Great restaurant. We had the pollo manchego and the pallomilla steak, both phenomenal. We also shared the queso fundido and sangria which were a huge hit! Would return.

Our Waitress name was Audrey. She was very informative of the menu with our few questions we had. Very friendly, very nice all around. She gave me & my fiancé a very quiet dining experience. I would love to her wait on us again and again. I can the passion & professionalism she has. The food was like a art painting, priceless and very delightful

Second time here; food is exquisite, totally worth the price, even if it was pricey. Ambiance was ok, full on Valentine's Day. Probably that's why the service was regular. But is a good place to lunch or dine fine Spanish cuisine.

Columbia is always a favorite for us. This time it was Valentine's Day. I made reservation late and this was one of our favorites that still was available. It was a good choice.

Upscale dining for locals as well as tourists. Prices reflect the location and portions are very large. I highly recommend getting their scallop dishes as two of the 4 of us had that and they were spectacular. James, our server, did an outstanding job of attending to our table. Best meal we have had in St. Augustine so far.

We have eaten here for 30 years, on several occasions, and never been disappointed. This is a choice spot to take guests for authentic Cuban food, wonderful Columbia salads, fish, etc. Our server, Danuca, was outstanding.

Early Valentine’s Day dinner to me and my future wife of 5 years . Dinner was amazing food and atmosphere was very good. I’m glad i choice this place to dine at. Made up for not being able to spend valentine’s day with her and having the ability to spend time with her last night before working at the hospital with my patients. Thank you for the outstanding services and I will be recommending this place to other people and couples.

Nice chain restaurant in St Augustine, it has a nice Spanish motif, very large menu because it describes the history of the recipe, from small Tapas dishes to a variety of food, we had the Cakes de Cangrejo, A Cuban twist to an American favorite, two large crab cakes are loaded with fresh blue crab meat and grilled. Drizzled with a passion fruit alioli sauce. Also Paella “a la Valenciana”. , prepared in a traditional paella pan, with waiter serving on the plate, features clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, calamari, chicken and pork, baked with Valencia rice, extra
virgin olive oil, green peppers, Spanish onions, tomatoes, garlic, spices and splashed with white
wine. Seafood was good, pork and chicken overdone, it takes about 30 minutes to prepare the dish.
Overall good food, service and ambiance.

Very overrated and touristy. Can find better meal and value at other local restaurants. Food was just ok. We had to wait for table despite having reservations and then it took 15 minutes for staff to approach table. I will not be dining here again.

Great service which is what I care most about, amazing warm Cuban bread and appetizers brought right away and I love that there’s a small stick of sugar cane in the mojitos. Very charming. Food is very Spanish-American in my opinion but still very good. Had a great Valentine weekend, thanks Columbia

I ordered paella and after waiting 30 minutes (they told us beforehand that it would be that long) they brought the wrong paella order. Meanwhile my wife's meal had been served, she waited for 10+ minutes for them to correct my order but her food was getting cold in the interim. They said they would correct the order in 5 minutes but it took 15+.

Bottom line was, my correct order came out so late that my wife had finished and I was so irritated that I sent the meal back. The manager comped both our meals, which I appreciate, but I didn't come for a free meal,I came for a nice dinner with my wife.

Our waitress, who admitted she fouled up the order, was overworked and distracted. Long wait to get in, an even longer wait for food order incorrectly filled, and we both left unhappy.

Columbia's was a tourist food factory, not a fine dining experience. There are many better restaurants in St. Augustine, patronize them.

Food was great. Love the atmosphere as always. Our service was a little slow. Took a long time for our dinner to come. We were tucked away in a back corner and I think our waitress forgot about us a couple times. She was super friendly and very apologetic for all the delays so overall it was still a good experience.

While I consider The Columbia as one of my favorite restaurants, our last visit was not very good. Me and another member of our party ordered the Ribeye at $36. Both of our steaks arrived to the table cold. Including the sides.

We both returned the steaks to be warmed up. This was a mistake. They then came back 7 minutes later "well done". Fully over cooked. Mine was ordered "medium" and the other "med rare".

It was on saturday and while the restaurant was busy, it was not over the top busy. By the time we left at 8:30 pm there were as many empty tables as were full.

The food was outstanding and the service quick and pleasant. The waitress was knowledgeable and charming as well as efficient. The portions are large, so we ended up taking part of both of our entrees home with us. Really a lovely evening.

We were slightly disappointed with our table because we had made a reservation several days ahead of time. Instead of a standard table for four we were given one for six people -- so combined with a noisy restaurant, it was somewhat hard to speak to our dinner guests. However, the food was delicious and the server attentive.

Having dined at the original Columbia in Ybor City, this experience did not measure up. First was a luke warm reception from the hostess, following by a disappointing mojito (my mouth was watering for one. Alas!) Our waitress was attentive, but when my dinner was served and included mushrooms -- not listed on the menu -- I mentioned the mushrooms to our waitress, and she asked if I was allergic to mushrooms. I replied, "No, I just don't like them", and she he simply walked away.
