The ONLY issue I would raise is that the bathrooms needed to be serviced. All of the stalls in the women’s had toilet paper on the floors. This is the fault of customers, but it would be helpful to have someone go by once an hour, take 2 minutes, and do a quick scan and pick up. In customer’s minds a messy/dirty bathroom, in the front of the house, calls into question the order and cleanliness of the kitchen areas at the back of the house, where the public can’t see. Other than that, and it was minor, we had a wonderful experience as always!

Hit and miss on food, paella with no taste, no saffron, no garlic. Sangria subpar, prepared in front of you, enough said for anyone who knows that this drink takes 2-5 days to have full flavors from spices fruits and alcohol. Basic copy of Spanish food. Ambiance and architecture incredible.

I’m afraid we really don’t understand the hype. The 1905 salad was iceberg lettuce with some freshly squeezed lemon, the amount of salt on our food was quite excessive, and I ordered an espresso martini and it was literally espresso and vodka. The fact that people were waiting up to 3hrs to eat here blows my mind.

We’ve always loved eating at The Columbia for many years. While the service is good and ambiance very nice, the food was not quite as good as before. We both ordered the Pollo Manchego which had a few fat pieces which wasn’t very appealing. The accompanying rice was ok but cold. The best part of our meal was the “1865 salad” and hot bread. Oh yes, the coffee was hot and delicious.

My high school boyfriend and I reconnected in Saint Augustine and this was our romantic dinner. It could not have been more perfect. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was amazing. Overall a delightful experience so thank you! We will definitely be back.

We had reservations but still had to wait in line. Our table was ready in just a few minutes even though we arrived 15 min early. Service was very professional and friendly. Food was prompt and delicious. We ordered the 1905 salad made table side and a Tapas Sampler. Our waiter told us the famous 1905 salad dressing was available to purchase at the gift shop. I also saw many other lovely items available at the gift shop. A very positive dining experience. The only negative response was that they were out of Martini glass both at the bar and in the dining area.

The only good thing about this place was the free parking. Absolutely pathetic , low quality food. Filthy smelling rest rooms, unkept wait staff, sit em, serve em, get rid of them mentality. More interested in turn over. It’s a shame, the original generation is rolling over in their grave. Many locations do not make great restaurants. Focus on quality, professional service, attention to detail. Only ate about a third of the paella. It was terrible. Caesar salad was drenched and had old lettuce. Bread was reused and old.

We had planned on having just 4 people but at the last minute 2 more family members showed up. The hostess was able to accommodate us and Shane was our waiter. He had just started and was great! Very personable and attentive! We had a great time having "linner" before seeing the Night of Lights...

Our server Travis was amazing. The ambience was romantic but also could be very family friendly if that was your mission. The food servings were HUGE, the sangria was strong and delicious. Overall an amazing meal that we look forward to whenever we are in town. The 1905 salad is not to be missed!!!
