Columbia es un restaurante de propiedad y gestión familiar que lleva funcionando más de 110 años, es famoso por su encanto del viejo mundo y ha sido galardonado por su gastronomía española/cubana. Los comensales pueden llevar vestimenta informal, pero no se acepta que los hombres vistan camisas sin mangas. El restaurante sirve recetas familiares de alrededor de 100 años de antigüedad, como paella a la valenciana, filete minón al estilo Columbia y especialidades de marisco fresco. Great restaurant and if in downtown St. Augustine make it a for-sure stop for lunch or dinner. They do take reservations and suggest you make them, it’s one of the gems in the downtown. We’ve been to the Columbia many, many times over the last 25-years. Service is always great, good knowledgeable staff and excellent food. Would highly recommend. Thanks.

Service was excellent. Food was mediocre at best. Salmon was overcooked and vegetables were mushy and over salted. We also got the champagne sangria, and this was the first time that they didn’t make it tableside for us. When we took our first sip, it tasted like fruit juice, like there was no champagne in there. The waitress did take it back and then brought a new pitcher to our table and made it tableside. The 2nd pitcher was much better (like it normally tastes when they make it tableside for you).

No issues from checking in to ordering drinks and food. Food came in good timing. Great dining experience from start to finish.

Great place for friends to gather. We much enjoy the tapas and genuine Cuban fare. excellent professional servers. Parking lot not adequate during busy time.
