburger. My friends said the tilapia was good. The fish itself they said was kind of bland but the crabmeat was really good. They said they would get it again. As for me, my Burger was quite juicy and tasty . I really enjoyed the burger. I definitely would get the burger again !
So all in all we had a good lunch. They didn’t pressure us to leave once we finished eating. The waiter quietly dropped off the check and we just carried on our conversation. Definitely a good place to go for Brunch on Sundays, or lunch or dinner anytime.
We usually hit the Concordville for special occasions, since it's a little pricey. We had a College Graduation Dinner for my daughter, the snapper soup was superb as usual. Everyone loved their meals. So it was well worth the spend.
