Columbia es un restaurante de propiedad y gestión familiar que lleva funcionando más de 110 años, es famoso por su encanto del viejo mundo y ha sido galardonado por su gastronomía española/cubana. Los comensales pueden llevar vestimenta informal, pero no se acepta que los hombres vistan camisas sin mangas. El restaurante sirve recetas familiares de alrededor de 100 años de antigüedad, como paella a la valenciana, filete minón al estilo Columbia y especialidades de marisco fresco. I ordered chicken. They gave me fish. I had a stomach ache. They should have comped my meal instead of boxing up the chicken dinner.

We’ve eaten at Columbia for the last 30 years. Sometimes the service wasn’t the best to be honest it doesn’t matter which one you go to, but this experience this time in Saint Augustine was absolutely the best service /server we ever had. I can’t remember the server’s name. But she was the best we’ve ever had in 30 years.

Our latest visit was just as expected, just great. Going in mid afternoon on a Sunday is our new go to time from now on. Though busy it was a manageable crowd that was quite surprising. Our server was on top of her game and very pleasant and attentive. We’ll be back ! Vincent

One of my favorite restaurants in St Augustine. The food is delicious, the ambiance is welcoming and the service is always on point. This is a special occasion restaurant. It does get a bit pricey with appetizers and drinks. But overall, the restaurant meets your expectations.

Columbia never disappoints. We came here on our honeymoon 34 years ago and still come here at least once a year. Food is terrific and service is impeccable.

Great selection for dinner. Shrimp, filet, and 1905 Salad were prepared well. Our waitress was punctual, friendly, and provided suggestions for all courses. The hostess could use a lesson in hospitality. Overall, we would visit again.

We enjoyed a lovely meal at the Columbia Restaurant last night. The cocktails were refreshing. Our Salad 1850 inspired us to buy the salad dressing to take home to replicate this week. The atmosphere was energetic. Our server, Michael, was very professional and friendly. Every dish was delicious. We will be back!
