Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

We had a wonderful lunch with out of state friends. The waitress, Lexi, was amazing!

A tasty mix of Spanish and Cuban cuisine. The food was fresh, creatively prepared and nicely presented. My suggestion to anyone not familiar with the flavors of this cuisine, is to read and understand the menu before dining. I found several dishes that were to my liking and Mike loved his choice. The only snag was that we ordered the full meal but everything came out at once and the server did offer to take some of the items back to the kitchen until we were ready but we decided to keep everything rather than risk our meal overheating! I strongly recommend making advance reservations… without them, the wait could be quite long - like the line when we finished.

Haven’t been here for 5 years. The phrase you can’t go back couldn’t be more true in this past visit. Service was slow and spotty. The food wasn’t even close to what it used to be. The Pallamio steak was so dry I couldn’t eat it. My wife had the combination dinner that had an inedible boliche. The maduros were not made from ripe plantains and were hard and dry. Hopefully the Ybor City location hasn’t gone this far downhill. We will be there in the fall and will give it another chance. Very disappointed, the patriarchs and matriarchs would be embarrassed and appalled.

We had a party of 7, 2 kids under 12. Waiter was a bit scattered, but all in all did fine job. Food fabulous, prices a tad high but good food helped justify. Only notable issue was flow of waitstaff, lots of near collisions and not enough space between tables.

Was so looking forward to this experience. Ugh. Too commercialized, very noisy, food was ok but nothing special. Except- the 1905 salad was amazing and worth a return trip! Sean was a good waiter. However, the restaurant was loud and dirty. I was very disappointed.

It was a little loud and definitely busy but for very good reason because of how wonderful the food is. I enjoyed my meal so much and I can't wait to go back to get more yellow rice. As well as sangria. The inside and outisde of the building are extremely architecturally beautiful. I've been wanting to come here forever and am so happy with my experience. Our server was extremely kind and I always really appreciate that (get nervous in public) in such an "energetic" restaurant it makes a difference. My dad really enjoyed it too, and he can be a bit of a grump.

Everything about our dining experience was excellent. I’ve been to every location and I absolutely love the St Augustine restaurant. The Columbia offers such a unique menu with a variety of dishes that everyone can enjoy. I try to order a new item every time I visit. This time we ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were delicious!!
