The food took ages and then my wife’s arrived cold. Disappointing experience? Seems new management
Really good food and service was great as well. Will go back soon!
cōm has never let us down! The food and service is always excellent.
They were very unprepared for a Saturday night. There were open tables, so it wasn’t totally booked (7pm). I only saw 2 people waiting tables. No one was seating people. We sat for 25 minutes before we were ever acknowledged. Asked the table beside us how long it was taking to get food and they had waited an hour for appetizers. We decided to leave once we heard that. I believe they are under new ownership? But not sure we will go back on a weekend.
Service was disappointing. Slow. Didn’t seem to know their menu.
Delicious food with on-point service. The staff made a birthday celebration more special.
Usually excellent but very disappointing experience this time.
we had a horrible experience....!!!! the service was atrocious and the restaurant was not even busy at 6:15 PM on a saturday night. they delivered my husband's meal AFTER the other five of us were finished, and it was wrong on top of that. i cannot blame our waitress - i believe the kitchen was at fault, but she DID ignore us - i think she was embarrassed too. the salad was mediocre - not at all as delicious as previous owners, so we were all extremely disappointed. bartender couldn't get our drinks right and just about everything was off. would not recommend wasting your money on this experience.
Head server was excellent, but they were understaffed for a Saturday night. Spring rolls were excellent. Lamb wonton was very tasty. Ginger Chicken Curry was average and chicken too dry. The delux rice paper wraps were very fresh and tasted. Adequate wine and bar selections.
Shaking beef is a 10/10 for sure. Quality food every time we go here. Would highly recommend. Our waitress was slightly annoying, however the food was top notch as always
A place we always go and will continue to go fabulous food great service and very healthy eats
They have an extensive menu from which to chose from. They have something for every taste. I like that the presentation of their plates and that they have great service. The food is eclectic. Although Vietnamese because the ownership is a mix between Vietnamese and French this is carried on into their menu providing a beautiful blend in both in the presentation and flavors of their food.
The food still tastes good mostly but the quality of the preparation seems to have gone down since a change in management. Also the servings seem to be less generous than before. We were served about the same amount of fresh ingredients for 1 serving of pho for 2 orders. The cilantro and basil wasn't as fresh and bright as before. Also, they used to serve larger pieces of shrimp with the spring rolls but now it's tiny pieces of minced shrimp.
Food took long to arrive.
I almost didn't go into the restaurant. Staff was standing in front of the main entrance and smoking. Didn't offer to move and I had to go around him. Don't worry if you're the only person in the restaurant. For some reason, they get busy around 12:30 pm, later than most places at lunch time. Our server was very good and made great suggestions on what to order. The food took a very long time to arrive. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're on your lunch hour or in a hurry.
Disappointing. Love this neighborhood spot. Haven't been in awhile and it felt very different. Almost empty when previously always had good crowd and buzz. Host and server very pleasant and helpful but slow service. Half our food was delicious; other half just adequate. Will give another chance because have always really enjoyed
Hadn't been in a while, but food is still outstanding. Everything from the appetizers to soups, salads and entrees were delicious. Highly recommend.
The dinner was tasty, but we had to wait almost an hour for our food to arrive. Luckily, I was with some dear friends and we had plenty of catching up to do.
This place has lost its mojo. For a few years, it was a go-to place for something different in the neighborhood. Last two visits were disappointing - first time the food, this time the service -this week we left before we ordered. Waited much too long for a waiter (the place was not busy). The menu is not accurate - several items listed "we don't have anymore" - but they didn't bother to update the menu. Server could not have been more indifferent or less helpful. We asked, "What else is no longer available?" and he just said "Tell me what you want and I will tell you if we have it." We left. Too many truly strong places nearby to waste time in this one.
This was our first visit, and we were meeting friends who thought it was amazing. We had a lot of trouble with the wine list. It bore no resemblance to the list on their website, which I was happy with. To their credit, they let us taste several wines before we decided on one, the only one we found acceptable. It was way out of our price range but we ordered it anyway because the other options were not good. After that, the service deteriorated. Wines and dishes ordered by our friends did not come. They had to go find out what was happening with them. My food was only ok. My husband liked his ok. I would not go back.
They were short staffed but usually excellent
Food was delicious and not heavy. We had goi salad, salmon and shaking beef. I also had a lychee martini. All delicious and flavorful. Server was great, too.
Good, not great.
The service was excellent but some of the chicken was pink in the middle & appeared to be undercooked. As I am a regular at this restaurant, I will certainly go again since in my over 25 visits over the years, this was the first meal that I have not thoroughly enjoyed.
Incredible flan! Saigon wonton appetizers are great!
Delicious, as always!!! What a great meal! The only thing we would've changed was that the mango mojito was small
What wonderful food and a charming host! My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening and closed the place down. Highly recommended.
Very good. The food could have less or no salt . We will return. Very nice atmosphere!! Very friendly!!
Best restaurant in a Dunwoody. Flat rice vermicelli is a dank.
We have eaten here 2 times and enjoyed the ambiance and delicious food. We will go back!!!
the wraps was over priced and meat was mostly too burned. the food was good overall but as i said i paid $27 for wrap which is too much
We spent Christmas Eve at Co'm and we enjoyed every moment. The food was amazing, our server was lovely and the cozy surroundings were perfect. Highlight, we all agreed, was the delicious coconut soup. It should not be missed.
Food is so sweet. Got very dark but it's a fun venue.
Food is ok, but the portions are small and it's more expensive than most vietnamese restaurants.
Food was bland. Menu difficult to understand. Prices were very high. So dark you couldn't read menu.
Good food, good variety of Viet food, friendly and efficient service. Sound system was a little loud but we were right in front of the speaker.
The C'om on Buford Highway is the real deal. The one in Dunwoody seems to be more of a knockoff. The service was horrendous and we were one of a handful of tables. The owner (manager, whomever) was more interested in sitting at a handful of tables, chatting, instead of maybe chipping in and getting us some water? The bartenders or servers, whomever, seemed to be more interested in chatting behind the bar than actually pouring a drink. We waited for at least 10 minutes before we got water and even longer before they asked us if we wanted something to drink. Overall, I'd rather drive the extra distance and go where the food is awesome, the service doesn't suffer, and the overall experience is worth it.
As usual the food and service was great! The pho is flavorful, healthy and fills you up. Definitely a great value for the lunch combo. The service was excellent. The waiter was attentive, fast and had great customer service skills.
